This rom can be used on my Qtek 2020i ? (UNI_QTEK_13077_176_10900_WWE_Ship.exe)
what is the best way to upgrade my qtek 2020i to mobile 5 + AKU2? (English)
I want to do a full backup of the original roms also and save the backup at my PC (i got a 256MB SD for that). Any good procedure for that?

Ah, there is a new tool "cleartype tuner" in the system tab to adjust the looking of cleartype. But the text always looks bad.

I completly newbie to PPC and I have a second handed Qtek 2020 with 2oo3 installed, but it's not very stable and freezes a lot, after what I often need to hard-reset.
So, I'm looking for a really good and stable rom to it.
Can anybody tell me wich? And is it secure upgrading?

Dear all, I have JASJAM , I upgradet to black diamond , now I want to format it to reinstall the original rom of the bobile WM5 ,how can I remove the current diamond to install the original rom ? please advice
Install the original WM05 rom same way you installed Black Diamond. I don't know where you'll get it if you don't have it downloaded, might be here somewhere but its pretty old and most people don't go back to wm05.

I was looking and couldn't find a clean wm 6.1 rom for wizard g4 . Everyone of the posted ones has some progs in it. Does anyone have one or can post a link?

i think there was few older builds of clean WM6.1 roms in the wizard mobile thread. Another thing what you can do is to download the desired rom and kitchen and remove the stuff you dont like in the kitchen
Never tryed that, so better not Will try and search more if i could find maybe with minimum programs.
It's not hard to just turn off Touchflo on the ROM in my SIG. After a fresh install, has over 45MB of free memory, and averages about 20MB of RAM at idle.

You have two choices:
HardSPL (semipermanent, fools the hardware into believing that it is unlocked)
SoftSPL (temporary, places the phone in a semi-unlocked state long enough to flash it)
For most people, I recommend SoftSPL, simply because it's easy to revert back to your OEM ROM in between updates, if you turn into a flashing junkie.

I've upgraded my qtek 2020 from wm2003 to a wm6 rom ( several from the forum: efsane; shekhar; tofclock), and in all of them i got the same problem:
The phone doesn't make call's, the phone button doesn't work, the phisical one (the green one) and the software phone program.
When i reset it, it appears "no gsm", and the rom version (if this helps)
Probably it's a very simple thing, but i can't figure it out, some help please.

I've been searching and reading but never seen anythig that has been soo well succieded in making this upgrade..
