If there's still anyone searching for covers (not only battery covers, also housing and front covers), I will get some new ones within the next days and will probably have some left.

yes please...keep me posted of when and how much $$ for a cover
Thanks
I'm still looking for the battery and antenna cover of a cingular *8100* (dunno if any other provider has those wizards without camera)....
TauTau - try with Dopod? They make the same models.
(For the curious, the Cingular and Dopod Wizards are different in terms of faceplates/button layout from the Qtek/iMate/etc. ones)
seems they only have the dopod 838, which is the one with camera... they have nice phones there btw...

Can anyone get ahold of the actual antenna? I need it, or the antenna + cover. I'm willing to pay a fair amount for it.
Needs to fit Wiza100.
I have some new battery covers and housing parts right now, mainly for O2 XDA Mini S. But also one for T-Mobile MDA Vario and for VPA Compact S.
Feel free to contact me via P.M.

Wizard Facia Housing

Hello, I have a Qtek 9100 and unfortunately I dropped it and scratched the front of the casing up pretty bad. The phone is still in perfect condition and not even a scratch on the back or the screen. I am looking for the front housing. I do not have any scratches on the rear housing, keyboard, or even the battery cover. I have looked on Ebay and the only thing that I have found is for around $100 (US). I do not want to pay that much for something that I can conceivably drop again. So my question is; is there anyone out there that knows where I can get a front housing? I would even buy the total housing to use as a backup but I do not want to spend an arm and a leg for it. I would greatly appreciate any feedback anyone has.
First of all: PLEASE do NOT cross post your question in all (Wizard) forums. One should be enough.
The best way to get spare parts is HTC itself. I bought a battery-cover from htc-europe at a reasonable GBP 10 (or was it $ 10?). Just send them a message via the contact optio n on their website
Get a dummy device
Hi,
Purchase a dummy device from ebay. All the external parts are identical to the ones originally installed.
Regards.

Have you replaced the housing of an actual phone with the housing of a dummy phone. I would just like to be clear before i go out and buy one.
I suggested the same thing over at HoFo and someone replied that they are different. If it were me I'd drop in to a Tmo store to verify though.
Edsub: That's a good response and info. Thanks for the post.
found this site when i was looking for the entire facia for the 8125... they do have alot of other phone types listed too. the 8125 facia runs about $79.
Actually the dummy phones are all one solid piece of plastic, so unless you're going to try to cut the front piece off and superglue it, that won't work at all.

I called brightpoint in Germany for two battery covers.
They did send it by UPS without charging me anything.
If someone is interested in the phone number or email, just pm me
go to the htc web site. They have a phone number for ordering parts. I needed a batter door, and they sold me one for 12.00 plus 7.95 shipping. I had it in 4 days.

Where to buy an OEM battery in Canada?

Just realized my current battery is bulging out and warping the phone a little. Spent the last hour looking all over on the likes of amazon, ebay, newegg etc and most of the reviews are complaining the batteries are either cheap fakes, used or complete and utter trash.
Where can I get a proper OEM battery or even a decent knockoff if it is guaranteed to work?
Best bet to get a legit LG OEM battery is to buy a bck-5100 charging cradle and battery bundle. These are sealed with a holographic LG sticker. I got mine for $25 from a usa seller. The battery has a date stamp of mid 2016 but works great. Most (if not all) other LG batteries are knockoffs, because the OEM LG battery has been out of production for a while now. I would avoid the knockoff LG batteries, maybe try one of the other brands on Amazon.
