guys what software or freeware can i use so that i can have the send to a particular group from my contacts.. sms... like under friends i have 5 of them.. i just select frnds and 5 of them will rcve my msgs... tnx!

Hi i was just wondring if anyone can tell me how i can get the senders name of the SMS to come up in the SMS inbox rather than just there phone number. Its really annoying when you get a text message and the phone number comes up and not the name of the person who sent it.

I have a very big problem with my sms's...
1. When I send an answer to an incoming sms my sms chance the succession...
as a sample:
dude sms - 09:45pm
my sms - 09:45pm
... hd2 chance to:
my sms - 09:45pm
dude sms - 09:45pm
2. My hd2 save one sms without any intervention from me to simcard...
3. Yesterday friend don't become my sms, despite send confirmation...
I use the new Artemis v61, but i have this problem since v58...
Can anyone help me or give me tips? Hope my explanations are ok...

Simply use PANSI SMS . It gives u both versions like threaded and also folder view which u r looking for... I am also using it .... lot better than stock sms...

I am using a Xperia S android 4.0.4
I was used to send sms via my N900 easily, writing the sms and send to my contact
And my N900 knew it has to send the sms to the "cell phone number" of my contact
Actually, eachtime i want to send a sms i have to choose my contact first (normal ) then to choose if i want to send it to the home/cell/office/email!!!!!
I would like my Android phone send sms always to cellphone of my contacts! I dont want to choose on which number to send the sms
Otherwise, just explain me why i have to fill home/cell/office number!!!!
