I bought the taiwanese version of CHT9000 in Hong Kong and using Smartone-Vodafone (SV).
Strange that I cannot use MSN via 3G network connnected, and also cannot connect online when using usb cable connected to my PC. I took to SV and let them setup for me but still fail.
Does anyone has the ROM for HongKong 838pro version as followed:

hello , i just got my tmobile and used the manipulator to unlock the unit. but, after the unlock there was no signal! I used ver 1.02 manipulator on my tmobile with radio ver of.6.02 ,ROM OF 3.08....

I have an O2 xda2 which was given to me by a friend. I have unlocked it using software found elsewhere on this site to be sim free, and now using an Orange sim.
I still have O2 branding all over the place. Is there a way to change this to Orange? I still have all the O2 software/menus and even the network symbol at the top of the screen says O2 even though it's orange.
I have been told that I can flash the ROM to be Orange, but as a complete newbie to this I need help on how to do it, and where to get the revelevant software etc.

So I bought a phone off ebay, Softbank X01HT (and yes I'm already kicking myself for not doing enough research), upon arrival its not how I envisaged. As a Dopod 838 pro equivalent I was expecting things to go smoother.
Checking details against Zilch's Dopod, he thinks my ROM is cooked:

I've also screwed up the MMS which wasn't working by trying to install MMSLite.

I'm contemplating flashing it with a dopod rom, is that my best option?

I have a problem, I purchased a HTC TITAN version Hong Kong or Taiwan do not know but just bring 3 languages including English?
I've tried to do HSPL via gold card but I have not managed to get it and I tried to flash several att rom, rom euro taiwan even got one that was signed but I can not do HSPL.
Has anyone managed to do HSPL in asian titan.
