Hi eltree, you mean you flash to Taiwanese Chinese ROM or HK Chinese ROM? They are different. Currently there's only Taiwanese Chinese ROM (come from Taiwanese CHT9000) available to download from the mentioned link. Not the one from Hong Kong (come from HK 838pro).
If you have the HK ROM, please kindly help to share it. Thanks!

Not really, the link you posted is from chinese Dopod ROM 1.25.751.4 dated 07/28/06, he's asking for a rom dated 08/23/06, which i think is a newer 1.30.x ROM.

The internal date of 1.25.751.4 Trad. Chinese ROM for CHT9000 is 07/28/06, however it has officially released(uploaded) on Aug. 23 on Dopod Taiwan site.

I have bought my device through an portuguese operator TMN, i've already unlocked SIM, but when i go to http://www.myqtek.com/europe/myqtek.aspx to register my device, i do insert my IMEI because it's a mandatory field i've got the message that the inserted IMEI it's wrong.
With that i can't update my device even with an original ROM.
It's important to me that the original ROM version is in Portuguese from Portugal.
Is there a site where i can download original ROMs?

I had the same issue and the company that could solve your problem is Novabase..
Because their upgrade site didn't recognized also my IMEI, i sent them an email asking for help but they didn't respond... So i quited waiting and flashed with the latest official ROM from QTEK in english.
All i can say is that the phone starts up very fast compared to the portuguese rom.

When i extract the file i get not an .exe installation file but a folder with lot's of files incluind the .nbf that is the file containing the OS.
This .nbf usually it's the file used for ROM customisers.
I need a true official QTEK S200 PTG ROM file that doesn't let me loose my device garanty rights!!!

just execute the ROMUpdateUtility.exe and follow the instructions!...
I'm testing this rom in this moment... but i know this roms works on g3 and/or g4 device... because this roms are official!

I'm waiting for comments about this rom from you. I'm looking for something like this for long time. I want to make sure that when i upgrade my ipl and spl i can go back to a portuguese rom.

Working fine now in my HTC TouchPro Spanish version in Spain.
Working on my dutch touch pro also,just flashed it.

Yes, you need hadspl!
Updated the link, Ive re-zipped the nbh with the updated RUU (which doesnt get falsely detected as a trojan).
And ive updated some of the details in the wiki, it seems the radio boot version is slightly newer (QCT_BOOT V522521) than the .31 radio from the early release by cingular.

Only possible if you use hard-SPL, but unfortunately there is no hard-SPL available for Iolite at this moment.

The ROM is fine. I have done that to my China phone I bought in Shanghai. It had a Dopod CHS ROM. I overwrite it with the WWE Europe ROM found in this forum and used after since. I hate the TomTom Button and hope to find a way to use it because there is no China or HongKong map found in TomTom.

Download this file from this forum,
RUU_Topaz_HTC_WWE_1.39.405.2_Radio_Signed_Topaz_61.20t.25.10_3.43.25.19_Ship.exe
Connect your computer to your Topaz.
Execute the file, that is it.
There is a newer ROM file for Asia, it has newer radio but there is no improvement found.
