How do I put a shortcut from my My Pictures folder on my storage card on my homescreen, or in my start menu? Thanks!

I had some photos on my SD card, and made one of them as my lock screen wallpaper.
The SD card was defected, and all of the photos were deleted, except the one I use as the lock screen wallpaper, so I guess it is now saved on the phone's memory and I would like to save the only photo left from that SD card (which is the lock screen wallpaper)
Is there a way to do that?

To save the memory space it is often essential to move large apps to the SD card. But sometimes if you have moved the icon of such app to the launcher screen the icon will disappear after the phone restart.
This is a common problem caused by the fact that in the time the launcher is started the apps are not "linked" to the part moved to the SD card. For the launcher the app is missing and thus the icon is removed.
There are 2 solutions:
Move the apps that you have added to the launcher back the internal memory.
Install a more inteligent launcher that can handle such situation and displays the icon as grayed while the app is unavailable - for example the Nova launcher.
Nova Launcher home screen icons can have two actions: one on press and one on slide. I have created a QuickPic shortcut that takes me to a certain gallery, so right now the shortcut is QuickPic Gallery Activity on press and launch regular QuickPic on slide. I'd like to swap those actions so the gallery Activity is launched when the icon is slid up. However, this can't be done by conventional methods because linking the slide up action to the QuickPic Gallery Activity lacks the required parameter (the gallery to open). Is there a way to switch both actions or to manually edit the shortcut with a text editor?
Hi guys, if you follow this path; " phone manager - the settings icon in the top right corner - shortcuts ".
There is 5 option that you can enable, and every one of them puts a shortcut on main screen like storage cleaner etc.
I want to change/theme that shortcuts icons if anyone knows what path should i follow.
