I just noticed that stores now have the MK6000 in stock as opposed to the almost eternal "pre-order" status. Has anyone actually tried using it with the Hermes? If so, how is it? Details would be greatly appreciated.

It seems like it should be a WM5-related function, perhaps not even h/w specific? I've used the Field Test tool to confirm I'm on AMR Half Rate, so it'd definitely be nice to get back to AMR Full Rate!

I have them, in fact I imagine there are several people who do. For me they came free as a promotional offer on Rogers here in Canada, and I read that some people got them bundled along with the phone.
They work pretty well, although I've never seen the song-ticker ever working on any device I've connected to it (although I don't even think it's actually a feature), I always have gotten good quality audio from my x10, my windows 7 pc at home, and my iMac at work. It lasts a long time and it's easy to switch between the devices. The only issue I have with it, and it can be pretty annoying, is that it will sometimes lose connection with my x10 and I will have to unpair it and repair it or otherwise restart bluetooth on the phone. It could be an issue with interfering wifi signals or something else on the phone.

I also got the same thing.
The black 32gb version seems to be out of stock pretty much everywhere, online and in store (apparently it's on constrainment, so they don't know when it will even make it there).. Anyone know where it's possible to pick this up? Ideally it'd be somewhere in the nyc area so I could go get it right away, but online would work too.

Thanks for the heads up. After continuing my search all weekend to find a place that had it in stock, I did end up ordering it from cdw yesterday. They were also the only place online that I saw even had them in stock. The guy working over there just called up to confirm the shipping address and he was really friendly. Thanks again tobyq!

I'm wondering if anyone else has had a noticeable lag in audio (of 0.8 to about 1.2 seconds) in downloaded games and entertainment apps like I have? This is on the D6503 (Taiwan) Model of the phone. Any input or solutions to this would be helpful and I would be grateful.

Tried an array of things, contacted Sony about it, and wanted me to send it in for repairs. I'm getting a repalcement from the point of service I had used.
