K, seriously, looking at reviews of crossbow, which didn't have that many changes in it in the first place however it did have some really nice looking menus and sounds, n' visuals. They are all gone in the test and the Cingular. Why? Why does this feel almost exactly the same as the previous AKU? Is this just something they will implement later on when they release the super official release?

AKU 3.3. = WM 5
Crossbow = WM 6
Yes, it's Crossbow that contains the new icons, not "plain" AKU3.
still, both have no significant changes, just cosmetics..

Think of it as a windows update... AKU3.3 for WM5 is just an update that fixes bugs and add's new features..
You can think of AKU 3.3 as SP3 for WM5.

Any news on when an AKU 3.2 or 3.5 will become available as a rom upgrade for the HTC Tytn? I am waiting for a Trinity but would consider going to a Tytn if this rom is going to become available soon. Please advise.

Since when is there a AKU3.5? AKU3.2 JUST got announced! Even AKU3.0 got announced in September...

I asked this question a couple weeks back and got no replies, which to me means it's safe to assume that the answer is "We don't know."
That is up to HTC and the other carriers! The hacked AKU3.2 ROM you see out there, from what I heard, isn't even complete!

All shipped roms until now are AKU 2.3 except cignular 1.31 ROM which has AKU 2.6 (not a major improvement).

Last 3 digits in the "OS Build" column indicate the AKU.

Yes, and also my s620 is 3.01. Just try to send a contact info as SMS, you can, with TyTn you can't (without some external software).
My be Crossbow will be in the next TyTn future,could be a good gift for people acquiring high-end phone, still unusable in serious business environment!

This should be AKU 2.2... I use the Qtek ROM V 2.20.7.39 GER. Source.
The tool above unlocks the extended rom of this build and allows overwriting.

better to upgrade now to AKU3.3.3 ///remember before AKU3.2 is there then AKU 3.3 become better...wait to evaluate WM6 then it will be better for sure. WM6 is fine, working good but if u will ask me the speed, AKU3.3.3 is there. We are still testing WM6 and wait for the release of JIGGS.

NO internet sharing for AKU 3.3 ok

Unzip exe file to any floder,and run DeviceSoftwareUpdateUtility.exe
Do not download it, as I just discovered a bug, anyway I had fixed it already.. I just want to add in the Internet Sharing, and HTC plugin. if it does not work than I will leave it and uploaded the final AKU 3.3.3F ..

i think its better to do sms and camera well instead of internet sharing work correctly!!!!my camera and sms doesnt work in aku 3.3.final but in aku 3.3.3 both of them look good but internet sharing doesnt work.its no problem i am waiting until wm6 release have ready!
I could not upgrade to WM 6 touchflo VII after my WM6 4.0.0.0.6 caused a crash where I had to hard rest and donload the original Spanish ROM. Now I cannot get WM 5 AKU 2.2 because it was pulled from download site.
