Still need to fix:
- Model No. which appear square (smart1's working on it)
- Live messenger, mail and windows update connection error could be caused by this
- Button setting which is still wizard's.
- Infrared (Maybe?? It doesn't work for me)
mn6 doesn't work under wm6. installation complete but there is no folder.

dude, the commanager's background of nghianga's rom is just plain blue. And gettin wm5 background is the fix already..
navigon navigator doesn't install under wm6

dude.. FYI, smart1's rom is adapted from nghianga's rom, which commanager's background is plain blue(sick), and smart1 fixed it by replacing the wm5 background back into the commanager, that's why u'r getting this lil nice wm5 background on the wm6.
That's what the changelog's supposed to mean.
Stuck due to power failure, help!
Hi guys
I was upgrading to smart1_wm6 clear when I had a power failure. Now, my prophet (s200) is stuck on a white screen. I first have a startup screen telling me that my OS is now 10.1.0.011, then I got a white screen and a sound and that's it. What can I do? It seems that I can't connect with my pc any more too.
Help please!

Look in the WiKi how to enter it in bootloader mode... That way you should be able to reflash it...

me 2, have the same probl....after upgrade,I hard reset the 818pro,but the screen stop on "htc smart mobility".....no progress any more,can anyone heLLLp..
Contacts issue in email?
I am having a small issue. When i begin drafting an email and I start typing a name in the TO: field, it's seemingly not pulling up my contacts to complete the name and I have to type it in from memory.
Is anyone else experiencing this?

Please downgrade to AKU2.2 rom before installing any WM6 or AKU3.3 rom

is just about UC and HTC Home, right? Or anythings else.
HTC Home is exist on Sonblack ROM.
Added UC and cleaning some soft such as:

Added HTC Diamond Green.tsk and modify operatorname for Indonesian GSM ops
Some of the soft can be installed on Extended_ROM (I installed Cloudyfa unhide ROM and now can see and even can install on those Extended_ROM)
The Storage Memory become 52MB plus 9.93MB Extended_ROM.
Disadvantage are; not as fast as Dioxda2 ROM and netcf still version 2 (can be upgrade to 3.5 also)
Actually the modif is for muy purpose, but I am sharing if somebody interested or want to remodif again.

What is the difference between PDAViet version (Sonblack) and yours. I am already using Sonblack's rom. There is a problem with the Windows Live and Messenger in Sonblack's rom. You can't set "Sign in as" in Messenger. Also default camera application gives an error "Unable to enter the Picture Theme mode" when you try to use Picture Theme mode. Another bug is, there is a little black bar just above 2 on the keypad.
What did you remove or add to this rom? Did you repair any bugs?

its performance is a bit weired ( lag.... I felt that),

Yep,
Picture theme is missing and the little black bar just above 2 on the keypad still exist.
I install on Dopod 818Pro (G3), for speed, still below dioxda2 ROM, but for stability still okay (I put almost 50 additional softs)
Will inform you next morning (now is night in my City) and I am ready to go home.
Ps:
Could anybody help for solving 2 kind of bug mention above?

I was cleaning Windows Live in this ROM, for picture theme mode, you just need to copy this file (Birthday.gif, attached) on /My Documents/Templates folder.
Still working the other.
Do you want to use network wizard optimally?
Put new on the registry:
\HKLM\Software\Microsoft\RIL\OperatorNames
new key such as:
xxxyy and the value of the Brand of your GSM operator
where xxx is MCC and yy is MNC (Five digit number)
The operator code can be found here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mobile_Network_Code
It will customize your GPRS setting (and may be more??)

I am using "[POWER_Button_FIX + U.C.] ~V.1b and V.1c ~ Very Fast WM6.1(19214-PV)...(No Hardspl ?)" 1c version now. It has the same Picture Theme problem.
The attachment you've sent is a jpg file and copying it to My Documents\Templates does not solve the problem. But... if you copy Birthday.gif (which is a system file and most probably it will be invisible as far as I know) from \Windows folder to \My Documents\Templates the problem will be solved.

p.s. You can also copy other .gif template pictures.

What do you mean?
You mean you can change the left and right side (below) with softkey?
I can change almost anything with softkey, but for opening program you should go to today screen left and right side below.
Or did you install any calendar soft such as thumbcal, because sometime it replace original calendar.
o if you try to configure softkey with calendar - it was not there.
if you try to copy calendar from \windows to \windows\start menue\programs it`s not possible.
i need on the left softkey calendar - like other roms.

Works fine, good speed, almost 77mb free on first boot, low batery consumption,but I cannot open camera software,say that is unsigned,or something like this.Wait a fix.

Same problem as tom's, the 'G' GPRS Symbol doesn't work (you won't see the problem if you're in a 3G or HS area!) - quickly fixed by adding a registry key, see http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=2419146&postcount=334
Aside from that, seems as good as Tom's - not spectacularly different or faster,IMHO
I have flash it and i have some problems..
1)Camera don't works.
2)Where is TouchFlo scrolling? It's the must have tool!
3)Page Pool is too small.
4)I have received sms written by hieroglyps from unknown person... and my sms-reply window got a problem (I use chinese msyh.ttf font, so there no problem with reading, but it shows very strange window!)
5)And there is happened some various bugs, when i tryed to install my soft... (Resco today plugin, Touchflo scroll)
Without this ***** problems and bugs, this rom will be the best rom for touch dual.

1)There is a small program in tray. After trying to close it, OS always crashes....
2)After installing resco today, it didn't appear on Today. Reinstalling have solve this problem
3)Ftouchflo scroll just don't work , i have tryed uninstall it, and my phone have freezed
4)I have installed HTC Cube (I need touch scrolling), but scrolling don't work properly
i am uploading the camera-bugfix..
copy all the files to the touchdual\windows folder and restart the device..

Here is a cab for the lazy people like me which fixes the camera issue and the missing G icon.
If you like the favorite people tab on the HTC Home, delete the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/OEM/MASD/QuickDial and do a soft reset.
Edit: In some way the above changes seem to enable the large start menu. My guess is that deleting the registry key is mostly responsible for it.

Hi, is this CAB working for anyone else? I can start Camera app but when I try to shot a photo, camera play sound,start to focusing or something like that for 3-5 secs, for a second show static image and throw some error message "Unable to capture photo. Unable to get frame from camera device."

of course I've tried to use your fix, too... I uninstalled the wmn79's CAB and use your fix, but nothing happens.. the same result... any idea? or should I hard reset my device to delete all mess from CAB and try to use your fix again?
I have the same problem, didn't test to make a photo when I installed it.
It is strange because the only thing the cab does is place the files in the windows folder. Tried different combinations of file atributes (read only, hidden, system, archive) for the files but it doesn't seem to help.
If you just uninstall the cab you get the initial error message again.
i have testet my fix and its works..
when i would have mor feedbacks i would cooking a new version..but only for this two things i dont think that is a good ideea.. my fix works, i can confirm that.

Want higher volume?
I incorporated a slight volume increase in the rom. If its still not loud enough for you then unzip the audiopara3.zip file and use total commander or resco to copy this file into windows folder overwriting the old one. It will drastically increase volume. You will not be able to turn your device clear up
I am not responsible if you play your device too loud.
If you decide you dont like it just delete it and your device will revert to the old one.
The original file was created by Jscepi2005 I just edited a few things
ADD SCROLLING IN MOST APPS VIA SMART TOUCH SCROLL WHEEL
Install the rre scroll cab below. After installation you MUST POWER OFF AND BACK ON.
Do not reset. Hold the power button and power off.
After restart install diamond tweak. Open diamond tweak and turn on any programs that scrolling is not enabled in. Reset
Once you restart you can now scroll in most apps with the scroll wheel.
Diamond tweak will also let you change some options that advanced config will not

1. It's VERY quick. I've been running ROMeOS and this is way quicker...
2. Love the colorful icons in the topbar
3. Don't love the humongous fonts

1. Thanks! I havent applied any speed tweaks yet I will do that in the next version. It should only get faster.
2. That was Massies work. He was just kind enough to let me borrow it for my rom.
3. The fonts can be turned off in advanced config. Change the setting to normal for menus. I will adjust this in the next version when I add a custom advanced config xml to run in customization.
The stuff mentioned in PM:
The weather database in french will be fixed in the next version. I found that VERY annoying as well lol. I just created a new country in english, exited, went back in and created a custom city. It then worked fine.
I had no issues with customization hanging or with starting in airplane mode. I will look into it though.
I also noted the opera start screen with no logo. I want to change versions but I also want it to work with flash 3.1. I plan to update this in the next version.
The PTT button actually does start PTT still. The dialer has a dependancy on PTT so until I figure out how to remove it and not break the dialer I have to leave it in the rom. I am hoping NATF will share his secret on how he removed it.

In the Weather tab I could not find the United States. I was looking for New York City and other U.S. locations. Thanks. It also appears as though the list of the countries is not in English.
The Diamond Dialer Skin CAB, for the Fuze, is the link right under the pictures right? the one that says "Dialer Beta with contacts fix" ???
Also, what do u mean by "It also should be completely uninstallable." Are u saying that i CAN NOT uninstall it?
And, can i add the Dialer without flashing ur Rom?

This ROM is loaded with stuff, but incredibly responsive. I like I like
FM Radio.

try to install another version of the weather editor over it, see what u come up with. I actually had to do that today. Freaked me out at first..but worked just fine after the fact.

It should work on any rom and It should uninstall. In rare instances some cabs have issues. If so its 25 files that could easily be removed by hand.

Almost all of the junk has been removed from the rom. I will lighten it up a bit more in the next version.

Never used the phone for video, and so, never tested that feature out... Will hunt for a solution.
I know the photo viewing part works fine.

The Touch Softkeyboard has only in the US layout buttons, but not in the german layout. Except this, this is the best rom at the time.

I actually never got that working an all the album versions, the most I got was showing the video first frame, but never played.
BTW, tested the rom, a lot of great looking screens on the boot, but that m2d skin...my god, there are so many others, thats not my favorite for sure...

There should not be any major problems with activesync. Disconnect USB cable, perform a hard reset (or use the clear storage utility), and try reconnecting again.
Tried your new rom. All in all, its a great ROM on speed. Has a bit of a problem with the keyboard when pressing the Symbol key though. Just brings up a letter e for me. Anyway, great job. Please do share your ROM with the video fixed.
Video can be fixed by using the video fix (item number 3) in the pack for V20 Manilla 2D found here:

I have incorporated it in my test ROM, and that gets rid of the bug of black screen lockup, but there does not appear to be any codecs to permit the WM player to play any files!
Adding TCPMP fixes the flv playback, but I need to change the association for avi and 3gp files to use the TCPMP player instead. Will post once it is ready.
Thanks for the 'bug' report on the keyboard. The key works, but you need to hold it down.

Notes: This ROM includes Touch InCall Screen Tweak which turns off screen while calling (placed the device near ears). It worked fine for me but I doubt it will for you as well so if it doesn't, please disable it. To do so, go to Start -> Utilities -> Touch InCall Screen Tweak Config -> Options 'tab' -> Tick Always On -> Save. You can find more settings of the same app over there.
Some of apps listed about (Marked as 'In UC') doesn't include in the ROM. However, the app cabs are bundled in the ROM package and maintained to be used for XDA_UC_NET. For more info, read the readme text file in Xtras folder included the ROM package. For more info about XDA_UC_NET app, visit here
Its because some user like Opera version 9.7 and some version 10. Both cannot be included or if any one of them, users will have troubles using/installing other version(s). So this is the better way I hope.

Known Issues :
Issue #1: Startmenu takes some time to open at bootup or first boot.
Reason - Startmenu will be setting up at first launch.
Solution - Please wait until it configs and then you can use your device.
Issue #2: On first boot, there are no buttons in bottom bar except start menu icon in phone canvas aka dialer.
Solution - Make soft reboot, if still persists. Try shutdown and power ON again.
Issue #3: Cannot find button to accept cropping of contact image in HTC Album.
Reason - The HTC Album isn't fully compatible with WM6.5.x
Solution - The buttons are not visible but works. Left soft button is back and right soft button is done/ok.

• This ROM upgrade is only designed for HTC Topaz aka HTC T535x, HTC Touch Diamond2, HTC Pure, O2 XDA Diamond 2, T-Mobile MDA Compact V, and AT&T Pure.
• DON'T ATTEMPT TO USE OR FLASH TO THE DEVICE(S) OTHER THEN MENTIONED ABOVE.

• By flashing this ROM upgrade, your Topaz may not extended or void warranty, so it’s your own risk and responsibilities.
• RUU supports all Windows platforms.
• Before you flash, make sure your Topaz is CID unlocked aka HardSPL. Click here for more info.
• Before you flash, make sure your Topaz has at least 50% battery power.
• Before you flash, make sure you have taken backup of all your important data(s) on your Topaz including contacts, tasks, messages, emails and etc.
• Before you flash, make sure you have disabled screen saver, power saving and the like on your PC.
• Before you flash, make sure your PC has battery backup provided for safety propose. At least for 15 mins.
• Before you flash, close all the running softwares on your PC. Soft reboot the PC is recommended before flashing.
• While flashing, DO NOT start another process.
• While flashing, DO NOT minimize the RUU window. Let it stay in the foreground.
• While flashing, DO NOT interact or use your Topaz, unless instructed to do so.
• While flashing, DO NOT remove the USB sync cable from PDA, unless instructed to do so.
• First boot UC and XDA_UC_NET is already supported in all the ROM upgrades. Please check next page more info.
• After flashing and booting successfully, make a soft reboot. Hard reboot is recommended.
• On the first boot, start menu may take some time to open. Please give it some time before to start using your Topaz. It should be fine on 2nd boot and so on.
• This ROM upgrade doesn’t include radio aka GSM, IPL, SPL or etc. except OS and splash screen.

The ROM consists of two UC options. One is automated installation on first boot after flashing which works from file called "SDConfig.txt" in the root directory of your storage card. Click here for more info. Second is XDA_UC_NET which works by running the app manually. Quick Start guide about XDA_UC_NET :
1. Create following folders on your storage card
• XDA_UC
• XDA_UC\Manual
• XDA_UC\Copy2Root
• XDA_UC\Run
• XDA_UC\Execute
“XDA_UC” is a place for all .cab, .reg, .mscr, .cer files that should be automatically installed to device.
“Manual” is a place for all cab files you want install in usual "visible" mode with all questions.
“Copy2Root” is a place for all files and folders that should be automatically copied to device.
“Run” is a place for you self-extracting archives.
“Execute” is a place for you self-extracting archives if you want to continue customization while them working.
2. Run XDA_UC_NET and press customize button*.
*Make sure XDA_UC in Storage Card is selected as XDA_UC folder before you run the customizations.
