i recently got sim unlock code for my NIKI200 from an unlocking server, unfortunately wrong code has been entered before. The NIKI200 says " you have tried 9 times, please wait until timeout....", i have waited for more than one week, it couldnt timeout. i got another ROM and i flashed d NIKI200, yet it still shows please wait until timeout..
i dont know hw long am going to wait for the phone to timeout and accept the network unlock code.
please any suggestion and or advice will be appreciated.

I am a long time user but first time poster on this forum. I have had many WM phones and am currently fighting my newly purchased TG01.
I have an unlock code from Vitamise but no matter what I try I can not get the phone to bring up the simunlock screen.
I have tried the original tosh / orange rom and several custom roms. The tosh / orange rom does nothing just shows "searching..." and all the custom roms I have tried tell me they have a problem loading "simunlockp.exe" when I insert my O2 sim. My have an Orange sim which works fine so it isn't a radio problem.
Is there anyway to manually call the simunlock mode? Or am I totally missing something?
Thanks in advance for your help, I have silently solved so many problems with info from this site and this is the first time I am at a loss.

First of all:
as far as I know you can unlock tg01 on original/stock(toshiba) ROMs only!
Yeah I read about that.
It had the original orange / tosh rom when I got it and to be totally sure I reflashed it with the rom from the tosh website. Still no luck, no unlock screen, just "searching..." and "Sim Blocked" displaying on the orange home screen.
i have the exact same problem anyone got a solution PLEASE ! even tried flashing back to the stock rom and says invalid wont flash it ? (from toshiba website)

You have to use SDDL+ to flash the orginal rom back to the phone
Yeah I had that problem too, the file you need is in this forum just search for it.
I am on the original rom but still no luck.
I took the phone into an orange shop today, they had a look and declared it was "weird" that it wasn't showing the unlock screen, I then spent ten minutes on hold to customer services who also decided it was weird and told me the "technical team" will call me back in the next couple of days.
Is there anyway to call the unlock screen manually, or unlock the phone with a code from the dialler like when you use *#06# to display the IMEI?
n00j...use original rom put the locked sim card and hard reset then you will be able to use the unlock code you got from vitamise

Ok, I have heard stuff about limited functionality and possible damage to your phone when using these things... is that true?
this might be a little off topic but i heard that if you type 3 ulock codes wrong you can not unlock you device
if is not true please provide a link because i didn't find one

Right, went to a phone unlocking shop today and the guy basically told me he has never successfully unlocked an Orange TG01.
He also told me he had to stop selling rebel sims as he had way too many complaints from his customers about them not working, he had a some left though and agreed to sell me one real cheap as long as I promise not to return it
I got one for a quid and can confirm it doesn't work, I get all functions but can't receive incoming calls or texts.
Basically I am giving up and will sell this locked phone to buy an unlocked one.
Thanks to everyone one this forum for all the help and discussion though, just seems the Orange TG01 is impossible to unlock....

10 x i bought my tg01 over internet and i don't know if someone tried to unlock it with any method so i was a little worried, i don't want to waste 30 euros on useless unlock code ( p.s. i saw that u need original rom to unlock - true ?)

You don't need to spend such an amount of money(30eur): vitamise do the job for 10gbp~11eur, quick&accurate.
P.S.Yes, it is true.
For safety: (on stock toshiba ROM) put a sim not supported by your tg01 and if asks for unlock code everything should be ok for a future unlock by code.
Use vitamise service with no fear, he has best recommendations...
I have unlocked Orange TG01. Vitamise sent me unlock code and everything was OK. I can recommend him. In the beginning I had no idea how to use the unlock code but he told me to try hard reset with locked sim inside. I did it and then I was asked for unlock code...

Hi, i`ve bought an unlock code for 5 euro. And i recieved it. But the problem is i dont know how to enter it. When you put a foreign sim card to locked phone it asks for code i think. But photon does not ask any codes. How can i enter the unlock code i bought? Was that just a waste of money?

yes that was a waste of money. the phone is already UNLOCKED for international usage but it is locked for any other sim carrier in the USA. outside of usa you can use it freely.
But i wanted to get rid of the registering process on startup

start up process is common with all android devices.
one time process as long yu do not factory reset.
Next time donate 5euro to some dev so that we have some goodies.

Thank God there is no way you can do it for free for now, how come it is too expensive for unlocking - I charge my customers 20 - 25 €.

I'm having the same problem with my phone. It was unlocked only for 1 provider. After inserting many times unlock codes with no success... now it asks for unlock code for all providers. I tried factory reset, still nothing helps. I get a message of unsuccessful unlock.
Same here... Seems no one can solve this major problem :/. I've tried full reset, even flashing another rom, and flashing with quick upgrade and no solution..

Ok so ive been googeling my ass off, and getting scammed left and right to get a free unlock code for a ot991....
Then i looked at the provider nr on the sticker behind the battery...
There are the letters KPN in between the code(is a dutch provider), so i found the sim unlock sevice they provide...
Filled in a form and got my unlock code right away.
So find out the provider and the rest is easy...

I purchased a brand new Samsung Galaxy Alpha Direct from Vodafone UK. My sim is under Orange/EE.
I purchased a NUC code from an unlocking vendor online. I entered the correct IMEI number as requested and received the code a few days later. I entered the code and received a message saying "Network request unlock unsuccessful."
Went through troubleshooting with the vendor and could not get it working. A refund was given.
I decided to Vodafone UK to have the phone unlocked direct through them as I thought maybe a dodgy code was given. I received my code yesterday, followed the instructions and again the same message appears.
I was growing tired with this so decided to take it to an independent experienced phone unlocker/repairer and explained the situation to him. I give him the code and he tried various different things and was baffled as this should be an easy process.
The phone is running android 4.4.4
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have a phone here I cannot use :crying:

I just unlocked note 4 from Vodafone. I got 4 unlock codes. One is for sim and the other 3 for aomesthing more deeper in the sistem Just worked with the sim unlock code. My question for you is: if you tryed 2 different ( online and Vodafone) YOU SHOULD GOT THE SAME CODE FOR SIM UNLOCK because is strictly related to your IMEI. Is that the case?
P.S. 1.On Google play is a program Note 4 unlock. I got my unlock code in 50 minutes in the day of international launch of note 4. You should try that.
2. Write with Odin a stock firmware and try again your unlock code after that
3. To enter your unlock code you have to insert an non accepted sim in your phone, power up your phone and enter the code when you are asked. Did you do that?

If your phone does not ask for the unlock code:
1. Turn on the phone with original Sim card or without Sim card
2. Enter #7465625*638*NCK/Network#
The phone is now unlocked.
If your phone does not ask for the unlock code:
1. Turn on the phone with a foreign (Unaccepted) Sim card
2. Then enter the following sequence:
#0199*Unfreeze/Defreeze#
#0111*NCK/Network#
#0121*SCK/Subprovider#
#0133*SPCK/Provider#
The phone is now unlocked.

Yes where to enter these codes and letters? I tried entering the numbers and nothing happens, if I try to press call it says Mobile network not available.
