The shipped rom page doesn't seem to have the official T-mobile Uk rom can anyone point me in the right direction for this or provide a link? thanks

This is now the 4th request for this wk, T-mobile as of yet haven't released any UK roms for the Vario 2, however it is being looked into by a contact of mine....
Until then if you want a dumped rom see my sig, however it is just the OS, no radioRom or extRom.

I've been looking for the link to the new o2 UK ROM upgrade for the XDAII.
I'm pretty sure that I am looking on the right site (www.myxda.com) and that I've already downloaded the launch ROM and the upgrade. But now I cannot find the link anymore...
As I've already encountered some bugs in my German ROM so that I am not sure if o2 UK maybe has withdrawn the release?!?
Has anybody some information on that? Is there still a working link on the o2 UK site? If not - why? :roll:

On www.myxda.com is the O2 website, even you inside you also can't download the rom, because the website must have password only you can access. for UK go to www.my-xda.com then you can download from there.

I'm trying to find an official T-Mobile ROM, well just the ms_.nbf file really as I’m selling my XDA II to a friend who is on T-Mobile, and I want to put all the T-Mobile customisations onto the device, I have already unlocked the phone with a tool posted on this site and it works a treat, just would like all the extra bits.
I have found a file for the German version, but for the life of me I can't find a UK Version.

dude the imformation is out there in this community dont be lazy just read the posts.. I know because i have a xda2i and i have a updated ROM but there wont be a update to 2005 as yet since the xda3 is set for release soon.

can someone please do a quick link or something to more info, as i'm damned if i can think of anything else to google / forum seach for

Have a look on the UK O2 site. It has a IIi ROM there you can download in case of emergencies.

Ok I Compiled A T-Mobile ROM From A Dump. Unfortunatley I Don't Know From Which Country It Comes, So You'll Have To Try It To Find Out.

T-Mobile 1.21.110.3 OS only no radio etc.
It's only on the CD that comes with the vario II at the moment and so would need someone to extract it from the cd and upload it.
I wouldn't bother as it eats battery - and they haven't decided when they're going to update it yet.

Can you confirm what is on the T-Mobile Vario II CD? I have the CDs but I am nor aware that any software is on there to get my ROM back to its original state should I start to look at other builds - or have I misunderstood your comment?

when i originally had a look at the CDs i thought it was, but i'm hating my new rom so went to look today and it is in fact not on the CDs after all. sorry, i'm in the same boat now too, sort of.
