Hello to all,
I need help with upgrading rom. I have 1.03.00 and I would like upgrade to some new rom. Could I backup my old rom? Could I backup my Radio? Whats happend with extended rom after I upgrade rom? Which one rom is optimum for me PH10B - Czech Rep.?
Thank you much for help!!!

Backup your ROM and/or radio to SD via booting into bootloader. Advise would be sticking with your current radio stack and test out the new rom first. The new AT&T ROM for US appears to be very stable but the radio might not be for you.

HI GUYS I REALY CONFUSED WHAT IS THE DEFRENT BETWEEN THE ROM AND THE EXT ROM AND COULD I INSTALL ANY VERSION OF ROM AND EXT ROM TOGETHER .
OPS ONE MORE WHAT IS THE PURPOS OF THE RADIO
radio rom == embedded software for the gsm module
because it's not directly a part of windows
extented rom is just a collection of cab files which are installed after a hardreset
so yes if the cab files are programs which are supported by the os
then any ext rom can be used
good info

I happened to Unlocked First step only on Tmobile Ameo 8GB but skipped the Second and Third Steps after upgrading it 3.5 Spl Rom stucked on the Welcome Screen but I happened to downgrade it so I was able to Flash Rom any Rom with Spl 1.2 Version.
But the problem is My IMEI and Radio Version was lost and I can't flash any Radio or any official Rom w/ Radio on Ameo as if it will not stucked at 1% it would stucked at 12%.
I tried the Olipro's Unlocked to no avail since it can only work on Step 1 but Step 2 & Step 3 won't work.
Is the Radio Hardware already affected and defective? If ever you can extend help pls do so Thanks may God bless your kindness
Have you tried flashing just the proper radio rom first? If your not completely hard spl'ed, you will have to flash the original shipped rom and then do it all again.
No Original Radio or Rom for Tmobile Ameo Available
Actually the one who sold me accidentally flash the wrong Rom and I can't find any 1.45 or 1.47 Original Rom available. Do you have any direct download link?
Now I can only Flash Rom but not Radio Rom or Rom w/ Radio.
And Im not sure whether my Original Rom is German or English Tmobile Rom.
Any more suggestions what to do next?

guys . i have 58.0 installed with spl3.03 which comes from stock HTC rom that was downloaded by my S/N . now i wanna upgrate to 60.0. do i need to reflash stock htc rom again ?
If you have the Artemis v5 series ROM still on your device, you can flash the new version with SSPL like before, nothing else needed as it´s still on your device.
You can, if you want, but you don't have to.
Flashing STOCK ROM before flashing Artemis is only recommended if you recognise weired behavior.
But it's up to you to invest these 10 short minutes for flashing STOCK ROM first.
