Does anyone know where to get new/more icons for the cube function?

Here comes my own problem with changing icons on Cube...^^
Not only assigned icons with DustomMediaHub, I killed the default icons by replacing different graphics made by myself with the same names to see how far it could go....
The problem is no matter how hard I try, the default icons stick on the cube during its animation. Hopefully someone can crack the mystery one day^^
pic 1, pic 2 are cube with repleced icons, unpressed and pressed respectively; pic 3 is the animation of cube without the repleced icon...

That is totally normal. The animation of the spinningaround is prefabbed. Just a little movie that is already there and isn't based on the actual screens. That's much easier to achieve without to much memory-demand. Keep in mind that it was not ment to change icons.

hi, thank you very much for the illustration. but it still confuses me because I have checked all *.pngs in windows folder and replaced all susceptible files, four envelopes in total, with my own files. the worse was there was no suspected "flat png" for cube animation in the whole system...>_<
BTW, Mr. Gullum's t9 phone pad is fantastic! @[email protected] fail to post it via ppc…

Sorry, I didn't dive into it, so I don't know where the animation is located. But another detail to this matter, have you noticed that the contactpictures change to the Gray Head illustration just before spinning?
the animations are .brn files A0.brn A1.brn A2.brn A3.brn A4.brn A5.brn
and B0.brn 1-2-3-4-5 C0.brn 1-2-3-4-5
those are the once that do the animation I had a program one but can't find it now called brntobmp.exe that could convert these files into bmp images

Okay , I think we can improve the way we use the touch Flo dramatically !!
I changed the name of those brn files and i was able to change the rotation of cubes. For example i renamed A0.brn to A5.brn and A5.brn to A0.brn and the cube rotates from left to right when it was suppose to rotate from right to left ! Anyways , what i'm trying to do is to change the order of animations so when we activate the touch flo, instead of activation animation ( images coming from bottom ) we see the deactivation animation ( images coming from top to bottom) ... I hope you understand what I'm saying.
The problem is i can't find those animation file responsible for activation and deactivation of cubes .. Please somebody help
What I'm trying to do is to slide into the cubes and out of them , just inverse of Touch.. so when we slide our finger from top to bottom , the cubes will appear from top to bottom.

Hi, brother, maybe you are right, but the observation tells me another story^^
The animations do change accordingly whatever page is been viewed--which means Applauncher.exe, MediaHubnini.exe and Quickdial.exe are plausibly all responsible for the animations^^

I would like to know if one know how to disable the clock animation on touch flo's home screen.
The animation is taking the clock one hour and two minutes before the now hour, so you have to wait the end of animation to know the exact hour.
I have seen several posts on the subject fot the HD2, and tried the cab's but without result (http://forum.hardware.fr/hfr/gsmgpspda/smartphone/questions-sondage-inside-sujet_20099_1.htm and http://htc-touch-hd.forumactif.biz/divers-f65/info-compilation-de-trucs-et-astuces-t10119.htm point 38).

Indeed unfortunately at the moment only a cab version for Touch flow 2.1 and 2.5 are available...we have 2.0.
We need a developer to put some work into it. Perhaps Billabongstaff can help us.
First of all, I know this information has got to be here somewhere within the confines of XDA-Developers, however, I am at a loss. Therefore, I pre-apologize if this is redundant.
One of the first roms that I tried for my TG01 had an animated splash screen with sound! I would really like to put an animation both on the boot and the normal splash screen before windows mobile starts. Would someone be able to point me in the correct direction?

Contact Nokser, his ROMs only have animated boot up...
Just search for "animated splash wvga", or look HERE to start with.
If you use a rom with an animated spash just copy over the existing animation with a new one.
If not use Advanced Config to choose the file location.
Hope thats what you were looking for
I think the TG01 is differnet.
I have tried everything like that, I absolutely can not get the animated splash screen to work. Hmm... Nokser must have done his homework cuz I think that is a tough thing to get working on the TG01.

OKay just saw the cursom boot animation request thread but I thought I would offer a place that people that have made personal animations to just link for others....I only have one I might make more but just wanted to share it....it is Transformers 3 intro into Sentinals Eye but it ends Saying Transformer Prime....the "S" (from Transformers) shatters and "Prime" fades in....
It is a bit glitchy but I am not sure how to fix it...in my editor it looks fine.

PS: First of all I am not an expert in any way, I just wanted my boot animation like this...the settings in desc could probably be optimized more and also the boot time I think take a bit longer due the length of the clip and the resources needed....feel free to edit as much as you would like

How do you setup a custom boot animation, been wondering this for while....
I want to design an animation for my app. Users click "boost now" icon and it boosts his phone while displaying a fancy animation.
Problem is I have no clue how to do these animations. I'd like your input on how to do it, I'm familiar with android but haven't done any fancy graphics.

To put it simple: A boot animation is just a bunch of png files, which are displayed at a certain rate.
So no fancy animations or gifs, I hope you are not too sad about it .
