By the way, I have found out the bugs issued on the CHT AKU3 as posted here and I finished fixing the bugs.
- Hand writing not functioning (fixed)
- SMS stay in outbox (fixed)
But one minor issue is 手寫輸入 has bug, it will cause the system unstable, but 全螢幕手寫輸入 is working perfectly. I will post the link later on too.
Hi thanks for the files, I am using ATOM EXEC WM6 WWE and your files allow reading chinese without problems.
However the handwritiing seems not working, The fullscreen one will crash and the write-in-the-box one will not load.
I hope there is a way to fix the handwriting issues or there is a release of CHT WM6 for Atom Exec. Thanks very much.

Just wanna share a trick that I've found for CHT handwriting input for ATOM EXEC WM6 WWE.
use the sunglobe.ttf and sunglobepatch.cab from dcoloane
then
install Penpower蒙恬Big5.cab
Vala! the fullscreen mode will not work however the write-in-a-box does! This is the solution I have b4 the release of CHT Atom Exec WM6 Rom.

You can upgrade to release 1.72.00.WWE for a Qtek 2020 Belgian retail. I've done it a week ago. I'm using a Qtek 2020 with Proximus.
The upgrade rom was placed on the resellers site. I downloaded it and it was an .exe file. Just run, be patient - it least an half an hour - and your Qtek is running up to date.

Remarks so far :
+ looks nice, Landscape is nice, but TomTom 3 does not support landscape

- Bluetooth Profile on today screen becomes invisible sometimes, but i moved it up under Owner information and I can still check/uncheck it when it is invisible
+ my bt handsfree/headset works fine (I still don't know the difference between headset and handsfree ) but i can pickup, speak,hear & hangup with it.
+ my bt GPS Holux works fine.
+ TomTom works even better with BT gps than with 1.72 where (on my device) it hung when GPS receiver was not on.
I didn't test much with it, so don't blame me if you do the same and are not happy with it.

This is not an official ROM, and it is adopted from Atom Life AKU 3.3 revision 2. It is very much faster than official ROM.
Does this include the O2 Media Plus , O2 Phone Plus, O2 SMS Plus, etc cabs?

After week of usage system goes unstable. Exec can't recieve calls, reboots sometimes. In task manager aplications duplicated many times. And more. This firmware hasn't serious improvements and I back to 822.
Anyone else have got it running?? and working well?

I am using it third week and it is realy fast and works properly so far. I have used internet as well without any problem. I have installed HTC today plugin, pTravel Alarm, Office WM6 and everything is fine

I downloaded from mediafire location and updated my atom exec, but its wm5 not wm6 ???
As topic. This is a tread for Chinese users. I have tried many input methods that really work for my ATOM for the new ATOM WM6 AKU0.3.0 WWE. It seems that almost many of the Chinese input software is NOT fully working with these WWE vesion.
Software that I've tested:
- CESTAR 2.8 R3A (not working, will freeze O2 and need hard reset)
- Monster Chinese 6.0 (not stable)
- A4 SIP (A4_QVGA_v2.0.14.CAB) works well but only Simplify Chinese
- A4 SIP (A4_QVGA_v2.0.30.CAB) cannot call input method
- CE-Star_Big5C works ONLY on CHT device.
- Q9PPC(9方) WM6 NOT stable
- ChinaFEP_No5en.zip cannot call input method
Guys, if you found some input method that fits working, please share with us.

The attached is working for me at the moment but i still prefer Plum 5.0.2 as it support T9 Eng Plus T9 style Pinyin. Hopefully someone can get it to work with Atom WM6!!

I am amazed by this new wonderful Rom by JIGGS. I've been looking for a Chinese input method for 2 days now and only the one posted in this thread works for me now. I went to read the post by Jiggs about CHT ROM but that is not what I am looking for. I just need a CHS input method that support T9 PinYin.

ZTA4 Chinese T9 Pinyin is supported in AKU0.7
I TESTED it and its working fine concurrently with phonepad.
Let wait Jiggs to release it then i will post it here.
isn't it PlumSIP5 cannot support in WM6 AKU0.3.0 ? becoz i try to install it , but at the same i can't read chinese . i also have a same need with agboa , so agboa , do u mind 2 share with me wht u do on ur ppc to view CHS words and input pinyin. thanks a lot ~

I have no SYS folder - only nbh file. I think I need rom Extractor or something like that to extract rom - but i don't know from where can I download it

My fears were confirmed : the ROM is protected, so I can't efficiently extract it.
I will try that ROM to see if it would be interesting to port 21189 SYS/XIP, but I'll try to do it by myself.
Edit : just flashed it : the phone hang at WM splash screen, juste after the sound that indicate you have to calibrate your screen. I've tried to hard reset but no way to make it work... I will try to use its XIP, that's the only part that has been extracted from the NBH...
I have the same problem - but after softreset it works. So just softreset phone and calibrate without any problem

Flashed twice, hard reset once, soft reset 3 or 4 times...
I'm using 1.65.29.22 Radio, my device is totally unlocked. I flash my device since jan 08, that's the first time it happens to me (only my bad ROMs make me such things).
I know that 6.5 works with 1.65.28.25 radio and 1.15 spl, quite slowly but it works... so I don't think it's a problem radio... I've tried the 21159. the 21189 is better?
It seems the new build is much more stable and fast then the older...
But in chinese i won't test it
