My SD Card is Missing in WM6! - JAMin, XDA Neo, S200 ROM Development

Hey there,
I just loaded the Transformer 1.1 ROM onto my JAMin (Prophet), but to no avail (the SD card does not appear), same problem with TNT V5 OFFICIAL. What's going on??
Is it because i used Fantastic_b4_step1.rar for my temp rom, instead of the Prophet_PV_Temp.zip?
PLEASE HELP ASAP!

Really a lot has been written about this subject allready. In fact so much, that it is impossible to link all here.
You could try to use the search-option => advanced search to look for many interresting posts.
About your question: if you want to know if your problem is related whith your step1 RUU, just try another one. This is the how many of us have found solutions to our problems.
It is known that Fantastic uses some tricks in their step1, but then again, Transformer Upgrade.bat erases the ExtROM... Anyway, I have the best results by using an "official" NVID RUU as step1.

Yep, well, I searched for days and found an article that links to this, all i needed to do was blow into the SD Slot with a bit of pressure. (how embarassing..)
But yes, thanks.
If someone could delete this thread now, that'd be sweet

Atleast you got yours working - Mine hasn't worked for months: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=315533

ThankĀ“s

First, you have to find the ROM files. I am sure you are wise enough in the ways of google to find them yourself.
after that, i believe you just copy them to a folder on the SD card.
As i understand it it includes a browser so you can select the file to open.
i would like to have given you first hand advice, but my bank only gives out f**king Maestro cards so i can't buy anything yet....
finally got it to work close thread please.
so now what?
Had the same issues with these. Found some ROMs got them on sd card had one work ( Bionic Commando) But when the game ended it is now a blank screen! The keypad still show (still does not work) on the screen but thats it! I tried to load another game but no luck! I got the roms from coolroms.com if that helps. I WANT THIS TO WORK!!!! Help!

[Q] android heeeeeeelllp!!!

I need help, I searched the forums and I did everything the forums told me to do but no go. . Im trying to put android on my htc hd2. First I installed the spl, that went through without a hitch I downloaded everything, from the customRUU.exe, to radio 2.15, to a rom android sense, i tried flashing both not at the sametime changing them to RUU_signed.nbh, and when i run the ruu.exe it give me an error. When i try the other way, by changing them to LEOIMG.nbh and ptting it on my storage car, and shutting my phone off then turning it back on by holdong the volume button down with the power button all i get is the tri color screen with either serial or usb, nothing more, no image screen to continue, so i have to take out my battery and put it back in to restart my phone to normal. Im lost the process is very easy to do, but im having problem and i cant find anything in the forums to fix them nothing seems to be working. please help and sorry to be such a noob to this.
Also side note one user said i can us my tmobile rom, and radio, my current rom is like 3.14 and my current radio is higher the 2.08. just put android on my phone and run it. i put the folder in ran clrcad.exe, of course did nothing, then i ran haret.exe, it bootloaded to linux, now i phone is stuck on a blank screen with green htc lettering. I dont know why something so simple is giving me such a problem. I even looked at the vids on how to do, I did nothing different but no go.
Did you have memory card at 2gb memories minnimum? Maybe that is....android create a data image of 512mb to 2gb size, that is in the startup.txt file writing
Sent from my HTC HD2 using XDA App
You have looked every where but not the sticky??
I suggest you look at it again:
[REF] HD2 STICKIES | USEFUL INFO | POSTING RULES - Read Before Posting!
You should have NO problems after going thru it. Remember you are those very few that have problems. Read then you will find your answers.
Also, this is a Development forum, you should read the forum rules and such questions should be in the General section. Thanks Good luck!
memory card is at 16gig, as for sticky going to work now, ill check it later. Why do I have to be part if that little few? lol thank u
In startup text what does the last two lines say
Sent from my HTC HD2 using XDA App
which rom works best with cht2.0?
Just curious, how long did you waited at the "green htc" screen. During first boot, it can take up to 20 minutes to create the data files needed. I have to be patient. That screen usually indicate that it is working.
another, which android build did you try?
You are probably almost there. When you get the green htc letters on the blank screen, that is probably the time the image file is being created. This can take a good 10 minutes (according to the size of the image file being created. Your phone may seem stuck but its working in the background. Just leave it as it is for at least 15 minutes. If it stays like that then there must be another problem.
something tells me, you might not have hardspl installed yet...

I didnt change my rom, or my radio I kept them all original tmobile. My radio was already higher then 2.08, and my rom was the newest from tmobile 3.14. All I did was format the sd card, downloaded Mdeejay_eVo_Sense_v._2.0_REVOlution extracted it, moved it to the sd card and thats it. Clicked on clrcad, then haret and after about ten minute it worked. The only bad thing was i left my phone on with android running and I fell asleep, and woke up with a dead battery, i thought my phone bricked lol thank god the other way around.

Now whatever you do, be sure to ignore anyone that tells you that it's your microsd card that's draining the battery. It's misinformation that's still be spread like it's 'The Android Gospel'.
Do yourself a favor and get SetCPU and CurrentWidget. There's a thread on SetCPU (google for it) and use the settings that you find there.
The most recent builds tend to not really need taskkiller, as 2.2 is pretty good at memory management.
For future help, it's best to post in the existing thread for whatever build you're using, instead of a OMFGHELPAAAaaaaa thread in the wrong place.

[Q] Anomaly

I've installed XDAndroid on my TP2 before, on both SDcards that I've been using.
One's 4gb, one is 8.
Running latest energyrom (beautiful btw)
And I'm having some odd anomalies installing android.
Formatted both cards using SDformatter to FAT32.
First time around using FroyoX, I got kicked out when it wouldn't mount to SD.
Decided to try using .cab on the reference install and gave me the same problems.
Reformatted and installed the Blazn and it installed and ran fine.
I've never had any problems installing these before, but I'd prefer to be using the reference .cab and I've been searching for about 2.5 hrs now and I haven't found anything similar to this.
Any input or directions for me?
Greatly appreciate,
4bassdude

Please don't point him to old outdated stuff.
We don't really provide cabs anymore, as they not only fostered ignorance about the system, but actually take 2x as long to install. If you want a clean updated FRX04 bundle, see my thread here.
i know i know, but he asked for the cab xD and as far as i know that's the latest cab file there is even though the files in it are kinda outdated

XPERIA mini pro - cyanogen mod 9 not mounting sd card

Hello all
First of all let me thank you for this forums, a real goldmine of tips and info
Please excuse my silliness in this post, but it's a byproduct of me writing from a tablet. Pure horror.
The situation where I find myself at the moment is quite usual but with some complications.
Yesterday I decided I was going to install link2sd to finally live a new app addicted life, and I followed this guide:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2126363&nocache=1
And everything went fine until I tried to use link2sd and it didn't see my sd.
I then had a more serious look and I realised my phone doesn't recognise the sd somehow.
Here is the complications: I am on holidays and I don't have my laptop with me.
Normally I would format the sd again, probably I have done something weird, but with no computer and such, what are my options?
I was considering to upgrade to 10 as well, would it be possible with no PC somehow?
Here it is all. The phone is working anyway for now. It's just yo fix it so I can shoot silly pics in beautiful Amsterdam
Thank you all!

SD card registering as 0gb

Hi guys,
I've been looking for a fair few hours now via search and google.. but I can't seem to find an answer.
In short, I just upgraded my i9305 to the latest SlimKat, and it seems to not register my SD card anymore. When I go to storage, it reads as 0B.
I can unmount and mount, but nothing else.
I've tried inserting another blank sd card and trying to get it formatted, but it does nothing and registers as 0B, after it reboots the OS.
I'm not sure what to do here, so I'm asking for help. I can see and install zips it via recovery (cwm.)
I'm just not sure what to do.

not sure.but it sounds like a bug in the rom .you might want to rollback to the previous version.(assuming it worked fine) if you think it's the card(i.e if the computer reads it as 0b then try sd formatter just remember to enable the change size option
download url --> https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter_4/

I've rolled back but I noticed that all builds from 3.8 onwards are like this. (I just flashed build 4, which was recently just linked on xda)
It's definitely not the card as I've tried putting a fresh card to get it reformatted...
Not sure where I go from here, and I can't post on the dev thread as I'm under 6 posts... if someone knows why this is happening, as it seems peoel are either ignoring it or it hasn't been bought to their attention, it would be awesome.
Cheers mate.
I just hope I don't get stuck with this version. lol. Maybe it's time to move on from slimkat. (I hope not.)
Just a quick update sort of:
1) I realized that I may have posted this on the wrong forum, as there's a troubleshooting Q&A for the i9035 which is what I have.
Any chance of a mod moving it over there?
2) Also I have now installed vanilla cyanogenmod on the phone and it read the SD card okay, it must be the rom, prolly hasn't ported properly or something... do'h!
