Seems to be a real Carkit from O2. But it´s a little bit expensive with 199€. Only Interessting is the Radio mute. Rest should be easy to make self.

Hmm, looks like it's made by a third party. The price isn't so bad if it really works well and has a lot of features.

they're only 70 eu.
MAybe you have some informations in English or German. My dutch is very bad.... :?

The carkit for the xda from Destinator is a generic carkit, and comes with a custom mounting bracket for your type of car. The kit does not have a charger build in, but it's possible to buy it as an option. Another option is handsfree calling over the car radio speaker, with the use of a FM-modulator. I've emailed with the distributor, but want I not understand is the think with BTW 19%. Once OK, but twice???
And I don't understand that, which kabel is on the standard set?
I want to put it on my GPS, Audio, and Power. Must I buy another kabel?
And I've I understand the Nederlands language right, that I could order it without the car specific proclip and could subtract 24 Euro?
Is all this right??

The Car Kit from Destinator is OK!
It's a lttle expensive but the XDA fits in perfectly and you can build your own cable. Well I've bought only the holder, no cable or prokit (fpr ex.car)
the price was about 55 €uro (without post).
I think ist better to take this, and not a cradle... (Sorry Carlos :evil: )

No the XDA-I Carkit doesn't fits the MDA-II
Goto www.destinator.nl, enter section "nieuws" (news) and click on news of 12-11-2003 to find the itemnumbers for XDA-II.
Order one of the Brodit/Destinator carkits for XDA-II with proclip and the Parrot CK3000 handsfree buetooth set. This combination is very usefull set for your MDA-II (XDA-II, Qtek 2020).

Long time member, first time poster.
I was hoping someone may be able to help me clear up my confusion on the status of the official wired extusb headset that comes with the Touch HD.
After much searching this site and others, I can only glean snippets of information saying that audio is not supported through the extusb port on the Touch HD and therefore gives a "This device doesn't support a USB Headset." error (I have tried two recent cooked roms to upgrade the Touch HD to WM6.5).
My confusion is, if the device doesn't support it, why was the Touch HD shipped with it?
Any help would be appreciated as I'm saving up for a new headset and I would like to use the official one in the meantime.

Thanks for the reply BigDish, that would be why I'm confused. I bought mine second hand through Ebay and it looks like they've sent the wrong headset.
I have seen pictures of, what I thought was, a Touch HD with ExtUSB Headset but I must have been mistaken.

have a look in the blackstone service manual, there you should find the missing part and ordering numbers.

since the service manual contains the part number and exact name of the part, you should google it and maybe you'll come along a domestic electronics shop, that will ship them to you, or find, that maybe even htc sells them...
