this is an OEM package sir,.
it used to build a ROM (it have to cooked with a ROM),.
OEM package made from .cab files,. (see my OEM Building Tutorial)
so you wont find any .cab there,.

Hello and sorry for my OT post, but I'm searching for an OEM with working TouchCube.
I have tried to test the cube from abulaza's ROM, but it's not fully working.
The cube launches, but I have no animation (only screen switching), no programm titles and most apps don't start (only an error report).
Hope, someone has an solution, thank you.

FINALLY... IT WORKS
Thanks to pdafre4k for his shared.
1. install the smart text cab
2. Do not do soft reset
3. Extract the smarttext.zip (change the extension zip to rar first) to /windows folder
4. Do soft reset (Do several times if still not works, it works on mine! )
It works on English version, not yet tested for Chinese one.
PS: You can find the file also in post #13 by pdafre4k
its meant only for atom life.
The bad thing about o2 is that they dont see any more profit in o2 atom, thus no more further support be it ROM or Software like this.
Lets hope someone managed to port it to atom. OR you can try HTC Touch Keyboard + Keypad in this forum. Im using it. Its very similiar

You are right, that's why we have this forum to help each other. Especially since O2 ignore their old customer..
I am sure someone with brilliant brain in this forum can help us to get this application run in our Atom.
Btw for HTC touch keybord + pad, can u share the link? I've found one but it seems I got the wrong version, it's not working in my lovely WM6 Atom (thanks to Jiggs).

I think u got to remove some SIP that u dun use using SKTOOL.

Just to explain abit. The 1st screen is when theres no input area selected. THe 2nd is at input area using keypad and last is using keyboard.

Thanks, it works with my atom. I've problem once, its because i use fingertouch, I already uninstall it and use SIPChange, and all works fine.
Still, I hope someone can help to make O2 Smart Text run in atom, I like the skin appearance

First uninstall the third party keybord (if you have any) it can cause the HTC keyboard unable to run.
Then just install the HTC keybord + keypad cab and SIPchanges (files from ckaidi)
Open the SIPchange and select the input method you want to use.
You can disable XT9 feature anyway before you start typing.

SKTool is more like program to clean your unwanted files and free up your memories, etc.

Have you remove all third party keyboard? Maybe you need to use SKtools or Pocket mechanic to clean up your registry.
After that have you try soft reset?
You will be able to disable xt9 after you get the HTC pad in your screen.
Just tap it and see the diferent.

Thanks, tried installing but it needs nearly 4mb space and right now that's only available on my SD card! I am sure I would have to install it on my main memory! I already have TouchPal installed, will give this a shot only if its better than TP. Will watch this space... if anybody will give us a comparison. Thanks for letting me know though.

Known problems sms is not working I'm looking for a solution for this
- no name of "network wizard icon" <-- It's called ConnectionSetup in kaiser
- no adjust backlight in setting menu <-- missing link
- no power management in setting menu <-- missing link
- phonepad not working <-- reason it's not in these roms just in the regsettings
but hopefully I can make a simple workaround for this

SMS is now working as it should
Bluetooth and ir work as they should.
missing links from the system tap in settings
Translated some of the HTC apps to right language

- PhonePad still dosn't work.. Actually i haven't tried any of your roms yet where it has worked, but its not a big deal for me as i can just install a cab file with it..
- Both Touch Keyboard and Touch Keypad gives me the same .. Whats the diffence ?
- Network Wizard in settings dosn't have any name.. Its just blank, but this isn't any problem for me as i only have to run this once..

Active synch not working - german
Hi Gullum,
Seems to be something is wrong. Cannot find the reset icon in system/settings.
After traditionally hardreset the active synch is not working same as the colleague above is mentioning already.

I'm not sure. With my prophet it is fine, although some others have noticed a drop in usage. If you want to remove it, it is installed as a cab file from the extension ROM and can be removed easily.

I have installed your italian rom with chinese language package, and found it very effective. For instance, I used other rom to open e-sword, a freeware bible, if i opened one long chapter, other rom will eventually become sluggish. But this rom can go to the very end of the chapater without sluggish. Your touchflo is also very responsive, but it will conflict with Chinese handwriting input like other roms except ap4. Looking forward to your English rom eagerly. Brovo!

Nice to hear a good testimony on MiChY's ROM. I suspect that it would be good. BTW, if you replace your HTC TouchFLO with FtouchSL, I think you should be able to use hand writing without problem. Anyway, I find FtouchSL to be much better than HTC TouchFlo. FtouchSL works with many more applications, such as excel, whereas HTC TouchFlo does not. Hope this helps.

Based on the instability of this application to devices like Diamond and Pro... we haven't tried that.

i repack your rom due to the reason that i need the asian wince.nls into the rom. After rebuilding your rom, all the windows or program windows are only 1/4 of the screen... can you kindly help me please?

Updating halts at 0% all the time, does anyone know what can be wrong?
Error report is http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=410761 however I disabled my NOD32. Phone doesn't have a SIM or other lock.

Did not use RaphaelHardSPL-Unsigned_190_1_3.exe, just tried to install this ROM.....
Should I run this beforehand?
Of course... Hard-SPL first and then flashing cooked ROMs.
i wonder if it is possible to force all users to read and agree that they had read the hard-spl sticky, before they can see other threats?
Guys, is there anyway we can revert back to OEM TFL3D icons??
I love the rom and I just need to change these icons..
Also, cabs to the removed apps is needed.
