i can found the program for downgrade the bootloader, i see many posts for this subject but the links for download the update is dead
i see the method with M3100v3cUnlock but i need the
HERMING_IPL1.01_SPL1.04_ONLY.nbh or other program if possible
now if you have a best or simply method please give me because i have this ppc only 2 days and i want change the language in english

possible. already discussed. you need a registry editor to do this.

I removed this file because it was exctracted from imei-check unlocker and violates copyright. Please be patient, an alternative solution will come soon.

if u have a x01ht and get an error, i can only say you are doing something wrong.
you have not mentioned anything about what u did, precisely. i cannot give you any comments.
i want say more but my english is limited and for the technical words iam not good but im sure me make mistake with the flash........
my windows xp is french and my activesync 4.2 french too
when i use the M3100v3cUnlock no problem for connect
to my ppc
now when i use HTC_HERMES_SIM_UNLOCK_V1 first time the program recognize my phone and the number of the rom ,after when i accept the update, the phone deconnect and display screen with 4 colours and when the ppc try again to connect with computer for update,activesync quit the desktop of windows and the ppc cant connect, after 2 or 5 min i have a error screen of program update
Read the install instructions, you have to start unlocking from bootloader mode:

You don't need activesync at all, you can disable it for doing the patched-radio flash.

Your device needs to have bootloader 1.04.
If you have bootloader 1.06 it will not work.
i know i have the bootloader 1.06
this is a reason why i want change in 1.04
if you can give a link or a method for download the program

If there's no rom matching your CID with 1.04 you'll have to wait.
I am close to a solution, but please give me some time...
if y try to flash with the WWE Rom Cingular 1.34.502.1 bootloader 1.06 you think its possible ?
and HERM100 and HERM200 its a same or different

No, it doesn't match your cid. you have to cid unlock it first and you need bootloader 1.04 for that.

i thought u could "use" M3100v3Unlock.exe for downgrading bootloader w/o paying... altho u need to pay to unlock sim-lock. am i correct?
Hi everybody, I am a Hongkonger.
I have seen many posts in this forum, but I cannot find a post which can give me a full process to Unlock the sim and get the radio function and any other things which I can do to make my x01ht more powerful.
Can anybody can post the whole process and the website where can the software be downloaded to help me finish what I want? I think it also satisfy the other users, thx!

the solution is simple.
go to this site;

buy the key file for your device and download the unlocker.
follow the instruction on the site to unlock your phone.
choose a rom you want from here.

the answer is YES. actually, the latest version can unlock x01ht with BL1.09 downgrading to BL1.04 so that you can even burn any rom you want.

You mean when the PPC Phone is unlocking , at the same time the PPC Phone is downgrading?

you have to buy the key file from imei-check. there is no free way for x01ht so far.

the latest unlocker for tytn from imei-check downgrades bootloader to 1.04, and then unlock the phone. when it's done, the bl version is still 1.04.

Not yet.
If you want to SIM-Unlock your phone, you'll have to cough up the 20 pounds. A small price to pay, IMO.. I paid it back before pof's free unlocker was available, but the 20 pounds was a lot cheaper than having to buy another phone that would work with my Globe SIM-Card.
If you only want to change your ROM without sim-unlocking your phone, there is a way to do that, but you will be violating copyright, and I assume that nobody will be willing to send those files.

If you want to unlock the sim lock. Please goes to IMEI website. If you just want to change the ROM from Japanese to Chinese. You may study the FAQ or wiki.If you still got any problem, please post your problem here. I have done the same thing before. And I have almost sucessful. (Exclude I can't input the chinese.) Did anyone know what happen??

*sigh* please don't confuse people. what you are referring to is for the old x01 BL1.06. we are talking about the new x01 BL1.09.
as of 2/3/2007, you have to use imei-check unlocker to unlock x01 with bl1.09. there is no freeware yet.

i remember reading(will link later) on here that when you run the imei check program that it copies the files to your device before it asks for the file, even with the newer version that is now available, which unlocks the newer phones as well... so it should follow that the same process with the newer version of their program will unlock the bl 1.09 phones as well, right? if no, then why not?

I have Qtek 9100 G3 and I flash that device and it's working GREAT, so I wrote a little tut on my language...
Now my friend asked me to put that NBD v9.1 ROM but he have G4 device and I don't want to brick it with doing something wrong.
I saw CID unlock tutorial but still afraid to flash...PLEASE HELP!
How to flash it safely and how to put NBD v9.1 on G4, or is this even possible?!

Dont attempt that CID unlock procedure with a G4, otherwise you will permanently brick your device.
If you want to check whether your device is CID locked then go here.
Read all about upgrading the OS on your device using shelltool here.

mtty.exe should be on the ftp site. I've attached shelltool to here and mtty.exe to here.

Yes you will be able to flash your CID locked G4 with NBD. Just read as much as you can from the shelltool thread and follow the directions closely.

the Elf unlocking doesn't work on duals...

i think we need because www.imei-check.co.ukuse this file to unlock our touch dual so if they manage to have the code which unlock the sim of our phone whith that file why can t we decrypte it ourself?

This is a full nand backup form engineering TG01
i hope someone can flash it into Sim locked phone to unlock them.
and allso
there is OEMDRIVERS from engineering phone
replace drivers like msmxxxx.dll and sdxxx.dll to new rom will fix SD card issues and improve speed

Try a better hypersim, you can always perform CPR to recover signal.
