are there any games that people recommend. I am looking for a game that works good in regards to speed. It would be great if people could list whatever games they have, thanks for all the help
Try the games from esoftinteractive. They make some nice games that work really well.

are there cracks or anything for them, how about some free games??
as warez is strongly discouraged on these forums, you'll not get an answer to that here. Either pay for your games or find a different source...
but there are free games that one can find. I personally can't give you any recommendations, because my idea of a "game" is playing with the GPS or flashing a custom rom...
games
There are lots of freeware and demo versions of games available on freewareppc and similar sites.
If you are willing to pay for games, DreamQuest has some very nice card games available. I have several of them and they were well worth the money. $15 is not much money to pay for something fun to play and beautifully designed.
Any other for-pay games people want to recommend?

An internet site, which shall remain nameless, offers an amazing amount of cracked games for my HD2, for free. This is all good. But I love my phone, and I woulden't mind paying for some of them. To support the non-Iphone scene, if nothing else.
Why oh why, aren't these games and apps available on the marketplace?! I was really surprised to find that there are so many games out there. But that doesn't help, if people doesn't know where to get 'em.
Is there something wrong with my Marketplace app? I only have two games to choose from. Mahjong, and some brain game/app?
try switching to the US MArket, there are more than 2 games in there
Try www.freewarepocketpc.net, there are some good games there too. but there are many games over here too!!
Hi,
I try to search but I've found nothing interesting;
I would know what is the best 3d game for win mob 6.5 in your opinion?
I don't know anything about the HD2 game because i don't own one.
But just for sure that the site you mention really provide games. But I don't think there is any site like that. *~*
The window mobile has very few games, 3D games is even fewer. I am very sad about it... T_T
But the HD2 can run Android OS. I think that is also a solution for you.
hi all,
I recently uploaded a new free game - IdunkU
I just wanted people to know that free games are usually made by indie programmers and designers who worked hard on their games
and count on their users to click on their sponsers banners now and then so the free gaming can live well and prosper.
fyi - each click gets the developer ~0.01$.
so the question i am asking you is: are you clicking those ad banners in games? if not, why?
market.android.com/details?id=tomer.idunku
No I don't click.
If you are a good enough developer you work for a proper gaming company and they pay your wages.
On the other hand, if you can code a gameloft like game on your own I would happily pay 8 dollars to buy the game.
It all depends on game quality. Let's be honest, free games are usually ****e.
I rarely if ever see the ads as I only enable data to go on CrapBook or check my email.
i have never known anything about it
thanks alot
I've been hunting for games for my kid to play. nothing comes close to the ones on the explorer. It seems like an emulator would be perfect since the games are touchscreen based. I'd be willing to pay or help out in any way for an app like this.or even a similar system to the explorer or leap pad
anythig???

It wouldn't be worth it. You're the only person that wants it. There are legal issues. Just download some simple games like angry birds or fruit ninja. Or buy a leapfrog device.

here you go this emulates android and it is fully legal.

What you think of 'Rule the Kingdom' ?
It seems like a great idea, an rpg + sim/simcity style game.
Its free to download.
The part that I think breaks the gameplay is the huge fremium portion of the game. It takes forever to do anything unless you spend crystals, which are extremely rare unless you buy them with real money.
But without the fremium, I think the game would be great. (I refuse to spend money on fremium games)
EDIT:
Haha, just found a huge exploit in the game, so now you don't need to to buy diamonds to speed things up
The game's time is dependent on the system's time. Meaning if you go to settings and increase a day, a lot of resources you were making just finish instantly (and you get the daily chest).
There are downfalls to placing the system's time back to the real time.
What I did:
Went back to the year 2001, used the diamonds that came originally, to heal my character. Now i'm playing till i pass the game. Safely advancing the time by day. When i complete the game, i go back to today's time and wait for the new content with a loooot of resources hehehe.

I will say it right off the bat, and it goes with ANY game on ANY console; I despise freemium and pay to win. They are horrible and just scam the customer. Even when you "purchase" a game and are able to buy your way through faster and better equipment. I had a game similar to that called MyCountry and I downloaded a cheating client so I could have as much money as I wanted and actually play the game. I can't stand those. Other than that I know quite a bit of people to play that game and enjoy it, so it could be fun. Who knows.
Anyone have suggestions for similar games, pref. with no pay to win / pay to get items ?
Been looking for sim games for ages ( civ like games etc)

Or age of empire like game, or better still a port of space empires
Im surprised there are not more real time startegy games for android, as real time strategy and touchscreen controls seem to go hand in hand if done right

I am a big fan of the SimCity series and EA has a full on port of in the Play Store that is very well made. Very nice touch controls. Don't know if that's your sort of game, but I thought it was worth it. And i completely agree with the A full Touch RTS would be fantastic

Updated the original post with info to make this game free, not fremium.
Hello,
I've recently created different flappy bird clones and tried to jump on the flappy bird train, but it didn't work out, as there simply is too much competition.
I wonder if creating apps for android is profitable for small developers anyway. Are there any suggestions on which kind of games to focus? Which genres are you targeting on?
What are your experiences with casual games?
Everyone likes high end graphics games.... but so far the only game i havent seen on the play store... its a soccer game...fifa 15 & 16 just sucks... cant play international games ect... maybe a worl cup game with narrators? Since its just around the corner!!.. & maybe charge $5 bucks for it..
Sent from my SM-N920P using XDA-Developers mobile app
The thing is, as a single developer, I can't afford high end graphics. So I'm looking for market gaps.
Never thought of a football game... I might give it a try, thanks.
Simple games sometimes do very well. Look at flappy bird. I would go for a simple game with simple easy to understand input.
Phone games are meant to kill time. Make a game that requires no skill at all.
Side scrolling 2d games....that have a storyline!
There is no silver bullet. You could never know which one will be hyped.
If you have a lot of money to spend on marketing you can sell any game, otherwise it doesn't matter if your game has high- or low-end graphics. If some people start to play with it and start to share it you'll win
Just make games you would like to play with
jglm4u,
Its too hard to develop soccer games on android and need expensive licenses for stars like messi or ronaldo.
