I don't think SFR can block CID Unlock because I've done it on mine (and totally removed their ROM and splach).
I remember your error number as ever been quoted before, but I can't really remember... Have you extracted the files from the EXE before trying to flash ?
I followed the whole procedure...
Copied the file sspl-1.16-nike.exe in device and run it ,usb cable must be connected!(Monitors with colored stripes and written usb)
I had unplug and replug the usb cable
From my computer after I had launched ROMUpdateUtility.exe (All ok)
After setting again pda I had fleshed the rom cook.
But the problem is that mentioned above

Chillout dude if you are talking about the 202 error, you should extract the exe with winrar (right click on exe> extract files)

Congratulation, your phone have hardSPL installed (CID Unlock if you want)

2 - Démarrer le téléphoner (sous windows)

Bravo, le Hard SPL est installé (équivalent du CID unlock sur d'autres téléphones)
Vous pouver installer n'importer quelle ROM de Dual Touch sur votre téléphone.
Le Hard SPL est permanent, ne pas le refaire par la suite.

J'ai voulu changé la rom dem on téléphone et depuis (ca a raté) il reste bloqué a l'éécran "netdrg" avec les infos radio etc.
Il n'est plus détécté via activ sync ni lajout suppression de programme windows.
J'ai essayé un hard reset mais rien n'y fait il est pas détécté.
Je ne peux donc rien faire...
Je ne peux pas executer SSPL-1.16 il me dit que l'application nest pas une application win32 valide
tu a essayer de l'allumer en maintenant le bouton pour appareil photo?

au fait le sspl-1.16-nike.exe dois etre lancer depuis le telephone et non depuis ton pc pour info maintenant il y a le sspl 1.22 et quand tu arrive sur l'ecran spl 3 couleur tu devrai avoir ecris en haut si ton hard spl a fonctionner "spl-1.22.Hard" ou spl-1.16.Hard sinon recommance operation a partir de l'ecran 3 couleur pour installer un hard spl ou une autre rom bonne chance !!

Tout d'abord, je tiens à remercier l'ensemble du staff, les membres du forums pour toute l'aide qu'ils apportent aux néophytes comme moi du monde du Pocket PC et de Windows Mobile.
Bien, maintenant, je fait ce tuto pour aider les gens qui ont pu avoir du mal avec leur Qtek 9100, et qui sont quelques peu perdu au niveau des manip a effectuer.
1ère étape :
Ce tuto s'adresse uniquement aux possesseurs de Qtek 9100 en version G4.
Je n'ai pas testé avec d'autres versions, et je ne le ferai pas, donc déja, vérifiez que vous soyez en G4.
Concrètement, lorsque vous démarrez votre Qtek, vous devez avoir un écran avec un p'tit logo HTC en rouge, et avec au dessus marqué :
IPL : 2.XX.000X
SPL : 2.XX.000X
GPS : cela dépend, il n'apparait pas tout le temps
OS : 2.XX.X.X
Si votre écran de démarrage correspond, (sachant que les X sont des chiffres) c'est tout bon, vous êtes en G4.
2ème étape :
Ensuite, vous allez vous créer un petit dossier Flash Qtek (juste pour être bien organisé) donc lequel vous allez mettre les fichiers suivants =>
Hard_SPL-G4 => téléchargeable ICI
Votre Rom (par exemple WM6_FR_SG3_CUSTOM => ICI )
Mun's RUU => téléchargeable ICI
Vous mettez tout ensemble de le même dossier, n'ayez pas peur, ce ne va pas être le bazar, y'a une dizaine de fichiers environ.
Copiez le fichier nbf du dossier SG3 Custom (pour cette ROM, il s'agit de nk.nbf) dans le dossier principal, en l'occurence Flash Qtek.
Vous devriez avoir un dossier qui ressemble à ça :

Par la suite, vous executez Hard_SPL-G4.
Une fenêtre s'ouvre, et au bout de quelque seconde, vous avez un bouton "Check DOC..." qui apparait. Cliquez dessus, et laissez filer.
Ensuite, une fois l'opération effectué, au redémarrage de votre Qtek, vous devriez avoir ceci :
IPL : 2.21.0001
SPL : 2.21.0lip
OS : 2.17.7.6 (possible qu'il soit différent)
Si c'est le cas, tout va bien, on continue.
3ème étape :
Vous executez le fichier romupdateutility en vérifiant bien que le fichier nbf de votre rom est dans le même dossier que le fichier romupdateutility
Vous valider les différentes étapes, et une barre de progression va se lancer sur votre ordinateur, ainsi qu'une sur votre Pocket PC.
L'installation est rapide, environ 5-6 minutes, et se fige une petite minute max arrivé a 100% sur le Pocket PC.
Le Qtek va redémarrer, et en toute logique, au démarrage, le logo HTC a disparu, et vous pouvez voir le superbe design de Seiya's Team.
Vous configurez le calibrage, comme pour un hard reset ou une première utilisation de votre Pocket PC, au démarrage, il va se mettre à jour pour charger les différents logiciels, redémarrer une dernière fois (constatez d'ailleurs la rapidité de démarrage par rapport à la version classique de WM5 ^^) et voilou.
En espérant que mon tuto aura aidé des gens qui ont eu des problèmes avec leur G4.

Firstly, I wish to thank the entire staff, members of forums for all the assistance they provide to the neophytes like me the world of Pocket PC and Windows Mobile.
Well, now I did this tutorial to help people who have had trouble with their Qtek 9100, and who are somewhat lost at manip has done.
1st stage:
This tutorial is only for owners of Qtek 9100 version G4.
I have not tested with other versions, and I will not, so already, make sure you are on G4.
Specifically, when you start your Qtek, you must have a screen with a little HTC logo in red and marked with the above:
IPL: 2.XX.000X
SPL: 2.XX.000X

If your startup screen is, (knowing that the figures are X) is any good, you're on G4.
2nd stage:
Then you are going to create a small Flash file Qtek (just to be well organized) so that you will make the following files =>
Hard_SPL-G4 => downloadable ICI
Your ROM (for example WM6_FR_SG3_CUSTOM => ICI )
Mun's UCP => downloadable ICI
You put everything together on the same case, do not be afraid, this will not be the bazaar, there's a dozen files around.
Copy the file nbf file SG3 Custom (for this ROM, it is nk.nbf) in the main folder, in this case Flash Qtek.
You should have a folder that looks like this:
Thereafter, you run Hard_SPL-G4 .
A window opens, and after a few seconds, you have a button "Check DOC ..." that appears. Click it, and let filer.
Then, once the transaction completed, the restart of your Qtek, you should have this:

OS: 2.17.7.6 (possible it is different)
If so, everything goes well, continues.
3rd stage:
You're running the file romupdateutility and check that the file nbf your Roma is in the same folder as the file romupdateutility
You validate the various stages, and a progress bar will begin on your computer, and on your Pocket PC.

The installation is fast, about 5-6 minutes, and freezes a small minute max reached a 100% on the Pocket PC.
The Qtek reboots, and obviously the start, HTC logo has disappeared, and you can see the great design of Seiya's Team.
You configure sizing, like a hard reset or first use of your Pocket PC at startup, it will update to load software, restart one last time (see also the quick start over the classical version of WM5 ^ ^) and voilou.

Bonjour à tous, je suis français, je viens de creer un mini programme peu banal qui sert à télécharger les meilleures jeux et applications gratuitement depuis son PDA...
Alors vous allez me dire: Pourquoi ne pas aller sur des sites?

En faite... Si vous avez Orange tout est gratuit, du frais de connexion au téléchargement et même si vous n'avez plus de crédit!
Là pour le moment j'ai fais une liste de 2 applications et un jeu sur mon serveur, a vous de me dire quel jeu mettre pour que la liste soit énorme!
L'application est rapide à utiliser et facile grâce à son design "IPhone black" et ces gros boutton vous n'avez pas besoin de stylet mais juste un doigt...
Là c'est une version teste, je metterais la version final bientôt si vous me dite qu'il y'a des raisons de continuer
=>Ne me demandez pas comment je fais pour permettre de télécharger gratuitement avec orange car c'est un petit secret

=>Langage: FR/EN... (Configurable manuelement dans le fichier LP.aw à ouvrir avec un éditeur de texte)

Comment modifier la langue?
Tout simplement en modifiant le contenue de "LP.aw" avec notepad ou autre et de remplacer le texte par celui correspondant à votre langue. Un LanguagePack anglais est déjà disponible...
A quoi sert "config.aw"?
Ce fichier contient l'adresse du serveur, ne pas toucher à ça, il sera demandé de le modifier en cas de panne du serveur, à la place de retélécharger une nouvelle version de l'application il suffit de modifier l'adresse...
Comment ça marche?
Hum je vous l'ai déjà dit c'est un secret lol (pour internet)
L'application affiche tout les applications et jeux du serveur, une décription détaillé et d'un screenshot est disponible pour chaque fichier.
Les jeux/applis sont parfois hebergé sur d'autre serveur, ce qui veut dire que je ne suis pas responsable de l'indisponibilité d'un jeu, si le problème se répète veuillez me contacter afin d'éviter tout autre problème...
Bon j'imagine que vous êtes impatient de découvrir cette petite application?
Je vous laisse tester, encore une fois la liste est vide comme c'est juste un teste, si vous connaissez des jeux même ceux qui sont payant donnez moi des titres, je les metterais aussitot sur le serveur de téléchargement...

Only 240x320 and 240x400 is supported for moment...
Sorry but you've to be patient...

Le HD2 a combien en résolution? 460x640 non? Car j'aurais besoin de quelqu'un qui pourait tester avec d'autre résolution... J'ai un vieux LG KS20 (240x320) et un peu moin vieux Samsung Omnia (240x400)... Et si tu as une autre résolution sa serait bien si tu pouvais tester quand j'aurais fais la prochaine mis à jour...
J'ai fais la mis à jour pour que sa supporte tout les résolutions mais je suis pas sûr que sa fonctionne parfaitement étant donnée que je n'ai pas moyen de tester...
Si il est possible de tester avec vos appareils et de me dire comment c'est sa serais simpas...

Thanks very much for your scrennshots, for go back press the top bar, a submenu is show, you can go directly in App list, Games list or in home page...
On configuration page there're a problem it's right, the text size is too big again... I'm making a new update with search box + keyboard, in even time I'll try to fix the text size (again)... It's weird, on my desktop (1440x900) all is ok... (Cos we can run my software with windows too... But it's for Windows Mobile normaly...)

just the problem now it is in French , but the translation is planned (all will be done via ini file)

En faite Easy2Prog n'a pas de langage c'est celui qui ouvre les E2P et oui c'est en anglais, normalement c'est en français mais c'est à cause de certaine ROM qui qui n'ont pas la valeur du code de langage dans le registre du coup si c'est pas 040C j'affiche en anglais pour les autres langages...
Je vais éssayer de trouver une solution à propos de ça...
Par contre l'éditeur est uniquement en français pour le moment...

Aie, je ne pousse pas l'installation plus loin pour le moment alors. C'est un problème ennuyeux.
Pourtant c'est simple à comprendre lol, il y'a même des images pour représenter les choix et seulement quelques mots en anglais...
Pour avoir la mis à jour de l'installeur pour qu'il reconnaisse correctement le langage du PPC il faudrait me dire où dans le registre on peut récupérer la langue du système en sachant que dans HKCU CurLang c'est pas bon et dans HKLM SysLang non plus... Je pense qu'il y'a une valeur qui indique correctement le langage...
Tu devrais plutôt proposer une option pour sélectionner le language. Surtout pour ceux qui ont des roms WWE et qui sont français.

C'est l'outils pour créer des E2P, avec Easy2Prog seul on peut juste ouvrir des fichiers E2P mais sans E2P on peut rien faire sur MobileCustom.fr je pense que certain pourront te montrer leurs E2P... J'ai pas trop le temp d'en faire mais j'en ferais pour montrer plusieurs exemples de possibilité...
Ok, couple of things here:
1. Threads and posts must be in English. If you must post in any other language, please translate into English in the same post (use translate.google.com or any other translation engine)
2. Promotion of paid software is not allowed on XDA. You can get in touch with the admins to try and find a solution (sharing your work with the community freely or do some kind of profit sharing), but as it is right now, you cannot do this.
Please get in touch with mikechannon or svetius regarding this matter.

You can remove the sdcard and copy the rom you want on it...
and install it with recovery...
Be carefull of the op if you're unlocked bootloader or not...
tried several roms but nothing just keep getting stuck at SE logo =/

U need to download a Rom, put it on your sd card then boot into x recovery, select install custom .zip from sd, then find the relevant Rom zip on phone and flash it

I had same issue after flashing new rom, nothing helped: flashing rom, kernel or restoring old rom. I had flashed baseband again and that worked for me.
Try rom's with stock kernel ....

i got the same problem on first try to flash my x10
just try all of usb ports (if possible, try another PC), flash the stock rom, xrecovery, put many custom roms you sdcard and try all of them.

Same kind of problem here with a friend's phone I usualy use a htc desire.
He updated hi X10i (stock, not rooted), since then there's no boot, only exclamation mark for a few secs, and no usb.
I tried "<="+usb/power on -> exclamation mark, no recovery.
It's not detected in any way by my pc (installed sony tools etc...), windows or linux (no kernel message at all), same usb port, same cable, my htc phone works in both.
What can I do ?

Le téléphone ne fait rien quand je le branche, il n'est pas détecté du tout.
La seule chose que j'arrive à faire c'est démarrer avec le bouton power, logo sony ericson pendant 1/4s puis point d'exclamation pendant quelques secondes et arrêt automatique.
Y a-t-il un truc que je n'ai pas compris ?

the phone doesn't do anything when pluging in, it's not detected at all.
The only thing i can do is turning it on using power button, sony ericson logo for 1/4s then exclamation mark for a few secs and auto shutdown.

Follow exactly what it said in my guide for Pcc to put the rom stock on your phone, unless follow ewactly the Flashtool guide... Plug in flashmode ONLY when it asked not before...

If nothing happen at all, your phone is out of battery or dead...
Try to charge it 5-6 hours, just to see...

merci j'avais compris Je ne connais rien au X10 mais suis plutôt habitué à flasher des trucs sur mon htc desire.
Si tu préfères rien ne se passe à la place de "The green led light on and the update begins". rien, ni côté téléphone, ni côté pc.

J'ai bien peur que ce soit une panne physique du port usb de téléphone puisque je ne peux le faire détecter par aucun OS.
J'ai déjà branché le tél pendant toute une nuit, rien ne s'allume (pas de led) pendant qu'il est sensé charger, d'où ma question dans le post précédent.
Le point d'exclamation que je décrivais dans un post précédent ça ne te dit rien de spécial ?
Tu n'as même pas la led verte qui s'allume en flashmode ?
Ce doit etre un pb hardware du tel... Beaucoup de personnes se plaignent du port USB cassé...

This might be an hardware issue from your phone... A lot of people are complaining about broken usb port...

Ca m'est arrivé une fois, un pb survenu pendant le flash, mais un re-flashage suffit a tout remettre dans l'ordre...
It happens to me once before, an error occured while i was flashing... i just had to flash again and all was good...
