Hello,
I'd like to change background on my Prophet, but it is always transparent and looks ugly. I know that this is a Windows Mobile feauture. My mobile is running Gullum's Touch X and I can't find original Picture Viewer, so I can't set image as wallpaper...
My question is: How can I have a background without a transparency?
Greets.
Answer!
Dear Friend, you can use the resco photo software and select the tone of transparency of you back ground with changing the background with this software.

Hi List,
How can I change the color of "Calendar/Contacts" Bar in Desktop of my Dopod U1000? I installed mapking but after then it changed to light color which is almost the same as color of the text. I only used the Windows default theme of WM6.
Thanks for any help

I would like to change the font of the bottom task bar "Phone" "Menu" on the today screen (circled yellow) and the font colour of the home screen where all the apps live (the font where the names of the apps are showed)
I want my overall theme to be black and blue
I was hoping this can be done via reg edit or cab... without having to create a new theme.
Cheers guys
I think "SK Tools" can do it....
Its a paid app.
cheers mate ill look into it thanks for the reply
it is possible via the registry but I cant remember where...........
sorry
I am using gallery to select icons but the icons are black (and alpha transparent the rest) and completely non-visible in the gallery.
I am looking for any kind of Gallery replacement (best if can attach to the system gallery calling action) where the background is customizable or at least is not black

Edit: Sorry I just noticed the black blackground thingy, that probably won't work sorry
I think floating image can be configured to work like a gallery...Not sure though, but background colour is changeable.

@3rdstring: indeed I tried that one and it had just black background
@iinga: thanks but just tried and no go, it is not processing PNG files properly (no background transparency here so all I get all black floating squares) :/
so still looking for one app that can do what gallery does but with different background color ....

You can change the background to white in JustPictures!
It just has rather uncomfortable and not always working system of choosing image for external usage.

Quickpic or Gallery+
I think I just found the answer...
In QuickPic>Settings>General, choose Use light background. You'll need to click on the individual icons in order to see them against the white background.
The other way that "works" for me is to give the icons memorable names, and "view" them in a file manager, such as root explorer.
Hi,
I would like to use some icons for lock sliders using Widgetlocker, but I would like to change the default icons slightly. Basically I want the backgrounds on the icons to be different. Unfortunately I have no experience with Photoshop or any other graphics program.
The default dialer icon has a grey background (please see attachment). I would like to change it to the red background (also provided). Then the email/messaging icon I would like to have a yellow background exactly like the one shown behind the mute icon (I couldn't find that background alone without an icon on it already).
If someone with a bit of know how could please do this for me and upload the new icons. I have also provided some other icons as examples of other icons that have already been done with these backgrounds.
Thanks in advance
hi
after some registry plays, my hyc icons of people, calender, peep, message ... are completely gone and beside the beautiful icons of windows are replaced by the standard windows icons which are low resolution and looks very bad on shortcuts.
please advice how to bring old icons back without a hardreset.
I searched for the icons in windows folder but couldnt find. probably they are erased too.
thanks in advance.
