Hard SPL-V7 HTC USB error - 8525, TyTN, MDA Vario II, JasJam Software Upgradin

Yes I have done some research and even searched the wiki but couldn't find an answer.
I've been following these steps on how to use Hard SPL-V7,
(http://www.mrvanx.org/cms/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=30&Itemid=27)
and everything is fine until I get to the last step.
The screen on the 8525 turns to the 3 colors, and then I get a pop-up on the PC that says something "HTC USB" not being recognized by Windows XP logo. It says that if I continue, the device (i think it's referring to the USB) would probably not work. I get 2 options. Continue or Stop. I pressed stopped, and then did a Soft-Reset on the 8525 to get rid of the 3 color lines.
I am running Windows XP with Net Framework 2.0
What should I do?

was it a warning screen about the drivers being unsigned? hitting stop cancelled the driver installation, and that is why ur update is not working. reinstall the drivers and hit continue instead

System unavailable in Upgrade

When I perform a ungrade to my XDA II. the update program tells me that there in an error. On the same time the PPC can't start reset and totally no response. Any expert can help? Many many thanks.
Push power button while pushing reset, then restart the flashing process.
Upgrade
Thanks for your nice reply. But I have already try it. Any other things I can do?
After a while. I can see a text on screen
On top it say "Serial"
At down side it say "V1.03"
If you now plug it in it should say usb and flashing should work.
I have try XdA2JoJo.v3.2zS.exe and the original row upgrade software from O2. It both day the device cannot be connected. I am using a sync cable, and cradle without power cord.
Is it a must to have power cord plugged in to the cradle before doing ROM flash.
I am also got the following findings.
1. Windows cannot detect my XDAII device.
2. I cannot enter bootloader using procedure in this site.
Upgrade Done.
Finally the upgrade done and I can consolidate the following experience.
1. When fail within upgrade process. Remember to hard reset.
2. I think Windows needed to detect the device with driver something like "Microsoft Sync Device", for a successful upgrade when my device show up "USB" and "v1.03".

Recently tried to download latest ROM for my Mogul..

Today I decided to download the most recent ROM for my Mogul.
As the update for the ROM image started, it got to around 5% and then it told me there was an error (forgot which one it was). I followed the directions of doing the soft reset, and it was successful. Thought everything will run smoothly from there, then I got the Error 320: This Update Utility cannot be used for your PDA Phone.
Now i'm trying to do this
P: My device is stuck at the Red, Blue and Green Screen?
S: 1. To exit the bootloader, press the reset.
2. Connect your Titan to your PC's USB and then on your PC execute titan_excitbl.exe
3. You may need to reflash the Radio/Operating system ROM
When I run the .exe it says, "Cannot open USB port. Please make sure, that USB connection in ActiveSync is disabled. Also make sure, that your USB cable is properly connected."
I'm running Vista, so I went to disable USB connection on Windows Mobile Device Center, but still no luck..
The information on my Mogul's screen is:
RUUNBH on the top right hand corner.
and then..
TITA101
SPL-2.07.0000
CPLD-9
Help is much appreciated. Thanks
edit
Oddly, I clicked "run" instead of saving the .exe to my harddrive, and it successfully downloaded.
Now I have a problem with sending text messages... I get code 64.

[Solved] stuck half way trying to root and now phone is stuck at SE logo

I was following the exact step-by-step guide here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1196808
and after I flashed the kernel downgrade, unplugged USB, power up the phone and immediately plug in after the vibrate, I never got the message in the next step that says "Connected Device: X10", and the "Root" button on the flash tool never became available.
Now my phone is permanently stuck at the "Sony Ericsson" black screen, it won't even turn off. I checked device manager and there are 2 hardware without any drivers. one of them says "Modem Device on High Definition Audio Bus", and the other says "SM bus controller". Does this have anything to do with my problem?
I'm running Win XP SP3, I tried to let it automatically search for drivers but it didn't find anything. I went to:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1193066
and downloaded those drivers, but have no idea how to use them. Tried to use device manager to look for drivers in the downloaded folder and it doesn't recognize anything.
What now? At this point I don't care if I can still root my x10 or not, I just want to fix it so I can use it again. I tried PC Companion but it won't even recognize my phone, keeps telling me to enable USB when I can't even get past the SE screen.
You should try flashing a new ftf firmware bundle, then try the steps again.
ok finally fixed... had to use a friend's computer who is running win7 and actually automatically installed the drivers. everything went as explained on the guide... I guess the guide is not win xp friendly then

[Q] How can I tell if my drivers have installed correctly?

This might be a dumb question, but I recently bought a Jiayu G4 and I've been trying to install the drivers on my laptop. Formerly when I connected the phone with the battery in and power on I'd have "JY-G4" show up in my device manager, and when I connected it with the battery out and vol+ pressed I'd get mtk6589 or something along those lines (contrary to everything I read that said I could let go of the volume button after the phone got picked up, I had to keep it pressed or it would disconnect... this is important). Anyway I managed to start installing the driver but I must have accidentally let go because I got a message saying the installation failed because the device was disconnected. Now neither of these devices shows up in the device manager, Windows doesn't try to install the drivers when I connect the phone, etc... how can I retry to install the drivers when the devices don't show up on the list? Did they install correctly after all? I haven't modified the phone at all so I'm pretty sure this is all Windows.

Problem while unlocking bootloader in my Xperia Go

Hi fellas.
This happened when i was unlocking bootloader of my Xperia Go. I installed SDK toolkit, adb drivers & 'android_winusb.inf' (as per the official bootloader guide) and started doing the process ahead. Initially the same problem (as happened with others also) started, the LED turned purple for some seconds then turned orange & went into charging mode (this happened in my laptop at home running windows 8.1, 64bit) then i did the same process with same drivers in my office comp (running windows XP, 32bit) then a prompt came up for installing my phone but installation failed. It asked me to go back and select custom folder, so i browsed to "comp>/C/>program files>android>android SDK>extras>google>usb_driver and clicked next, then it showed two paths with different names but reaching the same target folder viz "usb_driver" and i selected the 2nd one, after which it showed "installation complete". I thought i had resolved the problem but when i connected my phone holding volume Up key, the LED does turn purple (and stays like that all the way) but nothing comes up on computer further..... Can anybody tell what must have gone wrong and how this problem can be sorted out.
This is a kind request to all Modding Gurus PLEASE help me out,, I dont want to get stucked on the Stock ROM forever..:crying::crying:
