Replacement for rubber bumper on battery cover

Does anyone know of a place that sells replacements for the little rubber bumper on the battery cover? Mine came off recently. I've checked ebay, and lots of parts sites and all of the battery covers they show don't come with the bumper.
Thanks,
HTSea
All the ones I see on eBay have the bumper on them: http://search.ebay.com/8125-battery...0QQsargnZQ2d1QQsaslcZ2QQsbrftogZ1QQsofocusZbs

Where to Buy S3 Internal Plastic Cover

I would like buy an extra internal plastic cover. It is the one you can see when removing the battery cover that is held down by all the screws. I want to modify it and keep my original intact.
Housing is what you're looking for. It may not be available yet, http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_trksid=p5197.m570.l1313&_nkw=galaxy+s+iii+housing&_sacat=0

Silicone 'jelly' cases LS970->E970

Hi all-
just a followup to my prior post about this in another thread. Until proper E970 cases are available (why not already?) the soft silicone cases for the LS970 that seem to be found quite frequently on eBay and elsewhere do fit the E970. Silicone cases are much more flexible and stretchy than TPU plastic, and I've been using this type since my Blackberry days because I think they're much more shock-absorbent when a phone is dropped.
Here's a couple photos of my E970 with an LS970 silicone case from ebay seller Casewear. If you know where to *really* get these cases (wink-wink nudge nudge), there are literally HUNDREDS of sellers already and the cases are ~$1.50 apiece or less; I just went to eBay because ebay sellers have much speedier shipping than the wholesalers over there..
As you can see with the attached pics, the LS970 case isn't perfect, the E970 is a little too thick or a litlte too long and the rim around the scree nis exposed a bit on the edges. Likewise on the back, the camera cutout is wider to fit the wider 13mp module on the LS970. In a few days or weeks the plastic will probably loosen up a bit and fit a little better anyways. But for $5, I'm not complaining and it's a damn sight better than letting this glass-back curling rock slide off my table.. desk. kitchen counter, books.. anything I put it down on.

These type of silicone cases are available for the AT&T model. I just ordered one.
The jelly case I got from eBay is too tight. For 2.99 it's alright, but I'm willing to spend fifty bucks if I can get something really nice and slim as well.

I had the opposite problem. I originally ordered from eBay and mine was very, VERY loose. Picks up lint and dirt from your pocket like most do but this one seemed to be a magnet for it; of course, I did order black.
By the time I'd pull the phone out of the pocket on my scrubs, which are looser than jeans obviously, the case would be halfway off. The packaging and the eBay advert all stated E970 so I'm assuming it was a defect in that particular case. Not worth the shipping cost to get my money back.

Review: Samsung branded Alpha bumper

I went shopping for an extra battery but came across this back cover/ rubber bumper. I like this case because it doesn't add any extra weight to the phone while still maintaining a low profile. All of the metal edge is covered. That is a pro and con. I love the metal bezel, so hiding it with the bumper takes away from the phone. BUT, it won't get dinged and dented like my buddy with the Note4.
The back cover has more texture than the original cover. It is more raised like small braille dots (if that makes sense). Also the bumper does not separate from the back cover. You can remove the original back cover and slide this case on. It will work, but it doesn't snap into the phone like the original cover. It stays in place by wrapping around the front. I kept my back cover on because of my Qi charger. So, it's slightly thicker. The bumper case does not push the Qi contacts into place; therefore no charging.
Attached are pictures.
I think this kind of case take off all the beauty of the device..
Good looking case. What is the Model number and where did you get it from?

Purchased at a Samsung store in Moscow, Russia. I was looking for them in the states but can't find it. Model: EF-PG850BSEGRU.
Let me know if you want one, I'm heading back to Russia in late April and can pick one up for you. It cost around 25USD.

Magnetic car mount

hello,
has anyone tried to put a metal plate for magnetic car mount under the backplate of the phone?
it was possible on the oneplus 3T: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=70131154&postcount=11

Why would you put it under the backplate and thus void your warranty?
Those mounts are usually sold with an adhesive plate and a smaller one that fits perfectly in any case...
i do not use any case and the plate on the backplate looks awful.
has anyone opened his OP5 yet?
I have a small little square plate that I put under my official OnePlus sandstone case and it works perfectly. You can't even tell it is there. It adds no bulk at all, nor does it heat the phone up or anything, I just leave it there all the time. I will take a couple pictures when I get a chance.
this works when using a case
Does having a magnet so close to the internals (when mounted) affect the internals in anyways? Such as the battery or reception?
