My alarm clock keeps ringing at the same time every day even if everything is set to be off. I’m using GnatGoSplat clean ROM. Can somebody help?

Hello,
I've been having some issues with my clock app; more specifically the alarm. I have a daily smart alarm set with repeat for weekdays only.
- first time it FC'd, and that's it. I woke up on my own seeing the FC message.
- second time it didn't even do anything, no error message, no ring.
- today it started the alarm, but my phone was frozen. The screen was black, and I couldn't wake it up anymore, or shut it down. I had to pull the battery.
So I'm just wondering, is it only me or did this happen before? Should I clear alarm data? Install some alarm app? Update firmware?
(Please don't suggest getting an alarm clock, I expect a phone like this to be able to wake me up in the morning)
Currently I'm running a rooted stock KE7.
So I'm pretty sure this happened and I wasn't dreaming.
I set my alarm for 6:30am. When it goes off, sometimes the screen will wake and gives me choices to snooze or cancel the alarm. However, sometimes the screen just stays sleep. I have to press the power button to make the screen come on.
Anyone have this happen?
Stock and rooted. Only frozen app is tether manager.
You must have been dreaming. Nah just kidding! This happens to me all the time. At first I also taught I was dreaming. It's funny how tech can mess with us and make us question our sanity, hehe.
I have one alarm programmed to repeat Every Weekday (Mon-Fri) and another one set to repeat Weekly on Saturdays and Sundays. The only times that my display has turned on for both alarms is when I wake up before the alarm and use the phone (check emails, etc. before turning the display back off). I think that this doesn't happen when the Note is charging, but if the phone has finished charging before the alarm goes off the display will not turn on with the alarm. Something is definitely causing the display to stay asleep when the alarm goes off. Hopefully someone can shed some light on this issue. Is it a flaw in the alarm clock, the Note, or some if there is some app messing with the alarm clock? Maybe a factory reset could fix it but I haven't given it a try. I'm on a stock Gingerbread non rooted i717.

I have an eken t02a tablet with stock rom. Everything works fine except for the alarm clock. No matter what alarm app i use, including stock, the alarm fails to ring at its appointed time in the morning. It rings as soon as I wake up the tablet by turning the screen on. This is quite problematic as the alarm is supposed to wake me up.. not the other way around. Any ways to fix this?
Any help would be appreciated!

so recently ive been having trouble with alarm clocks sticking with their settings. at first i was using alarm clock plus, and waking up to a custom playlist, but after a while, AC+ kept deleting my playlist and going straight to a blaring alarm to wake me up. so i uninstalled that and went with alarm clock xtreme. exact same thing happened, and i noticed that every morning for xtreme, it would delete whatever playlist i had set up, work for a day, and then delete again.
any ideas on how i might fix this?
not sure if this was always the case with the S5 since I switched from an S4 on Sprint, but my alarm clock has been set to 7:14am during the weekdays and what I've noticed is that it will actually go off at the time set PLUS the snooze amount. So the default snooze time is "5 minutes, 3 times" and what happens is the alarm actually goes off at 7:19 despite the alarm setting saying 7:14am! I've verified this several times thinking that in my sleepy state I must have pressed snooze, but I haven't! The weird thing is if I set the alarm for that day, it goes off as usual. If I set the alarm for the next day or later, this issue happens. Anyone else notice this or am I missing something in one of the settings?
no one uses snooze?? what I noticed is that if I don't use the snooze option, the alarm goes off exactly when it should. the issue I'm having is if I have the snooze option set, the alarm doesn't go off until after the time specified in snooze. what makes it even weird is that this happens ONLY if the alarm is set to go off a day later. if I set it to go off say half an hour from now as a test, it works fine!!
