Hi, i´m new here and I have a doubt.
My old phone was a smt5600 but the first thing a become very used was the joystick.
So i find this silicone skin with joystick(central button) protector but is more ugly than the devil and maybe brings more trouble than protect

the second option is this
Black Rubberized Protector
the second option, ins´t hard, so I liked more
if the first one really protect my front buttons I will use.
For screen I will use bestskinsever and for the keyboard I need find something to protect too if possible.
If anyone can give some opinions I will like
Sorry for the english or noob question.
tks
I use something just like your second photo. I like it alot...it makes my phone a tad thicker, but the black looks nice and the grippy surface is great. It doesn't slip out of your hand so much.
Yea, me too. I use a blakc "rubberized crystal" cover that i got from this website
www.pocketsolution.com
and it works fantastic. it does make the phone a littl ebit bigger, but the protection that it has is well worth it, ive drpped my phone onto concrete a few times and nothing happened.
it usually runs around like 14 bucks or so, but i have codes for discounts on pocketsolution.com for free shipping and for like 20% off. send me a pm if you are interested.
That link doesn't work. It's an empty URL with ads and stuff.
...but you can get those black grippy covers on E-Bay for like five bucks. Mine was ten shipped. Not too bad for what you get! Just search for "8525 black case" or something.
tks, I bought the second option.

Hello,
This is my first post ever, ever. Got my gTab and went to work. This is what I have done in the last two days. Bought some 800 grit sandpaper and got rid of the horrible logos on the back, remove the bar code sticker before doing this. Rub in circular motions. There will be no deep scratches and get rid of the scratches you may already have. Next I bought some contact paper ( the kind you would line your kitchen drawers with ) I decided on clear. Cut and applied with a plastic spreader I had. The end result in pretty nice. No more logos and the sanded paper provides pores for the contact paper to stick to better, also resulted in a nice pattern and added grip.
Next on the list is buying a small aluminum gun case with foam. I looking for ones on amazon right now, with a hinge. Buying this to protect the tab and to prop up for viewing when on the train.
This should work nicely:
can't post links so: amazon.com -> aluminum gun case -> should be the first on that comes up by ADG sports.
Post means nothing without pics
I didn't go to that hassle, I just bought the carbon fiber vinyl and stuck it to the back covering up the logo and all, idea taken from one of the other posts from a month ago.

pics of the work
Here are a couple pics of the work that has been done. Also, was bored today and made a stand -- my style is more of cheap/functional than anything else. Just thought I would post it for the others like me. This project in total cost me about 3.50.

it's arrived- it's awesome!!!
I also get both from gundamfix ,really good quality. Another cover it's also good,Like the Tablet put on a triangular box It has 60 degree and 90 degree two level two folding method for typing and watch movie. When typing or pen write is completely stable, even though you horizontally or vertical position,60 and 90 degrees both stable too.
It because the force area on the back side is very large ,are more stable than the normal frame stand, I did not feel any shaking, when you are typing and writing. The fun part is that it can completely wraped to protect your TPT,when you go to somewhere like coffee shop, you can take out the TPT, then the cover become a stand......Magnet make the sealing close and open easily .
here is the picture.
Hate to revive such an old post, but any idea if these are still sold by anyone? Can't use the ebay links since they are long dead.
I try to get case but couldnt decide yet.Can you guys post photo of your phone with case here please?
Thanks

I've just got the Roxfit Slimline Book Case from Amazon today, alas, no phone as yet! Its cheaper than the official Sony case, I paid £13.50, but is well made with a quality feel to it. Obviously I cant comment on fit or durability but Ive always had my phones in cases and this is one of the more premium feeling cases ive owned. Well worth the money based on its build quality.
Inside the front cover the material has a soft rubbery feel that grips onto the screen whilst closed to stop it moving around (roughly tested with my iphone 5 in the housing). The back of the case also folds away, similar to the official case so the phone can be placed in the charging dock. The outer material is similar to the apple iPad cover. The clear plastic shell that holds the phone has a thin foam layer in to absorb any shock and prevent any scratches on the rear glass panel.
I've still got a week wait for my phone before I can test it thoroughly.

I apologise for the size of the images and rotation!
Could not find anything thats ready made for the S Pen and didn't quite like the G2 solution sooo...here it goes:
Get yourself a Lamy Safari, I had a couple of those at hand, they can be found pretty cheap, take out the nib and the ink feed, it comes out from the front. If you're not going to use it again, pull it out with pliers, so much easier. Drill, from the back side, the inside rib that holds the ink feed with a 7mm drill (thats 9/32 approx. but 1/4 inch will do). From the front side, there is a small piece inside of the ink feed holder that makes sure the ink feed system slides in one-way, got to get rid of that. I used a 6mm (15/64") drill from the front, wiggled it a little, that did it.
The great thing is that the inside of the back part of the LAMY case has some ribs that the S Pen slides right into and those ribs hold it in place and prevent the S Pen from twisting, they hold pretty tightly too.
Here are some pictures, it feels really good for those who are wondering:

Forgot: I am also investigating a solution for the button, will let you know if I find one thats eloquent.
I ended up buying this:, but I got a crazy deal and it was only $22.99, I think because it was on clearance for some reason. I would have never paid $39.99 and would of looked for something like your solution
http://www.bestbuy.com/site/wacom-b...bled-tablets-black/8282053.p?id=1218868675100
the Lamy on amazon http://www.amazon.com/Lamy-Safari-Fountain-Pen-Charcoal/dp/B0002T401Y is $20.98, so I guess its better than paying $40.00 for the bamboo, but with the bamboo, if you got a good deal, you have the side button. Now I have 2 pens, the one included, and the bamboo, so its kind of nice when I need someone else to draw on the screen along with me
So I decided to try out this new Incipio case called the Area. I went with the frosted version because it's a cool contrast for the black phone, although I like the case so much I might go and try out the black version of it as well!

So when I first got the case, it was a little beefier than I thought from the pictures on Amazon...but it's not a bad thing. The corners are reinforced so that it's definitely protective if it falls. I actually dropped it off my counter in the bathroom and it landed on the floor and protected it fine! (I never drop my phones, so I was lucky I had a beefier case on it this time!!)
The buttons are awesome! They aren't shaped like buttons, but rather, each button has a little raised mark of what it does. The sides of the case are completely flat, but once you're near a button, you feel the outline of it's shape. And on top of it, they're really easy to press, which is hard to find in a gel/tpu case like this.
The frost matte back feels cool, and all of the cutouts are shaped perfectly.
I've got the spigen screen protector on it that wraps around the curve of the device, and there's no issue with this case pulling it up on mine, so that's another plus.
All in all, this is an awesome case for the price.

This case isn't on Incipio website. I believe it's a bit of branding trickery. I ordered one anyways to check it out.
