I was just wondering if there was different tabs out there for wm6.1
like a weather tab or windows mobile or application tab
if so can you please post a cab
thanks
When you say tabs, do you mean the sliding panels? If so, then yes there are weather, programs, links, photocontacts panels. I'm not sure if that is what you're asking.
panels
Yes I am looking for the sliding panel like a windows live one or others
for windows live, just install windows live, and then login, search for the cab.
for weather, try this:

Well, I know this may sound sacriledge, but I disabled Touch Flo b/c I preferred my set-up with SPB Plus and SPB Shell, also much faster, but I do miss the fancy weather app. Does anyone know if that is accessible via an .exe or other shortcut or only available via TouchFlo.
Thanks,
James

Wow that looks great! Do you know if it will have more cities available? I live in Ithaca, NY and the closest city available is syracuse, ny which is an hour away.
Hello all,
First of all this will be considered a NOOB post which also happens to be my first one here, and i'm not 100% sure this is posted in the right area either, so i apologize. I have searched and searched for this but have not found anything, so please excuse me if i've overlooked this and it does exist.
I am looking for an hoping it exists for a Calendar Tab that can be added to the TF3D on my Sprint HTC Touch Pro device. I did find a .cab file for one and installed it, but it was just for a regular calendar and did not have any functionality for adding appointments etc. I would think with all the mastermind programmers here that someone has or could make a TF3D calendar tab application that would allow the ability to add appointments. Also ideally the icon for the calendar tab would work properly as well. On the one i downloaded and tried the icon was a solid gray mass until the TF3D slider was on top of it, in which case it displayed properly as the white outlined icon like the rest of the stock TF3D icons. If anyone can help here it would be appreciated.
EDIT: Perhaps even if someone could port the calendar from the Touch Pro 2 to work on the Touch Pro?
I posted this within a ROM thread a couple days ago but it has had little traffic. I am reposting it here for visibility.
I am using NFSFANs 6.5.x 28004 ROM and am loving it! Everything works great but I have a cosmetic/functionality preference and am not sure how to change it.
My question: I prefer HTC 2.x over the Titanium/Windows default home screen. However, I prefer using the default WinMo menus and SMS apps over the HTC ones. Is there any way I can use the Manilla front end for the home screen but not its menus? When I click a txt in the manilla SMS window, I would prefer it to open the WinMo SMS window instead of using the HTC one. I just find it more stable and easier to use. I also like the look and setup of the WinMo menus over the ones that are now system wide since I have manilla enabled.
Am I missing a setting?
maybe try going to the messages tab and tapping on all messages
I have been doing that as an alternative but it adds a few clicks.
As you may know, MaxManila fullscreen frees up a lot of space on our VGA screen. I just want to know if its possible to use the extra space to have the regular WVGA packages of Sense 2.5?
Its kind of difficult to explain, but with fullscreen on MaxManila, on the stocks tab, you could see something that says yahoo which you could not see before. If you look on the weather tab, theres a lot of empty space below the next 4 days weather preview.
I tend to be a bit old-school when it comes to my home screen. Back in the day, I was a fan of windows mobile 6.1, and I developed a fondness of the layout. What widgets would you recommend that would bring me as close to that look as possible. I'm not really concerned about the top and bottom bars, just the screen itself.
I don't want this to turn into a thread about how windows mobile sucks. Yes, I liked it. Some days I miss my old PPC-6800.
