hi all
how to extract (nbh) file please help me
First welcome
Why do you want to extract the NHB file? Thats not neccesary to install the ROM.
To Install a custom ROM you need to install HSPL first. In te ROM section you find 2 threats which explains how to do that and which version you need. When you have finished that part, you have just have download CustomRUU (also found in one of the threats just use the search function of the website), place it in the same directory als de NSB file and run CustomRUU. The program tells you what to do next, just follow the steps who are displayed in te program.
Is you really wanna extract the NHB file. Then its usefull to wrinte down for what purpose you want to do this. In this case its always good to ask the Developer who build it for approval

Pack a custom rom

Hi, I want to create my own custom rom, I've finish them, but I've a problem.
I don't know how to pack all the files in a flashable zip, I've make a zip with 7-zip but when I try to install it, recovery say "Installation Aborted".
Someone can explain to me how to create the zip? I've an good experience on android but I haven't already create a flashable zip...
Thanks!
Would not have a clue my friend but by reading the following threads your best bet is to go to the following links
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1227549
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1133846
Have a look at those links and those are the best options you have to create your own rom. Enjoy
It is possible to make a simple tutorial for me, I'm french and that's too hard to understand for me. I just need to pack in a zip file flashable. Thanks you .
Wouldn't there need to be a script to tell CW what to do with the files in the package/how to install them, etc ?
I wouldn't have a clue how to do this BTW, I'm just thinking logically around what I know about the way CW works so far as installing roms/kernels goes.

still check those links i gave you above. there must be a solution or guide to tell you how to pack a rom once you are finished putting everything together.my guess is that you do need an updater script and updater binary script something like that..check on those two links and have a look..or zip the rom using powerarchiver if you are on windows
just head over to http://perka.zapto.org and look for a empty system cwm.
Now you just have to make folders in this zip and add your files. example you want framework-res.apk and systemui.apk flashed.
So open the cwm zip and add a folders called app and a folder called framework.
The zip will be/system and so with the folders it creates /system/framework/framework-res.apk and system/app/SystemUI.apk.
You can just take the signatures from the zip and add them in your future zips or just keep copying this one.
The update script shows the screens on install so change text in there and it will show on install.
Or there is a guide to Edify Scripting here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1265120

Sort of difficult to understand your question, but I think what you want to do is backup your current ROM and then flash it to 50(!) other galaxy tabs. Use CWM recovery and select "backup." Let it run. When it's finished, the backup file will be in a folder called "clockworkmod" (it's several large files in a folder). Copy this folder to the other tablets (same file structure) and in CWM recovery choose "restore." (it's right next to backup).
BTW- If you don't have root you'll need to do that first; you can then install CWM recovery with the ROM Manager app from the play store. It won't work unless you have root first.
If none of that made sense, you need to read a lot more of this forum before you flash anything on your tablets (since you can damage/brick your tablets if you're not aware of what you're doing).

The goal is to not have to root, install CWM...
Starting from a brand new Galaxy tab and with a quick action get it cloned.
I spend too much time to root, install CWM and then my backup.
There is another way ?

Sorry, but there's no other way. But it's really not that much time. You just pointed out that it's 3 steps. It will take a day or less.

Lol, its not that easy the way u think ma8
after installing the sdk u need to create an AVD( Android virtual device) either using 'Ecllipse' or by Command lines.
check the link below to understand more about the same
http://developer.android.com/tools/workflow/index.html
Thank you I will check that one out It is only to see how the different ROMS look like instead of flashing them to cellphone.
