Should be possible but it's a extremely huge amount of work to get it working for only one ROM!
Take a look in Kaiser Section. There is athread with translations for some roms, maybe it helps you

It is a German forum, seeing as how that phone is German but with the help of google translate it translate to english. Try asking there.
