Radio Version : T302
Protocol Version : 32S54
Pocket PC 2002
The Operating system is in German , I need to change the same to English .
Can someone guide me please .
I am not a techie guy and hence request someone's Help.

I 'm not sure you will find the same version in english but there are many other versions for english language. You can check on www.yorch.net ROM kitchen. Cook the ROM you want as EXE file and down load it then u can flash your device using the PC and the cradle.
If it doesn't work, then you will have to use SD card and it's a different process. Try the EXE file first and let's see.

I'm the happy french owner of an ipaq 3870 running WN2003(english) As some of you may know hp/compaq is not selling any french update for 38XX serie ! My plan was to translate a dumped rom .. i look and found ER2003 who seems to be able to view/extract files from .nbf file... I tried but it ask for a password ?! I guess this password was used to encode/lock rom but i was not able to find it.
So my questions are :
Does anybody knows a good tool to manage/help translating this rom ?
Does anybody knows the password for ipaq/38XX serie/3870 with ER2003 ?

Heres the deal ... I am a total n00b when it comes to these PPC's but I really want to update my PPC's ROM, Radio, ExtROM etc. Also I would really like to get Windows Mobile 5.0 on my PPC, now I only have Windows Mobile 2003.
Who can help me with this?

When you download a rom upgrade, you will find a text file read_this_first.
Well read it first!
Then ask questions for parts you didn't understand well.

Can you tell us what happens when you put the pda in its craddle?
Do you see any error message about an unknown device ?
Be more specific about the problems...

any ideas to installed that radio files on my RW6828...
