i got my htc yesterday and i want to upgrade its ROM
at the moment my Device Info looks like this :
ROM version : Niki pro
Date : 01/29/08
Radio : 1.64.08.21
Protocol : 25.74.40.02H
ExtROM ver : A&A---T&T

what do you suggest me and can somebody link me to a ROM that will fit to my Radio?

I am trying to unlock it now since i switched to cingular..
I tryed and tryed for hours but nothing..

Hi,
recently my PDA are having lots of problem like suddenly the sound are become silent unless hard reset it....if not i cant hear sms or call,even calling to someone it is oso in silent mode...i dunno how to fix it..but i think if i upgrade the rom then may settle the problems.

Guys i have a question, i was using Nokia for along time then i decided to change to HTC some of my friends gave me HTC P4350,( HERA100 ) or Herald. He told me that " This phone was locked on Mobinil Egypt Network And Some One Unlocked It " i don't know how he did it but the phone works great with any SIM Card, but there is a problem it's running Windows Mobile 5.0 ( And It Sucks ) i Would like to upgrade to Windows Mobile 6 or 6.1
i have searched through this forum but it didn't find what i'm looking for, every post says " Your SPL /IPL should be 4.XX or more "
The Problem Is MY SPL & IPL are : 1.08.001

And I don't know how to update SPL Or IPL to 4.XX
