No, certainly not. It´s not the original ROM. Any flashing of other ROMs could mean that you lose your warranty. i would reflash the real original ROM before sending the device back.

i flashed this rom because i have to return my phone for repairing the g-sensor… after flashing I am now wondering because of the protocol nr.: on post 1 there is posted the protocol vers. 52.35.25.21U, but on my phone it says 52.44.25.24U (wiki: 3 mobile(aus)?)
also the wiki shows a protocol nr. 52.33.25.17W for the stock ger rom
now my question: could this be a problem regarding warranty and is there maybe a possibility to edit this number manual?

Please help, my new qtek 2020 is not working after i updated the rom to 1.72. It seems that i have forgotten to plug in the power supply when i performed the update. the update did not complete at all and the previous rom seem to be wiped out. Is there a fix to this???

What's on screen of your device? "Serial... blablabla"?
If so, insert device into cradle (don't forget to plug power supply), screen will change to "USB... blablabla" and run upgrade again...

According to HTC Sevice Center at LowYat, they have not receive any Touch Pro Rom yet. The only solution, somebody must assist us to dump their rom from their device.

This is just a 3.5MB exe file that adds arabic support to the device.
I will be testing it on ROMeOS 1.13 now.
EDIT: This is not installing on ROMeOS complaining about the GUID doesn't match the device ID.
EDIT2: Only devices from specific countries that need arabic support are eligible to download.

yeah, I also entered my s/n and it told me my dev wasnt supported.
Im gonna check this out to see if it adds some bidi support - which i need for Hebrew. The company, mobidiv also has hebrew support, but im not sure how to get it.
I was able to download that Arabic support because my HTC TP is bought in UAE. The ROM version will NOT change, mine is still 1.90.456.3 WWE, ROM Date 08/20/08, Radio version 1.02.25.19 and protocol version 52.33.25.17W.
The only difference is that now in device info ExtROM version 1.26.488.9 is now listed. Arabic is supported well I guess, even though I cannot read it!

Don't worry,dude!
As far as I know,this version has a region ID which is only allowed to Chinese and Indian phones.
However you can get an open version in the forum of xda-china, if you can read Chinese!

I flashed the ROM, got the info you guys posted, and then reflashed a new ROM onto it and worked like a charm.
Can you please tell us all the steps you followed..
Curious has anyone who tried this rom now having issues with the current location weather after flashing back to another rom?
hi after i have installed it it didn't work so how can i install another Rom because the usb cable doesn't connect and im not able to re flash it.
