i have htc hermes, i have upgraded the rom to the latest on (the one like htc diamond). here is a problem. it has no mobile office. if anyone can kindly help, i will be looking forward. the latest mobile office for hermes...plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

I'm looking for good gpd appz for my HTC s740 (btw this smartphone is awsome!) and I don't know anything about it. I downloaded many times GPS programs from the Internet like: TT, Garmin or IGO8. I couldn'y install it and that was for PDA... I'm not a Mobile Specialist and I've a big ask for you. Please, tell me what GPS program do you have on your s740 and please tell me how should I install it. Thank you for answer. Btw I use WM6.1.

I want to get myself the x10 mini, but also use it for work. The company I work for only uses Windows Mobile, can anyone point me in the direction of someone that would be able to port the program to Android?

Does your company have specific Windows Mobile apps running on the devices? Or just the Windows Mobile operating system?

Indeed, it is a program scripted in WinMo, and uses SQL services. I would be able to configure the mail no problem. Just the app is the issue.

You will need a complete rewrite of the software for which you will need the source code for the original Windows mobile application. In other words: It can be done by a skilled programmer, but it will be timeconsuming and expensive.
Personally, I think the smart thing would be to look for another solution instead of letting an SQL-scripting application hinder progress. But that's just me ;-)

At least in the german version I got some reports, that office mobile is not working correctly with 3.14.
There are some problems with saving in Excel and setting the view.
I noticed that I'm not able to mark eMails anymore for further notice in Outlook.
Is anyone knowing anything about this? I'm using Artemis which seems to have the same problems like the original Stock Rom.

I've also read in other forums, that this is not even a problem of Office Mobile 2010, it's also a problem with 2007 version. But the older version at least will save the changes which you had made when you closing the sheet (the 2010 version are also able to save, but you need open the menu and select save manually). In both version you are not able to change the view.
It seems, that this effect appeared in all german roms for T-Mob, Vodafone, O2 and possible also in other german roms. Yeah, wait and see...at the moment I've not heard about any solution.....or switch back to 1.66/1.72 ROM.....

Did you use a german ROM ?
Because I've heard (and meantime seen by friends), that is mostly a problem of the german ROMs.
No problems to report here. Using the O2 UK 3.14 ROM and updated to Office 2010 via Marketplace before launching.

Now that the Marketplace is no more, does anybody know where I can locate a cab file for the BBC News app? I am using Windows mobile 6.5 on an HTC HD2. Any help gratefully received.

Sorry if this is a repeat of a past post, but I am loooking for a WM6.5 app that will work with My Book Live. I see they have one that works with WM7.5 but I am unaware if that works on 6.5. If someone knows of one, can you share the link on it?
