i have an ipaq 614 with internal gps qualcomm msm6280, does anyone know a way to speedup this gps? i have tryied many sw like quickgps but it doesn't work.
also i know that this chip is installed in some htc devices.
is there a gps specialist that can help me to throubleshooting this issue?
i have also an ipaq hw6915 and the quick gps installed works fine and it can reach gps signals in 60 seconds (TTF).
any suggestions?
where can i found a gps log to throubleshooting this issue? and ensure that it uses the ephemeris file?

Hello,
Is anyone know how to turn the Titan into a GPS gateway?
I found that the screen on the Titan is very small. I happens to have an iPAQ with bigger screen. I want to use the iPAQ as a GPS.
The problem is, I have loaded the GPS program on the iPAQ but was unable to obtain a Com port connection using the BT from the Titan.

I'm facing problems to connect my Wizard (Hornet Manilla ROM) with Deluo BT GPS.
Is there any relation with the profiles ?
Can it be related with the radio version ?
Wizard recognize the GPS on BT tab, but when I start the navigator software, they loose the connection.
Is there anything I can do ?

hi there, i have tha same trouble, since i went to 6.5.x the bt cant "mantain2 connection with my gps HOLUX 236 device.... strangely im able to use with google maps and tomtom.....
i mean is weird, because the wizard says cannot connect, wrong password or the connection have failed (something like that)
but i can use the GPS receiver (weird??)
i flashed and rflashed different ROMS but all of them have the same issue.......
i hope you can use (as i do) the gps receiver.

I have an issue getting my GPS work every time i start the gps application HD2 wants me to connect to a bluetooth module. i am not sure what is it all about...
Kindly advice also I am in india and MMI (application) doesn't work well. Any inputs.
I don't know what kind of GPS app is this, but seems to me this app is scanning for a GPS port every time it starts. Set the GPS configuration manually to COM4 and you are done here.
Strange problem here with my Gadmei E8 3D tablet running ICS as I can install the usual Bluetooth GPS apps and connect to my Qstarz Bluetooth GPS and get a signal but that data doesn't make it to GPS apps or utils...I did enable mock locations in /settings/developper.
Did several searches and came up empty handed, anyone know what to try? Thanks!

Can someone please help me on how resolve a problem with my gps on my IMAN victor smartphone.
When I bought the phone, there was no problems with the gps, it worked perfectly fine.
I am not sure what happened but when I go to use google maps or waze it locates the gps satellites then it loses signal and then it keeps looking for gps signal, locates it and than drops signal.
I downloaded gps status and run the features in this app, but no change in either of the apps.
I did a factory install but still no change.
Can someone help any advise would be very much appreciated.
It is running android 6.0 . The device is not rooted.
