I was just wondering...I am trying to find the ROM I like. Will it hurt my phone by flashing it too often? I flashed to WM6 Standard with NEO theme...then went to WM6 PRO. If I dont like it will it hurt my phone flashing it back?

Hi Folks, sorry for the newbie type of question. I am planning to flash the Vodafone GER ROM (under HERMES SHIPPED ROM) to my HTC TyTn. As far as I understood, I can swap back to the original ROM, but where can I download the HTC TyTn GER ROM. I can only find HTC ENG ones. Could you please help. Thanks !

i have flashed a few days ago the german o2 rom... all works fine... only the extenderom is not editable... becaus of that you must disturb the automated install progress...
maybe anyone have a solution for that problem ???
all other works great... (also flashed the radio rom to act. 20 version...)
had often hangs with the phone... now not came to testing... often have to hardreset... (today because automated securityguidlines from my company.. see in other thread..)
upontime wenn a htc tytn orig. ger rom cames out i will flash back... hope that is aku3 then... much things be better... have seen it on the trinity...

hello i have a cingular 3125, i use t-mobile, and i want to get all the cingular brand stuff off my phone.
how do i do it, and if i have to flash a different rom

then you need to flash the Qtek Rom it doesnt have any branding advertising or sales pitch.
I had the qtek rom but went to the Cingular now because they have the lastest test rom which is pretty good so I guess I dont mind the branding stuff.
help, i have just got an ameo and previously had an xda exec, which i unlocked,then a Mda pro(universal) and installed wm6 which works great compared to wm5, i have tried using olipro unlocker on the ameo... an had an error message at stage 1 flash SPL....TRIED IT TWICE AND the phone is completely dead... doesn't charge or switch on .. i have unlocked and upgraded on two models so i do have a clue.....i should be getting a replacement, but really need to run it on wm6 as i believe it works a lot better as with my Mda pro.
could you pls tell me which is the right toolor a link to unlock and upgrading Ameo (uk) to wm6.There are so many threads i cant tell which tools have been tested and works....Can afford to brick the new one

If you have bricked one device don't try it again. There are issues being worked out with the unlocker.
Second, there is a ROM you can use for your Ameo that should install without being unlocked and based on WM6. It's on the forum somewhere. I don't remember where it was posted so you'll have to search.
Let us know how it goes....remember you don't need to unlock if you find the right ROM...the WM6 ROM for an Ameo/Tmobile device.

On my third Ameo running wm6 pro.olipro unlocker v2 should do the job i heard but intsalled the rom which run on t-mobile ameo. Dont know what the difference with the black touch version is ... i cant complain ..well for the moment . Thanks again People!!!!!
The T-Mob ROM works without unlocking but Olipro V2 worked fine on my UK Ameo which allowed me to install Black Touch which, thanks to PK and the team, is far better.

I have just Flashed my rom with this upgrade and it works fine, be warned you'll loose some features like MSN, but you can look on these forums you can re install it.
