Just got my advantage x7500 running wm6.0
I would like to know if there is an official wm6.1 or if the x7510 rom will work and where i could find it
I know this has probly been asked already but im struggling to find a solution
Just seeking a nice looking rom with the least bugs

Used to be up on the HTC site, I guess one of us will need to link to a copy of it. Your best bet is to just use one of the "vanilla" versions of the cooked roms, available on this sub-forum.
i would also like to know if there is an wm6.1 rom for the x7500, i have tested other roms but they always had to much customization for my taste i would like a "clean" rom

I have the following m3100 (Herm100) and the kaiser (p4550) - can someone give me a rom option that looks something like the TNT professional roms currently being offered.... they look stunning.....

None of the Hermes roms here will work on the Kaiser if that is what your asking.

Jamin come with WM5 from factory, so original wm6 don't exist.
Exactly, that is the point. Thers IS NO official WM6 release for our Prophets. None of the vendors nor HTC toke the trouble to release such upgrade. If they had done so, it wasn't such a hassle to cook the "perfect" tailormade ROM ourselves!

There are a few ROM's outhere that come close to what an original ROM should looked like. You can recognize them by the qualification "clean". Although it has to be said that one is more clean then the other...
If you encounter problems with these ROM's on your Prophet, it isn't of any use to replace them by an official ROM from another device. Most problems are due to the different hardware specs. When porting WM6 from one device to the Prophet, the cook has to find a way to integrate Prophet drivers. This problem will allways remain untill HTC comes with an official WM6 Prophet release, wich will never happen I'm afraid.
BTW most of us don't have any (significant) problems using WM6. So you better focus on differences in the configuration of your invidual Prophet, like 3th-party software etc.

The best advice is: Try some of them and decide for yourself It depends very much on what you want...stable are the most of the newer ones...so have fun!
My opinion
I've tested most of all roms avaiable at the forum.
The S4V.19701.01 by Claudyfa (not the last version of Claudyfa's Roms) is very good. Very Stable with WIFI , Bluetooth and batery consuption is awesome. Try it,

pedrohex: are you using TMN or UZO? Did you already tested the latest version of S4V in your QTEK S200? That S4V looks very light edition... Coffee seems to have more stuff included with the rom.

I would personally say, go for a light version, and add all the extras on that you need (but not too light!).
Does depend on if you want a definitive ROM, or you want to be changing every couple of weeks.
I settled on Korands WWE 3.1, and it's an excellent ROM, fast & stable. I havent't tried the most recent ROMs though...

Cloudyfas latest ROM is very clean and light. It is possible to install HTC Home on top!
Now my prophet got stuck on boot, and when i turn it on it always go to boot mode. What i do ?

I prefer claudyfas roms. Coffee by gullum are usually too slow because of excessive software (HTC Home, Htc Camera, Htc Something , Htc MoreSomething).
I like it simple and fast so S4V.19701.01 for me is very good.
The newer version has one thing i really dont like and i dont know how to disable : battery status at top with clock (i believe battery consuption is higher). Korand has good roms also , i've used till S4V release , only wm6 i think.

I dont think so.
I´ve recovered my prophet. Im very happy with cloudyfas rom, looking forward to see more roms from him . Thanks for the advices.

Thanks for replying. uhmm so I will think if I go for that simple rom S4V or I go for another one as I need something in Portuguese, else, if I want to sell this phone, no one will buy it in english hehe.

Hi, I'm looking for a WM6.5 ROM in french language, I allready found this ROM, but it's in english, and all the other ROMS I found in french are for some other Phones... Why are the Dual Touch's french users allways forgoten?

They are the two first french rom I have see. one for trinity, and one for diamond. I try too make one for the dual, but I'am a newby in this work, but I try again.
I have take all file in the trinity rom, and a have replaced in the jerpelea Rom kitchen 6.5 unsuccesfuly.

For 3D matérial acceleration, jerpelea's provide in his kitchen Polaris drivers, but even if they provide the requested acceleration for 3D apps, they dramatically drop down 2D speed... So you have to see exactly what you're looking for.

I am trying out of this wil work to make the gps in the raphael better.
I have the htc raphael rom RUU_Raphael_HTC_NLD_5.05.404.1_R2_Radio_Signed_Raphael_52.58.25.30_1.11.25.01_Ship1 and the htc leo rom RUU_Leo_HTC_NLD_1.43.404.1_Radio_Signed_15.26.50.07U_2.04.50_22_2_Ship rom.
I want to copy and past the aGPS_Confirmation_1_0_19201925_01, GPS_Copilot_1_0_0_457, GPS_GMM_3_2_116_1, HTCGeoService_1_0_19201627_00 from the Leo rom to the Raphael rom.
This is also my problem when i cook it in the raphael rom i can't find it anywhere in my phone.
So has some one have an idea what i am doing wrong and how to make this work ?
Or does some other great cook like to try this in his or her rom?
There are also other gps programs i like to try out on the raphael.
i don't know anything about porting, but if you want a better gps, upgrade your radio rom to the latest oficial version!
