I don't like bringing alot of stuff in school, i usually carry with me my little notebook that fits to my pocket and my cingular 8525. adding a scientific calculator would really be a hassle for me.. pls help... thanks!

I know several applications exists for other devices so I would think they are all pretty similar but dont want to try it since I am not too familiar in that area.

Well, you can't flash any Windows Mobile Standard ROM on a Windows Mobile Professional device! Standard device means classical Smartphones without Touchscreens, Professional devices are devices with phone functionalities (GSM and so on) and Classic devices are like Professional devices but without any phone functionalities!

Only Hardware Softkey buttons are missing, all other buttons can be used with WM6.1 Standard!

Open your eyes, in this forum you can download many WM 6.1 Rom's in different languages, cooked ones and original ones...
do they come with office software in them or would I lose that when I upgrade. Also would I lose the HTC launcher home screen?

I've tryied today and it has WLM but i cannot change my keyboard layout. It's made only for Fuze layout, not for HTC Touch Pro.

I had one version of WLM as cab but after installing on EnergyROM 3.0 ,which i think is the best for now, i cannot log in. All these features are disabled. Only one latest version from the http://mobile.microsoft.com/live/en-us/mobile/default.mspx?WT.mc_ID=WAP11 is working but doesn't have messenger, only mail.

I think you will find that there are two versions of the download, and trust me it works on the TP, that is the model I have...

we have noticed problems such as those you describe with cooked roms, specially those with .net 3.7

oh but then that sounds normal. the application will not work with the autimatical lookup without 3G, Edge will unfortunately not work.
