I see instructions in the Wiki and subforum but I believe thats for phones that use SIM cards.
How do I go about doing this to my CDMA phone?
Read the stickies at the top of the page...lots of GREAT info there.

Hi everyone, this forum is great and have seen lots things that I'm sure will be of use but having only ever had standard mobiles before I;m not sure where to start!
I've got a T-Mobile branded HTC touch dual which is unlocked to all networks but other than that it's standard.
I basically want to remove all traces of T-Mobile from the phone and set it up as HTC made it, or better if possible?
Any ideas or suggestions would be great. I've tried searching but don't know all the terminology yet so I don't know what I don't know!
Thanks in advance

Click stuff & read. Every phone needs a "ROM". You want a non T-Mobile ROM. First, Flash with HardSPL, then Flash new ROM. Then read Wiki about tweaks & crap like that. Viola. The key is read, read, read! We all have to do it too. Wiki is your friend. Wiki likes you. Wiki wants to play. Be one with the Wiki!
hello all, i have an att fuze and have some general questions hoping you all could answer them for me...i really need them answered and would appreciate if you all could help...i cant search for all the answers and i have a great general idea on how the fuze runs but still need support.. =]
1.the raphael and the fuze are the same thing?
2. what is the rhodium?? does that have anything to do with the htc fuze? or does all the touch pros have the "rhodium"?
3. I seen the new post on how to flash the new roms but i was wondering if i do, can this affect if i return the phone to att? will the check to see which version i have? if so after i flash a new rom, will there be a way to put back the stock rom the way it was bought?
4. when i do flash the rom, will it delete my programs?
5.what is the radio????
any tips u wanna give???
Hi avemn1,
Welcome; the XDA Forum & Wiki provides volumes of information to assist in your quest for learning. That said, I appreciate that it can sometimes be a bit overwhelming to navigate all of this information ... sure was when I started.
Here is a quick response to your questions; should get you started
Cheers,

Essentially, yes ... keyboard layout & number of cameras may differ.

Nothing to do with Fuze; next generation HTC device. There's also a Rhodium TF3Dv2 (aka Manilla) XDA project - new Manilla /w Landscape.

Yes; you'll want to backup any personal data to an SD Card or PC.

The Radio is the heart of your cellular device. In the Raphael's case, the Radio (also called Stack) is comprised of circuitry to handle GSM, WDCMA, UTMS. The Raphael also includes Radio circuitry for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS.
The answers to all your questions are here all you had to do was search and read. Do not start threads like this in the ROM development forum if you must please poste them in the General forum. I am closing this thread.

PLEASE HELP WANTED (I HAVE THE ORIGINAL ROM VER.5.05.401.1 WWE)
Open your eyes and look at the top of the page. See the stickies? One says "Useful Links Thread"
Read all you can about flashing Radio's.
Wrong Radio will brick your phone. So read all you can before you try a custom radio

Or maybe even the second one (currently) that say Raphael Radio Thread.
I've been browsing the forums, but I can't find the answer and I used the search function, but there are too many irrelevant threads. So can someone give me a straight answer or a link that explains how to install whatever I need to boot Android from an SD card in Windows Mobile 6.5?
Follow this guide:

Did you not notice the guides in stickies?
Did you not notice the forum titled "HD2 Android Q&A and General"
Did you not noticed the sub-title labelled "For general discussion and questions specific to Android development for the HTC HD2"
PS. You could have at least said thanks to the poster above who wiped your backside for you.
I know that Rogers and ATT shares a lot in common but sometime it's different....
Maybe we could have our own section in witch we can say thing like : look in that post, I did this and that from ATT and it work/doesn'twork on Rogers...
Right know I'm thinking of that post in ATT section talking about S3 Now available in clockwork recovery http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=28657487#post28657487 ....
What do you guys think about it ? (sorry for my bad english by the way )
If it can use the same ROMs then no. Make sure to clarify in subject titles which carrier if there are some differences. It is whether or not it can use the same ROM without bricking that determines whether it gets its own dev section. And even if that, questions go in Q&A and not new threads in dev section.
Thanks

Sorry, thanks for moving my thread...
for example : the new clockworkmod http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=28657487#post28657487 .... if it could work for Rogers, it could go into Rogers section...
You know, even if ATT and Rogers use pretty much the same ROM, ATT block alot of stuff Rogers dont in their ROM.... that's also why I tought having Rogers own section could be really nice...
