I have tried all s.w. but not getting unlock.

Do i need to flash it ? or any possible way out ?

Just as experiance, I upgrade my English QTEK 2020 from:
ROM Version: 1.03.00 USA
ROM date : 09/04/03
Radio Version : 1.05.12
Protocol Verison : 1337.12
ExtROM version : 1.03.21
to
ROM Version : 1.60.00WWE
ROM date : 12/03/03
Radio Version : 1.06.01
Protocol Verison : 1337.16
ExtROM version : 1.60.21
using ROM image downloaded from http://goztreh.free.fr/
No problem during upgrade.
I used XDAtools in order to backup previus ROM image and Backup occured without broblem.
Good news is the solution of SMS bug about +.
Enjoy upgrade.

I do it the same from upgraded (O2)1.03 to (QTek)1.06.21. However, my extended ROM turns into non-writable after upgrade. Any method to slove it?

Thank you, I coludn't install this exe? Whats happend with xda2 after I install this exe?
:? Did the ROM upgrade and now when I change SIM cards the phone will not recignize the other network. it does however work on one network.

Simply run a 172WWE.exe upgrade.
Only watch the countrycode ... just like you would with any up/downgrade
Also if you could let us know whats not working right, just in case we need to downgrade. Personally it's working great for me, with the exception of an issue with Bluetooth.

I think thats the latest WM6 OS but there is a upgraded radio at 1.58.21.23
