I am a Gene User. I am Looking For a Call blocking Software, Where we can block unwanted calls, some or all calls, If not answered then auto reply.... all these facilities. But i am concentrating more on Call Blocking.
Do any one have a good Software for it.
I really need one. I have tried many softwares but they are all crap. Some dont work and some work but dont do the work for what they are created.
I need one which is tested and really works.

The link which u had posted works very fine. I have tried the more latest version of it(CallFirewall_V_1_4).
This software works great, but the only problem with it is, calls get rejected after the first ring. So one ring is made before it gets rejeted. So i was looking for a software with a perfect firewall.

I have wm2003 4.0.11 cooked and when i get an sms the screen doesnt wake up, it plays the notification, the screen wakes when there is a call though.

i think its just the wm2003, because - if i remember correctly, in the rom versions 3.xxxx the screen would turn on, but not in this one.
This is a feature. A nice one, I think, but someone came up with some software to remove it. Sorry, can't remember any more details, but some searching in Google ought to find it.

mine turns on when an sms is recieved, the problem is it doesnt turn OFF after a few min like it should (like it does if its turned on but recieves no sms). grrr.

ROM 4.01.00 does wake up the screen upon receiving SMS
that's good to know ....

again, be careful. The 4.01.00 file contains RSU upgrade as well. It will put you on RSU 6.24.01 which I 'm not sure it will work for you. Try to extract the ROM upgrade files only using Winzip.

Here I go again with my upgrading issues. I recently upgraded my ROM to PK Black thanks to olipro unlocker, the whole athena project, HeartofDarkness, and ITXDA. THANKS FOR A GREAT ROM and all your help.
My new issue......I need a voice dialer that works. The dialer that was in the shipped ROM of my 7501 was great. Is there a place that I can get thdialer in CAB to re-install to my device? I am currently using VOICE_Tri. It does work but only when the phone is actively on/unlocked. So if my phone is in my pocket and or locked, I cannot dial. The original dialer worked when my phone was locked or not near me. I really want this back. Can anyone suggest a dialer that works that I don't have to buy? Can I strip it from the HTC ROM?

- Cyberon Voice Dial (requires tagging).
Both are commercial products, but since you rightfully own a device that was provided with either, there shouldn't be much problems if you did bit of searching on the forum or googling and found workable archives...

The voice dialer I was using previously was included in the shipped firmware on my 7501. I have no idea who made it or if it was simply part of the ROM. I did try the one offered on mahmood's site and it seems to be working well enough for now. I will use this latest one until I find another. I did have Microsoft's version when I had other devices but I often had trouble using it with a BT device. There was one that I read about that announces your incoming calls and other little neat things, but with all my reading, I forgot its name. So, long story short, I am ok for now, but still always on the prowl for biger, better, faster, smarter, easier etc.
So keep me in mind if something surfaces that is a dowlaoad (pref. free) that I can try.
BTW, do you know how to get PocketCM off of my device?

Looks like it would one to try, but do you know if it is unistallable once it's on. I still trying to get Pocket CM out of my device.
you might have to use a registry delete on that one. some how it installed in your registry...thats why you cant easily remove it. try resco registry. you should be able get in and delete it with that software.
BTW...that link to that Voice dialer...yes it removes once you go into settings and Remove Programs. I dont think however, that it gives you the option to save your settings. But who cares.... Good Luck buddy!

I am using Varanusvincent´s Vista6.1.
I have tried to find if there is a VOIP Software installed - should it not be included in WM6.1?
Ok then I followed the threads installed that VOIP.cab and also this config tool but this is not working.
By the way all descriptions and threads what I found are not really good
Is anyone of you having the knowledge how to enable VOIP on prophet in WM6.1?

I know i need to use the search tool but i don't have a clue of what to search for.
My Touch Dual can make calls once i turn it on but then after one call, i can call people but they can't hear me and i can't hear them.
Has anyone else had this problem?
Also, i've read about updating roms or radio's etc? and would someone please explain this to me.
I hope someone can give me the answers on how to fix the call problem and help with rom's/radio's.

If it has the original ROM, then it is time to return it to manufacturer for fix.

In simple terms, ROMs are the operating system of your phone. Like your PC, you can modify or update the ROM. Custom ROMs can have features and programs built in that are not part of the standard ROM that your phone came with.
The radio is the low level drivers to control the hardware of your phone, eg making calls, camera etc.
It does have the original ROM in that case. But unfortunately, I got the phone from Ebay and thus no receipt so they won't touch it.
Would changing the ROM have the ability to fix the call problem.
or
Would I be able to change the Radio? One of these should work shouldn't they?
And if so... Would you be able to lead me in the right direction on how to do it?

hey i had same problem
not so long ago ..
where i call they cant hear me and i cant hear them either ..
all i did was remove srs wow hd (if you have it - first enable it make sure the speaker is set to internal.. try call if still doesnt work remove the app)
then did a soft-reset
if that doesnt work try a new radio like 1.65.xx.xx or 1.71.xx.xx

haha lol yeh i only just learning two i ot my own touch dual just a few weeks ago
srs wow hd is sound driver you can find this in settings (if you have it installed) .. so go to setting it will be under system.
try putting it to use internal speaker(its the first option you cant miss it!) ..try call if it doesnt work ... change ur radio .http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=369502

..before you change radio it says you need to CID unlock your device .. so do that..(personally i did'nt do that even though it says it will stop on 99% ....i only didnt do this because my computer wouldnt run the software ..)
so still try to CID UNLOCK just so you dont mess your phone up ..

so now you've done all that and you have downloaded the radio ... connect your phone to ur pc using active sync and run the file follow instructions( note it says it hard resets aka wipes your phone, it doesnt ) and wait awhile when its completed try to call ..

I'll try using one of those now though cause the signal strength is really low on the "RUU Nike Radio 1.58.21.23S Modded" one.

it´s possible to run whatsapp, it,s too easy.
first you must download the file from whatsapp .com for nokia n40 series, you must open with a desscompressor, open the meta.txt and supr the certificate s40 and run in a java virtual machine from windows mobile and, i cannot suceed you have to put your phone and your nationality and in theory (i don´t know how to say XD) should send a message to your mobile with a number and register with this number in whatsappfrom winmo, the problem is that (if anybody can do it) how you can add a contact.
I wait that this information can be useable for anybody xd
i attached the whatsapp that i have modified and works good but not send the message it,s my problem xd
i give you the whatsapp modified, surely it´s wrong modificated, but not ask for certificates
