I have a HTC with japanese language. and I wnat to upload a wwe rom.because the rom is japanese. I downloaded upgrading rom RUU_Hermes_QTEK_WWE_2.11.255.1_102_6275_1.38.00.10 _108_Ship.exe
but can not upload it, allways geting error [294], pls I need urgent to converet this device into wwe rom. any help just urgent need.

I played with it but now in bootloader mode SPL shows 1.11
I can not do hard-SPL too at all
You needed to do some reading about the softbank, these are a major problem to unlock and upgrade depending on what version you have. In all likelyhood you have bricked your Hermes.
Do some research to see but most people don't like to give advice on the softbanks as no one likes to be responsible for the death of another persons Hermes....
I already read all the forum but could not find any solution, many document and post read about softbank, but never could upload WWE rom
hope someone will explain a proper way..

Hi there i just buy a O2 mini s phone but i have many signal problems sometimes I receive call sometimes no and my problems are just for that with the signal and phone, my Rom version is 2.25.11.1 WWE and Radio 02.25.11 with wm5 and I have noticed that in the main screen theres the cingular icon the x with the circle upside is this normal in this phone? i mean is it the correct rom? because i looked at pictures in internet and they have the O2 logo in the phone but this one just appear in the begining can someone please recomend me a radio version for my phone thanks for all and sorry for my bad english.

The actual version is:

thks, but the same problem. On the phone's display it writes 0% and then the error comes. Phone is still ok but firmware does not match on this phone.

Read the Threads ... without HardSPL you cant Flash a Cocked Rom. If you are sure, you have a HTC Niki and not a HTC Neon??? If you dont know this ... read wiki!

I need to downgrade my phone as well for warranty purposes. Unfortunately Mrvanx's guide is offline at present. Can any one of you give me some detail on how to do this and what files will be needed. What I have found is teh google cached version of his guide, which gives me few details but not all.
I am assuming that I need to get back to orginal rom/radio/spl and bootloader. Or in short to be able to send it back for warranty. I do have a new Rogers phone if that can be of any help.
Following is the info about the two phones. If someone from rogers has done this before and can tell me the minimum required that is if I do not need to downgrade radio, spl etc then please advise.

i have done the mmty program, but i do not get a white screen to indicate the flashing is done rite.please assist.i also formatted the device.i used gene unbricker and followed the easy to use instructions.also the spl tools.so easy to follow but still not work.
