you need to change the CID inside the ROMs and you need change the CID in the Niki Radio ROM! it only works with niki and neon roms! if you try to flash a kaiser or platform different device ... you can brick your phone!
if you hear no sound or it doesnt ring ... you havent flash a niki radio! this is importent!! it only works with a niki radio!
next ... some registry settings are different! you must compare! the keyboard slied is invert. the rest works! some time i use neon roms on my niki to test new radios. this is why i know ... different radios ... you need new drivers!
I'm also interested in the same thing.
I'm looking at one of the skins with all the Diamond stuff built into it but I have no idea where to start and I don't wanna go trying things without making sure it works. It's a Neon 200.

I second that, i just flashed the neon hardspl and would like to flash the Throttle Rom, or Niki Project. Also, i was wondering if someone could explain the term "radio", in pda terms lol

u can flash niki roms to a NEON device but there are some hardware problems such as the keyboard.tho i havent tried myself,its what ive read in threads.once youve HARDSPLD u should b fine and experiment flashing.i flashed the diamond v2**not beta** by seth and havent looked back since.as for the radio question,it refers to ur GSM antenna.usually the higher the numbers the greater reception but at the cost of battery life,it also depends on where you live.so first find a stable rom u like and then start trying out radios untill you find the best reception/battery life for you.

I know this sounds really, really really cheap, but id be willing to donate to someone who would be willing to do this to Throttle Diamond for the Touch Dual Neon. I'll test also.

If you want to brick or mess up your device, then install it. In other words, it will NOT work on your Prophet.

it does need all the hardware support (from screen(vga) to accelerometer sensor) .
and why? All our best cookers already to port all good stuff to prophet roms
you need in a rom spezial driver for your prophet it isnt compatieble

maxwellr and how the cookers can made a wm 6.5 rom for prophet if microsoft dont do for htc prophet they have to port roms of other htc right?

But there are some German ROM's for the Diamond out there.

Short answer, NO. The radio can be if your TP is security unlocked, but not the ROM, which is heavily hardware dependent and non-radio hardware is significantly different in these 2 models.
why don't you try it and find out? you could have searched and found the answer, which is no. mods please close

NO! You CANNOT flash a diamond rom onto a TouchPro period.
You can extract, port, moddify & recook portions of a diamond rom, but since asking this question, my advice is do not under any circumstances flash anything to your device you do not understand.
im trying to cook a rom for this device and have only worked with a hermes before..and those tools i was using...ROMcDonalds .. are not dumping the OS.nb
anyone know how to dump the OS.nb of this .nbh?

I'd like to make one special for my own sedna, including SPB mobile shell 3 or with Windows Mobile 6.5 (not sure about WM6.5 ).
For sure, sedna is not very popular but i think it is a very good phone.

i used kaiser kitchen to build my rom... and used qmat to split and recompile my .nbh
qmat.. http://revskills.de/pages/download.html
of course i need to have hard spl 'ed my SEDNA before i did any thing...
so thats first .. hard spl ...
then use qmat to Dump your .nbh up and get os.nb...
then with that os.nb follow the kaiser directions for cooking and use a kitchen there... i think there are a few but any thing that will work for kaiser will now work for sedna..
cook you rom and recompile till its os.nb again...
then use qmat to generate os.nb back to a .nbh and use an original flasher.. just replace the .nbh with your cooked one... and thats it
of course not everything that applies to kaiser works here but enough does and once you have a hard spl you should not brick you phone and you can flash any rom you cook.
i take it you have some idea how to cook ...if not well read the kaiser directions and figure it out...

I am trying out of this wil work to make the gps in the raphael better.
I have the htc raphael rom RUU_Raphael_HTC_NLD_5.05.404.1_R2_Radio_Signed_Raphael_52.58.25.30_1.11.25.01_Ship1 and the htc leo rom RUU_Leo_HTC_NLD_1.43.404.1_Radio_Signed_15.26.50.07U_2.04.50_22_2_Ship rom.
I want to copy and past the aGPS_Confirmation_1_0_19201925_01, GPS_Copilot_1_0_0_457, GPS_GMM_3_2_116_1, HTCGeoService_1_0_19201627_00 from the Leo rom to the Raphael rom.
This is also my problem when i cook it in the raphael rom i can't find it anywhere in my phone.
So has some one have an idea what i am doing wrong and how to make this work ?
Or does some other great cook like to try this in his or her rom?
There are also other gps programs i like to try out on the raphael.
i don't know anything about porting, but if you want a better gps, upgrade your radio rom to the latest oficial version!
