it is a file for determining the boot up sequence... also... this is a questions so it needs to be posted in the q & a section... not the development section

Is it possible for any of our great devs to try and port TWRP recovery to our device ? its open source and my opinion from my brothers lg gt540 far better than cwm recovery .Their site can be found here http://teamw.in/project/twrp2 .
