Instructions for Flashing All WM 6.5 Unless specifically Instructed with the ROM
- Ensure Battery is 100 % charged.
- Copy all six files in the folder in c:\windows\temp directory and start DSUU. Select OS+Extended ROM by pressing tab key and then down arrow key from ur PC keyboard.
- Please also do not restart till the menu where it says WM 6.5 updated or something and asks for a restart OK.
- For those flashing their Atom Exec for the first time from WM 5, I would suggest a complete flash with ALL option instead of only the OS+Extended ROM Option as the older version of radio causes some conflicts with the WM 6.5.
U r treading dangerous grounds as ROM flashing is a irreversable process and if u do not know how to upgrade ur device u might brick it i.e render it usless. So I am not responsible for any damage to ur device etc etc......

3. 23420 WM 6.5 ROM (COM 4) CLEAN new UI (3 Oct 2009)
New UI with new icons in the start menu. Very Fast beta version from COM 4 the latest by Da_G. Included amarullz Blue Black theme it is a beauty (see here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=4655982&postcount=989).
Few Bugs reported in it with there remedies:
1. Notification window popup is missing the "yes" or "no" buttons.
WORK AROUND:
a. install finger suite
b. include gwes.exe from an older build before cooking the ROM (for cookers only) but then it will have issues like memory leaks, random stuckups, etc etc.
c. Another a more easier one is to delete all the entries of pushbutton from registry here: HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Today\Pushbutton.
2. Another bug is when u add picture to contact it just closes the contacts menu.
WORK AROUND:Just open contacts again and u will see the same contact now enter something else e.g a mobile number and save and now it will save.

ATOM EXEC WM 6.5 KITCHEN
All credit for the Kitchen and tools goes to Abusalza, G, bepe, ervius, Da-G and others.
This is a bit for the advance users, so those having experience in cooking will use it and those like me ahmmmm I mean noobs should go through the Wiki and all post in Atom Forums before trying it (This is not though to dishearten the new comers but just to tell them to be careful please).
OK this is WM 6.5 Kitchen for Atom Exec and is not different then what Abusalza made but with minor edits.
Here hows to cook:-
1. Place ur own choice packages in OEM folder.
2. Place a Atom Exec "diskimage_Ver.nb0" in tools folder.
3. Start "XIPPort.exe" amd here write "diskimage_Ver.nb0" instead of "nk.nb" in the last menu and write "0018000C" instead of "00310000" and press "write xip_out.bin to:" and u will have the new xip in ur "diskimage_Ver.nb0".
4. Now copy "diskimage_Ver.nb0" to ROM folder alongwith XIP folder in the Kitchen.
5. Double click "WM 6.5 BuildOS.cmd" and a menu with BuildOS will pop up press the green play button and it will start working. At the end close it with x button.
6. It will again start cooking u do not have to do anything. It will end and u will have a "diskimage_Ver.nb0" in Flash folder. So ur good to go.
This kitchen is having SYS and XIP from 23016, however, on request of any user I will upload SYS & XIP's of newer OS also.

Special Instructions for Flashing
Apart from the universal instructions given at the end some special instructions for this ROM:-
- After flash and carrying out alignment do the hard reset.
- Again do the screen alignment and do the hard reset.
- Again do the complete procedure that is load all and restrat and AGAIN HARD RESET (no I am in my senses).
But after the third hard reset u will find ur atom is running GOOD with battery going to almost double what it was before (in my case it went from 1 day use to 2 days almost).
U will feel its optimum after 2 to 3 days use. ENJOY

OK Kenny what u do is load this attached comm manager by JUVS and then open it and switch the Beam off and then on and u will get ur IR working. I have checked and sending and receiving through IR is OK after this.

a2dp not working on my motorola s9...
First thanks Mr TJ .
I have tried . This rom is more RAM and faster . Interface is good ( not beautiful as touch flo ) . But , i have seen something : mobile hung app can not be start b/c of lower Net version , tahoma font can not be display with some app from viet nam .

kenny for u I have hard reseted my Atom and then once the process was complete I switched the beam on from settings/connections and then received a file through IR from Nokia 6280 without any problem. To make sure I also sent a file through IR and it was also without any problem. So my suggestion is that u hard reset once and go through the flash procedure and immediately on completion switch the beam ON and then send/receive a file through IR.

kenny for u I flashed my Atom Exec and the result was same that IR was working, I dont know why u r having this problem. Its better u stay with the PV Rom if its working alright with u.

If u try soft reset might correct the problem and as for as viet nam software not displaying correct font might be due to the language as I use 0409 OEM and language files.

How to Flash this ROM
If you don't know what is HardSPL, STOP! You need to read this before you continue. This ROM is only for GSM devices. For CDMA ROMs, look here.
I release my ROM in flashable microSD format, mainly because:
To prevent newbies just running an .exe file without knowing what it is
Less space in the compress release
microSD flashing is the SAFEST way to flash.
Can't wait? on to flashing!
What You Need
Zip or 7zip extractor for the compress file. You can download 7zip here
USB cable if flashing from ActiveSync
CustomRUU Wrapper (download it here) if flashing from ActiveSync
microSD formatted to FAT32 if flashing via (micro)SD method
Flashing via ActiveSync
- Make sure your battery level is above 50%, or the flash will not continue!
- BACKUP ALL THE CONTACTS/FILES YOU NEED!
extract RAPHIMG.NBH from the compressed file, rename it to RUU_Signed.nbh
put the RUU_Signed.nbh on the location where you've put the CustomRUU Wrapper.
Connect your Touch Pro/Fuze to your PC via USB cable.
ActiveSync should run and connect your device. Wait for the icon to turn GREEN.
Run the Custom RUU Wrapper and follow the steps on the screen
Flashing via (micro)SD Method
- Make sure your microSD card is formatted to FAT32, or else your Touch Pro/Fuze won't detect the file.
- at least have around 40% of battery. I've done it with 23%, but just to be safe, make sure you have enough juice left
- BACKUP ALL THE CONTACTS/FILES YOU NEED!
extract RAPHIMG.NBH from the compressed file and put it to your SD
Do a HARD RESET
with your stylus, press the RESET button while holding down the VOLUMN DOWN button and ENTER button. It should go to diagnostics (rainbow screen) mode.
release the RESET button, but continue holding the VOLUMN DOWN and ENTER button until you see "This operation will delete all your personal data..."
press VOLUME UP button to hard reset.
while resetting, press VOLUMN DOWN button to go back to diagnostics (rainbow screen) mode.
if done correctly and your microSD is formatted to FAT32, it should say "Loading..." or else you will just see the rainbow screen.
Press POWER button to flash your ROM and wait for it to finish. DO NOT REMOVE YOUR BATTERY!
When the flash finishes, press the RESET button. DONE!
UC Ready ROM
- this ROM is UC ready. What is UC? Check it here.
- NOTE TO NAVIGON USERS: If you are using your Navigon SD to flash and setup UC, you need to rename the 2577 directory first otherwise UC will not work correctly (thanks urys)
For AT&T Fuze Users
- screwed hardware keyboard? Download the fix below (see post attachment) or download it here
- to setup your connection problems:
Download AllTheWay's AT&T Settings Cab from here (Thanks AllTheWay)
On Start->Settings->Tab "Connections"->Connections->Manage Existing Connections->Tab "Proxy Settings", uncheck "This network uses a proxy server to connect to internet"
On Start->Settings->Tab "Connections"->Connections->Tab "Advanced"->Select Network, change both pulldowns to "Media Net" (Thanks Reefermattness)
If you still have some problems (weather in TouchFlo3d not updating), try this (thanks AlienHairball):
On Start->Settings->Tab "Connections"->Connections->Tab "Advanced"->Select Network, change both pulldowns to "My ISP"
if you edit "My ISP" make sure it's on "Auto" instead instead of either "My ISP GPRS" or "ATT GPRS"
On Start->Settings->Tab "Connections"->Advanced Network->Tab "HSDPA/HSUPA"->make sure that "Enable HSDPA/HSUPA" is set

Is that battery display part of the BlackStone ROM or did you get that from somewhere else? Is there a CAB available for the battery meter?

You also need to install SDKCERTS.cab.

been waiting to check this one out... as far as the rest of the rom is concerned, it's awesome! very fast and responsive, and very vanilla...
however... big problem...
g-sensor doesn't work! doesn't work from calibration, teeter or album... tried flashing twice and 3 hard resets... any ideas? i would work on trying to fix it, but too much of a PIA if i can't cleanly extract the rom
checked it with htcrie, dll files for the sensorsdk package and oemdrivers dll are there and correct sizes. the reg setting differ a little from proven's BS port, but only on angle rotations, so something weird is going on... can't test anything because the latest version of htcrie crashes when saving...

heh, I was testing more on the major functionalities that I haven't tested g-sensor. Fixed in the new version

Using it for a day, nice rom.
Not very special but stable and fast.
HSDPA won't work by me, have a 20 euro data abbo by KPN, with another rorm i had the H symbol but flashed another roms and never had the H symbol anymore.
DSLreports give me 33kbits very very f&cked up speed for 20 euro's.
(This rom is not the reason for my slow speeds!)
The adressbook do not have de abc etc at the right side not possible in de options or will not work.

I'm using t-mobile nl abo and it's pretty fast for the abc's, it's working fine on mine I've only added it on v1.01 maybe you installed 1.0?
I intend to make the beta release a lite one, watch out for something special
I only have abc etc above the adressbook not on the right side.
Maybe tomorrow i will flash 1.01 if i have time.

240Mhz constant SAFE overclocking. Follow the steps carefully.
Disclaimer : I'm not responsible if any damage is caused to your device if you don't follow the steps carefully. The next rom update(if lucky) will be having this feature right out of the box.
Instructions :
Download the following file from the link below and unzip.
Install omap_omapclock.cab to device memory.(not storage card). (also you should have Resco Explorer V8.0 or higher installed.)
Remove omapClock folder inside Omap folder program files after installation and past it inside /Program Files/ itself.(no sub folders).
Rename omapClock folder to OmapClock.
Finally OmapClock.exe should be in your /Program Files/OmapClock/ folder on your device.
Open File Explorer on your device and open Omapclock.exe. Set it to 240Mhz.(not more than that !).
ISSUE : Suspending the device at this point will cause the speed to be reset back to default. (we'll solve this in the steps below).
Open Resco Explorer and go to the /Program Files/OmapClock/ folder. Locate the OmapClock.exe file and hold the stylus on this file until menu pops. Choose “Copy”.
Now browse to \Windows\Startup then hold stylus in an empty area and when menu pops, choose paste shortcut.
Hold the stylus on the newly created OmapClock shortcut and choose Properties then click the Shortcut tab.
Target should be: “\Program Files\OmapClock\OmapClock.exe” –clock 240
Soft reset and test. Suspending the device will reset the device back to the default speed.
Now install DinarSoft MemMaid from my package u downloaded in step 1.
Open MemMaid and choose the Notification queue button/tab on the bottom (second from left) then click the ADD button.
For Program, click the browse button and browse to the shortcut you created in steps 9-10. The location of the shortcut is \Windows\Startup.
From the event dropdown choose “The device woke up”.
Click Add.
Soft reset and you are done. The Clock speed will remain at the specified speed you specified in step 11 even when the device comes out of suspend.

No,this is not a ROM problem.these errors occur when you haven't synced your device properly or you are missing required drivers on your computer/laptop.before flashing a ROM, make sure you have synced your device properly.read the Guide properly,go through the explaination properly and then flash a ROM.
Q.My music stops or gets stuck when the screen is locked or turned off.
Ans. this will probably happen in windows media player and the Audio manager.Solution - see registry fix in Bugs and Fixes post.
Q.After a heavy usage,my phone goes low on memory.what should i do ?
Ans. Go to Advance Task Manager and delete/kill the unwanted processes/applications running on the background.Keep hibernating your phone everytime before you start an application and after exiting an application.

Ans. Yes you can.only be carefull if you are flashing an official ROM.

Problem Resolutions and FAQ:

1. The Camera Applications shows little anomalies like number blinking at bottom of screen, hang if left direction key is pressed etc..?
Solution: Use the registry file in CameraFix.zip and incorporate it into your registry using some registry editor or the provided Task Manager 2 application provided in ROM.
2.How to configure Hotmail's Pop3 Access in default messaging application of Windows Mobile without using Windows Live?
Solution: Create a new email account as usual and use these details:
Step 1:
Email Address: Your email but dont use @hotmail.com, instead use something else like htmail.com or something like that. Please not that this is only necessary if your email address end in @hotmail.com. Other Windows Live users dont need to do this.
Password: Your Password.
Step 2:
Uncheck the checkbox : Try to get e-mail settings automatically from the Internet
Step 3:
Select "Internet E-Mail" as your service provider.
Step4:
Enter your name and an account name.
Step 5:
Incoming Mail Server: pop3.live.com
Account Type : POP3
Step 6:
Username : Your email address (full email including @hotmail.com or any other windows live address that you have. This time give it correctly)
Password: Your Password.
Step 7:
Outgoing (SMTP) mail Server: smtp.live.com
Check the box "Outgoing Server requires authentication" and "Use the same username and password for sending mail."
Click "Advance Server Settings". Check the boxes "Use SSL for Incoming Mail" and "Use SSL for outgoing mail". Select "The Internet" as Network connection and then click "Done."
Step 8:
Select the Automatic update interval you want or manual for no automatic mail checking.
Click Finish.
Now open the account in Messaging and click Menu>Tools>Options. Click the account name, click "Edit Account Setup" and change the email address to the real one.Click Next, Next untill Finish and then click ok to close the options menu.
Thats it. Hotmail will be accessible from messaging now.
3. ActiveSync Starts up Again and Again Automatically Even When the Phone is Not Connected to USB cable or Bluetooth
Solution: It happens for some strange reasons that i haven't been able to find but for now there is a workaround for it.
For Users who use Exchange server with ActiveSync will have no problem if they have set the update schedule to manual. Otherwise, if you are using the push mail feature of exchange, then ActiveSync will run all the time for syncing and that is very normal.
For User who dont use Exchanage server, they should create a fake server and then set the update schedule to manual to prevent ActiveSync from running on its own. Here are the steps for that.
First of all, configure ActiveSync with your PC if you want to sync with PC using the usual method. After that:
1. Open Activesync on your phone and from the menu choose Configure Server...
2. Enter any email address. Clear the checkbox titled "Attempt to detect Exchange Server Settings Automatically". Click Next.
3. In server address, enter localhost or anything else. Click next.
4. Enter any username, password and domain name. I mean random strings. Also check save password checkbox.
5. Clear all the checkboxes in the "Data you want to synchronize" list. Click Finish.
6. Open Menu>Schedule. Here set both the dropdown lists to "Manually" and clear both the checkboxes. Click OK and close ActiveSync.
Plus as an additional step, delete the unneeded notification for Active Sync. To do that :
1. Open DotFred's task manager (Task Manager 2) and go to the Notifications tab.
2. In "Notified Programs", search for repllog.exe. You will most probably find 3 entries for it.
3. Scroll horizontally and out of these 3 or what ever entries, find those which have the entry "AppRunAtTimeChange" or "AppRunAfterTimeChange". Delete these entries, using the third icon from left on the bottom toolbar.
ActiveSync wont give you any problems after this.
4. Audio Booster doesn't allows entering Equalizer settings and checking the equalizer checkbox + Missing Audiobooster Option in Audio Managers Menu
Solution: This is not a problem and happens with some versions of AudioBooster and Audio Manager, if their version numbers are different. To resolve it :-
Just start AudioManager, let it build its library a little and then play a song for minimum 5 seconds. After that start AudioBooster, adjust one of its sliders a little. Then soft reset your phone, and both the problems will be solved. What happens is, they create their respective registry settings on first start and after that everything is fine. In Original ROMs from HTC, since on first boot the Customization applications runs, it sets up the registry itself. But even with that, you have to reboot your device anyway.
5. Audio Manager and Windows Media Player stop playback if power button is pressed and phone enters suspend mode.
Solution: First of all, Thanks to Shaunak.it for finding the solution.
This problem occurs in some specific builds of gene. It can occur in old gene and new gene both. So here is what it is like:
Normally, If you press the power button while music is playing, Audio Manager and Windows Media Player stop playback. But this only happens when headset is not connected. If headset is connected, the playback wont stop.This is a standard behavior and not a problem. But on some p3400 and P3400i phones, the playback stops no-matter headset is connected or not. I was not able to find the solution for this problem as it was not happening with me. But a friend of ours from this forum, shaunak.it solved it as he was having this annoyance. Here's what you have to do:
Open the Task Manager Advanced. Click the down faced arrow to the right of the screen and select Regedit from the menu. Now in the folder tree on the upper half of the screen, Navigate to :
For AudioManager:
HKLM > Software > HTC > Audio Manager > Config
In the lower section, look for a value called ENTER_SUSPEND. If its there, double tap on it to edit it and enter 0 as new value. Otherwise, in an empty area in the same place, tap and hold for a while for a context menu to appear. Select New > Value. Select REG_DWORD as Value Type. In the name field, type ENTER_SUSPEND. Click the Set Data button and enter 1 as the value. Click Ok and then again Ok.
For Windows Media Player
HKLM > System > Current Control Set > Control > Power > State > Suspend. Again in the lower left corner look for a value named WAV, if its there, double tap to edit it and then enter 0 as its new value. Otherwise, in an empty area in the same place, tap and hold for a while for a context menu to appear. Select New > Value. Select REG_DWORD as Value Type. In the name field, type WAV. Click the Set Data button and enter 0 as the value. Click Ok and then again Ok.
Secondly, in the same way go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > Software > Microsoft > MediaPlayer >Preferences and create or modify the DWORD value
"UnattendedPlayback" and set it to 1.
I am attaching a .reg file to do this automatically. Just go to the Task Manager advance and on the registry tab click the first icon in the bottom icon bar and click Import.. and browse to this file and select it.
This will solve your problem.

240Mhz constant SAFE overclocking. Follow the steps carefully.
Disclaimer : I'm not responsible if any damage is caused to your device if you don't follow the steps carefully. The next rom update(if lucky) will be having this feature right out of the box.
Instructions :
Download the following file from the link below and unzip.
Install omap_omapclock.cab to device memory.(not storage card). (also you should have Resco Explorer V8.0 or higher installed.)
Remove omapClock folder inside Omap folder program files after installation and past it inside /Program Files/ itself.(no sub folders).
Rename omapClock folder to OmapClock.
Finally OmapClock.exe should be in your /Program Files/OmapClock/ folder on your device.
Open File Explorer on your device and open Omapclock.exe. Set it to 240Mhz.(not more than that !).
ISSUE : Suspending the device at this point will cause the speed to be reset back to default. (we'll solve this in the steps below).
Open Resco Explorer and go to the /Program Files/OmapClock/ folder. Locate the OmapClock.exe file and hold the stylus on this file until menu pops. Choose “Copy”.
Now browse to \Windows\Startup then hold stylus in an empty area and when menu pops, choose paste shortcut.
Hold the stylus on the newly created OmapClock shortcut and choose Properties then click the Shortcut tab.
Target should be: “\Program Files\OmapClock\OmapClock.exe” –clock 240
Soft reset and test. Suspending the device will reset the device back to the default speed.
Now install DinarSoft MemMaid from my package u downloaded in step 1.
Open MemMaid and choose the Notification queue button/tab on the bottom (second from left) then click the ADD button.
For Program, click the browse button and browse to the shortcut you created in steps 9-10. The location of the shortcut is \Windows\Startup.
From the event dropdown choose “The device woke up”.
Click Add.
Soft reset and you are done. The Clock speed will remain at the specified speed you specified in step 11 even when the device comes out of suspend.

Ans. this will probably happen in windows media player and the Audio manager.Solution - see registry fix in Bugs and Fixes post.

Ans. Go to Advance Task Manager and delete/kill the unwanted processes/applications running on the background.Keep hibernating your phone everytime before you start an application and after exiting an application.

Ans. Yes you can.only be carefull if you are flashing an official ROM.

Problem Resolutions and FAQ:

1. The Camera Applications shows little anomalies like number blinking at bottom of screen, hang if left direction key is pressed etc..?
Solution: Use the registry file in CameraFix.zip and incorporate it into your registry using some registry editor or the provided Task Manager 2 application provided in ROM.
2.How to configure Hotmail's Pop3 Access in default messaging application of Windows Mobile without using Windows Live?
Solution: Create a new email account as usual and use these details:
Step 1:
Email Address: Your email but dont use @hotmail.com, instead use something else like htmail.com or something like that. Please not that this is only necessary if your email address end in @hotmail.com. Other Windows Live users dont need to do this.
Password: Your Password.
Step 2:
Uncheck the checkbox : Try to get e-mail settings automatically from the Internet
Step 3:
Select "Internet E-Mail" as your service provider.
Step4:
Enter your name and an account name.
Step 5:
Incoming Mail Server: pop3.live.com
Account Type : POP3
Step 6:
Username : Your email address (full email including @hotmail.com or any other windows live address that you have. This time give it correctly)
Password: Your Password.
Step 7:
Outgoing (SMTP) mail Server: smtp.live.com
Check the box "Outgoing Server requires authentication" and "Use the same username and password for sending mail."
Click "Advance Server Settings". Check the boxes "Use SSL for Incoming Mail" and "Use SSL for outgoing mail". Select "The Internet" as Network connection and then click "Done."
Step 8:
Select the Automatic update interval you want or manual for no automatic mail checking.
Click Finish.
Now open the account in Messaging and click Menu>Tools>Options. Click the account name, click "Edit Account Setup" and change the email address to the real one.Click Next, Next untill Finish and then click ok to close the options menu.
Thats it. Hotmail will be accessible from messaging now.
3. ActiveSync Starts up Again and Again Automatically Even When the Phone is Not Connected to USB cable or Bluetooth
Solution: It happens for some strange reasons that i haven't been able to find but for now there is a workaround for it.
For Users who use Exchange server with ActiveSync will have no problem if they have set the update schedule to manual. Otherwise, if you are using the push mail feature of exchange, then ActiveSync will run all the time for syncing and that is very normal.
For User who dont use Exchanage server, they should create a fake server and then set the update schedule to manual to prevent ActiveSync from running on its own. Here are the steps for that.
First of all, configure ActiveSync with your PC if you want to sync with PC using the usual method. After that:
1. Open Activesync on your phone and from the menu choose Configure Server...
2. Enter any email address. Clear the checkbox titled "Attempt to detect Exchange Server Settings Automatically". Click Next.
3. In server address, enter localhost or anything else. Click next.
4. Enter any username, password and domain name. I mean random strings. Also check save password checkbox.
5. Clear all the checkboxes in the "Data you want to synchronize" list. Click Finish.
6. Open Menu>Schedule. Here set both the dropdown lists to "Manually" and clear both the checkboxes. Click OK and close ActiveSync.
Plus as an additional step, delete the unneeded notification for Active Sync. To do that :
1. Open DotFred's task manager (Task Manager 2) and go to the Notifications tab.
2. In "Notified Programs", search for repllog.exe. You will most probably find 3 entries for it.
3. Scroll horizontally and out of these 3 or what ever entries, find those which have the entry "AppRunAtTimeChange" or "AppRunAfterTimeChange". Delete these entries, using the third icon from left on the bottom toolbar.
ActiveSync wont give you any problems after this.
4. Audio Booster doesn't allows entering Equalizer settings and checking the equalizer checkbox + Missing Audiobooster Option in Audio Managers Menu
Solution: This is not a problem and happens with some versions of AudioBooster and Audio Manager, if their version numbers are different. To resolve it :-
Just start AudioManager, let it build its library a little and then play a song for minimum 5 seconds. After that start AudioBooster, adjust one of its sliders a little. Then soft reset your phone, and both the problems will be solved. What happens is, they create their respective registry settings on first start and after that everything is fine. In Original ROMs from HTC, since on first boot the Customization applications runs, it sets up the registry itself. But even with that, you have to reboot your device anyway.
5. Audio Manager and Windows Media Player stop playback if power button is pressed and phone enters suspend mode.
Solution: First of all, Thanks to Shaunak.it for finding the solution.
This problem occurs in some specific builds of gene. It can occur in old gene and new gene both. So here is what it is like:
Normally, If you press the power button while music is playing, Audio Manager and Windows Media Player stop playback. But this only happens when headset is not connected. If headset is connected, the playback wont stop.This is a standard behavior and not a problem. But on some p3400 and P3400i phones, the playback stops no-matter headset is connected or not. I was not able to find the solution for this problem as it was not happening with me. But a friend of ours from this forum, shaunak.it solved it as he was having this annoyance. Here's what you have to do:
Open the Task Manager Advanced. Click the down faced arrow to the right of the screen and select Regedit from the menu. Now in the folder tree on the upper half of the screen, Navigate to :
For AudioManager:
HKLM > Software > HTC > Audio Manager > Config
In the lower section, look for a value called ENTER_SUSPEND. If its there, double tap on it to edit it and enter 0 as new value. Otherwise, in an empty area in the same place, tap and hold for a while for a context menu to appear. Select New > Value. Select REG_DWORD as Value Type. In the name field, type ENTER_SUSPEND. Click the Set Data button and enter 1 as the value. Click Ok and then again Ok.
For Windows Media Player
HKLM > System > Current Control Set > Control > Power > State > Suspend. Again in the lower left corner look for a value named WAV, if its there, double tap to edit it and then enter 0 as its new value. Otherwise, in an empty area in the same place, tap and hold for a while for a context menu to appear. Select New > Value. Select REG_DWORD as Value Type. In the name field, type WAV. Click the Set Data button and enter 0 as the value. Click Ok and then again Ok.
Secondly, in the same way go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > Software > Microsoft > MediaPlayer >Preferences and create or modify the DWORD value
"UnattendedPlayback" and set it to 1.
I am attaching a .reg file to do this automatically. Just go to the Task Manager advance and on the registry tab click the first icon in the bottom icon bar and click Import.. and browse to this file and select it.
This will solve your problem.

ShutDown animation on gene !!!!
Here are the settings.
you need to have the following :
1) SHUTDOWN.wav
2)wm61_shutdown.gif
Now place this folder in ur device/My documents.(NOT THE STORAGE CARD.) Keep the files as it is.Now open resco explorer.right click on wm61_shutdown.gif and go to properties.there , in Attributes make sure only Archive option is checked. Rest should be unchecked.
Now open Schap's Advance Config.
Navigate to Splash screen. And make these settings.
1) MS splash screen on shut down : Default
2) Carrier splash screen on shutdown : Default
3)MS Time out on shutdown : 0
4)Carrier time out on shutdown : 1500
Navigate to Htc animation. Do the following settings.
1)Shutdown gif file : (browse to the .gif file in ur my documents/animation folder)
2)Shutdown wav file : (browse to the .wav file in ur my documents/animation folder)
3) Play shutdown animation : Yes(default)
My custom Shutdown .gif animation.I colaborated some of the images from this thread. and reseted the frame timings.I have purposely not set the animation to "repeat forever" mode.otherwise it would be a problem while shutting down.download the image and see the animation.

You need the flash utility (download here) and files flash.bin and extrom.bin (these files are ROM and they are in 7z archiv in my first post in this thread) which you must copy into folder with flash utility and then run ACER_EUU.exe and phone add into bootloader mode and connect it to PC over USB.
