it's ok works for my dopod 838 pro with 8 GB.wm6.5 support for 8 gb
Up to 32Gb(theoretically), though I have read posts with people using 16Gb cards, my 8Gb has no problem...

hi i have upgraded my xda to wm 2005 but i m facing this problem that when i install pocket islam in it when i do the tofclock's the rom option as 64mb 64mb each the software is not installed and the same when i try 92 and 32 mb option upgrade but when i do the first option in which no ram space and 128 only then it does but storage memory is very low. please can some body help me that what shall i do. thanks and waiting for reply.

there's a modul loaded called "OMAP850_SDHC.dll" and i found a regkey called "HKLM\Drivers\Builtin\SDHC" !!
does anyone have a SDHC card and could test this out pls ?

Interesting... Would be great if we can use SDHC cards in our Prophets.
WM6 and bigger storage cards prolonges its life substantially IMHO.
Unfortunately I don't have a card to test... Anyone??

i have tested yesterday one toshiba 4gb...no the phone doesn't recognised it.there was some sdhc driver for wm6 in forum,try to search for it.
prophet ... sdhc = doesnt work :-> no driver in the moment!

Yes I do know the difference, reason i posted was to point others to this solution in case they didn't know there are working SD 4GB cards available in stead of waiting for sdhc support

One Mr Doodle has reported that he used 8GB SDHC with Shadow 2 TE Rom (plz see the relevant forum), but only 3.7 GB is detected by the device. For info, this may help. Anyone else tried this ?

1. May be I should mention again here.... prophet supports 4GB NON-SDHC (only SD )cards only @ the moment.
2. SDHC.... no clue yet ( I did try all SDHC drivers in this forum)..... if you guys wanna try, just simply go ahead wth a hardreset prepared.

since abusalza, most roms do support mini sdhc, I had one sandisk 8gb and one samsung 4gb, currently I have crystal touchy

Hi, all roms mentioned in my signature do support microsdhc and minisdhc I have one 4gb minisdhc and one 8gb microsdhc with mini adapter both work on every rom without problems.
I hope this clarify Your doubt.

P.D. microsdhc brand is sanddisk while minisdhc has no brand but is made of samsung chips as mentioned by seller.

I have tested and is the first one of the wm6.1 that I have installed that dont support SDHC, If You need A2DP your best bet is Crystal Touchy from Jaime Mendez y You dont need A2DP then go for Manila2D also from Jaime Mendez, but
If You need a cleaner ROM then go for TJs Clean ROM

currently i'm using Manila2D WM6.1 CE OS 5.2.20748(Build 20275.1.2.3) 6/10/08 from Jaime Mendez..r u using the same ROM?
