transformer1 or touch V7 which one you have now(be true)
i myself have touch V7
my guess is alot because transformer1 has had 27,319 views by the time i am writing this post where as touch V7 has had 44,751 where as if you consider simple difference of a few hours of rom's release views should not vary at this scale although this has nothing to do with number of people upgrading .
hi...
i'm running TNT5 Official...
touch V7 however Im going to try Transformer 1.1 since I keep getting Blank screen bugs and OS screen freezes, what a hoot.
Happily using Transformer 1.0 since the day it was released, but will upgrade to 1.1 tonight. I have not tried touch V7 at all.

Hi...
T1.1 is not "still" with build 17944 it's again with this build as descripted here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=1527184&postcount=2
Useless topic.
I used both of them but best one I think TNT 5 series
I use Touch V7, but still, kinda useless topic.
I'm using the new build beta test from Cloudyfa PDAVIET.
Oh! By the way, this new build doesn't have a name yet. As far as I know, it will be not touch nor cross... stay tuned
used both, too
since yesterday fully successed with tnt5 official
its the most slim, fast and stable rom and running fine. 29mb of free ram with 6mb pp rules =)
-- wrong post
I am using TRANC1 from the day it was launched.....
but I am fan of gullum rom too ..... right now I am going 2 try the 1.1 ver........
New build beta test PDAVIET.
I'm using the new build beta test from Cloudyfa PDAVIET.
The best so far ??? i try all of them and in my opinion transport 1.1
is by far the best and the most stable.
Since sincerely of the above mentioned roms they all are enough good, but they they all fail in the same:
- connection bluetooth-free hands - gps
When the bluetooth is connected to the free hands and to the gps, it fails enough, but happens to all roms: tnt v5, gollum V7, transformer 1.1, crystal, etc..
Greetings
Hello,
This is y first post, but I watch this forum for longer time.
I use TNT5 Pro. Its working great, very fast and much RAM.
thanx for gr8 replies
well I'm on transformer 1.1 right now but just charging up for a reflash to TNT. I really like cloudyfa's roms but the speed of TNT was so nice, also TNT was about the only rom that actually kept my gprs working after hard reset
*(in the others I would have to go into "edit connection" (without actually changing anything) , every time.
In fact I'm scared of using windows live with "as items arrive" now, with more than one rom it would get stuck on the password screen after reboot and wouldn't even let me get to the "edit connection" screen.
TNT (pro) is about the only one I have found where the gprs settings persist nicely (at least after turning off with the button on the side). I can't say I've tried all roms though, and i used to often use the stylus or psshutxp to reboot; maybe that's not good? I'd be interested to hear other people's experiences regarding gprs settings persisting after reboot
Moving a bit beyond my level of comprehension, I remember something about the way wm6 handles reg. settings, and moves settings from RAM to ROM. Can anyone elaborate? Is this also the cause of the infamous "bluetooth forced repairing after reboot" bug in so many of the WM6 ROMs?
*the gprs settings would look as if they were still there as normal, but would not work until after tapping "edit connection"
Transformer 1.1 is the best rom so far. No issues, grt sped, overall an extremely stable rom..
I found, cheap a XDA ATOM and bought it. It is a nice little device a little small for my old eyes
I have the 20060123B1WWE ROM and the R060207N_MINARC_RS00043 RADIO
Is it worth to upgrade to a later ROM version. What do you recommand?

I suppose it is. But I just want to upgrade first to the latest official ROM.
This is the last one I see at seeo2?
English ROM
ROM: 20060426B1WWE
Radio: R060428N_MN1ARC_RS00049
ExtROM: EX0018
thanks.
Strange
"Software download

While my system infor says
"ROM:20060123B1WWE and the
Radio:R060207N_MINARC_RS00043"?
I am getting a country device error on the latest official O2 ROM Is there a "NO_ID"upgrade utility?
Ok the flash was succesful from the bootloader mode. It is installed the extrom now
I wonder why they didn't put wifi into this wireless manager.Oh I see it is if the manager is toch from the today screen. Though not when called from "connections"
I have 50.42MB free.
AKU 2.2.1
OS 5.5.1.195 (build 14929.2.2.1)

after a couple of days evaluate that o2 ROM then try to reflash jiggs WM6 AKU 0.7 and see the difference ( or if u want try WM5 AKU 3.3.3 first) So you will see the evolution of ATOm...before many is not satisfied with their atom but after this new ROM , our atom became precious to us.
please visit also the thread of IRONEAGLE..all new ROM are here including the original

Right thanks I saw those ROMs. Eventually I will probely upgrade to the WM6 ROM of Jiggs if it is that good.Basically I want to replace my Magician (QTEK S110) with the ATOM Too bad it only has 64MB RAM instead of the 128MB my S110 has
Now with the last O2 ROM i noticed my headset is paired but I don't see an icon. Is that normal? If so how do I know I am on my BT headset? I'll search on this item too.

Look at it this way. After reflashing with one of Jigg's custom ROMs, reboot time got cut by HALF. This speaks a hell lot, doesn't it?

I have just posted and updated the WIKI with all the Official ROMs. You can try them. To bypass the countryID error, all you need to do is to update in bootloader mode. Also, described in the WIKI.

Yeah. But a fast bootup isn't everything right? There are things which arn't working, yet. Like VOIP. I probely flash the WM6.0 later this week or so. I am still busy getting to know the device.
btw I already use the bootloader last night to get ridd of the error like i wrote. So I am on the last O2 ROM now for 24 hours
about the O2PLUS. Is is a very nice program. I know there are alternatives, like pbar, wisbar like or MB for the taskmanagement. Claunch for the launcher.
Battery is on 75% calling a few time, BT on for the headset since this morning about 8am. It is now midnight, 3rd oct.And for an hour ago I use it as and IR remote control to test out something. The battery is 1530mAh
atom doesnt have a IR remote control capability
<.< Oh Yes It Does.
Grab yourself a copy of Novii Remote. You'll be amazed! It works even on non-consumer IR. But the range is understandably shorter.

wow, great..can u share to me the se*als of this. PM pls
well, this is for dcd and or anyone working with him. any idea when you are going to release a 3.0.2 version?
I'm sure you are working on fixing some of the bugs found in the 3.0.1 version. i am not like the ppcgeeks kitchen due to the fact that we cant costumize it like we can yours. i like what i have done with yours and cant wait for an update.
for example...
1. i like how i can go into the option file and change the "true/false" so that it is always set to what i want when i cook a rom.
2. i like how i can edit your sys/dcd to give myself a little more "codyppc" settings
3. i like how i can edit the initflashfiles.dat OEM/OEM_Lang_0409 folder to get ride of the office in start menu.
4. i could go on and on.
there is nothing wrong with the ppcgeeks kitchen, it's just not my kitchen. once you get use to something it just grows on ya.
Thanks dcd (and who ever else is helping you if there is)
if you are like me.... reply back so dcd knows we love him.

You know what's wrong? Its by a Red Wings fan!
I went to the Columbus/Detroit game on Sat.. worst.. hockey game ever for Columbus.. 4 shots on goal in the first period? Are you kidding me.. Maybe I should go back being a Rangers fan since I am from NY and living in Columbus.
Anyways, good job on the kitchen DCD.. I used a lot of your variations and can't wait to see what you have coming.
After having a few phone issues on 3.0.0, switched to 3.0.1 and all is good-- gps, bluetooth, wifi, email, MMS, PIE all great, with 20MB free. However, noticed today that there is an update to WM6.1 in the latest No2Chem build, so while there is nothing wrong with the current build, would like to see it keep getting better!

dude i went to the rangers game on friday night and they played terrible.... det is good at holding teams to few shots and ken hitchcock is a noob
wasnt there a built update
1. wifi coming on by itself sometimes.
2. IR not working.
3. notification button action weird sometimes.
all of these have been mentioned in the 3.0.1 thread by more than one person. i have seen all of these as well. there were a few others but i dont remember.

These are all issues probably caused by people who don't really know what they're doing and flashing wrong, or not setting up their phones correctly. There's absolutely nothing wrong with 3.0.1...everything works perfectly, and there are tons of people who feel the same way.
Good work dcd
battery drain issues...
No2Chem's ROM's are great, but I agree that DCD is the BEST so I second the vote for a new DCD Kitchen off of the WM 6.1 5.2.19202.1.0.0 build.
battery drain issues?
my battery works fine. i can go 2 to 3 days without charging it, and i use lots of data and gps.... i don't know, maybe you guys have defective hardware or something...all i know is that if it's not draining everyone's battery, then it's not the kitchen.

Couldn't agree more. No2Chem makes great stuff and I thought it couldnt get any better until I tried DCD's kitched. Runs even more stable, and has more memory.
The only thing better than DCD's rom would be DCD's rom updated to the new build!
(I actually have no ideas what the new build does, but the version number has increased and therefor it must be better )

rtm cody, come on...
as far as customizable, the ppcgeeks kitchen is more customizable imo, and you can edit the option.xml just the same way as you can in dcd's.
DCD, everything looks great that you have done here. I have been unable to locate a tutorial or directions on how to install and use your kitchen. I was able to get the olipro 2.40 unlocker and sprint 3.35 rom installed on my altell ppc6800 last night but I accidentally let the sprint customizations run. I was able to get the locker and flash everything back to my altell oem rom and my phone works againl. Before I try again, is there already an altell rom that has been made by you or anyone else that should be run after I stop the sprint customizations from running or can someone point me in the right direction on how to actually use the kitchen to make my own that has all the software etc.. Thanks, mr.ellsworth
everything is flawless with my 3.01 build so far.
The only thing I'd like to see if what the difference is between 19199 and 19202, like a changelog or something
There may be a workaround, but HTC Task Manager (which is included with 3.0.1) does not close apps when the X button is pressed. Also, there is no "Quick Menu" on the Today screen even though that option is selected.
Anybody else having these problems with HTC Task Manager (v2.0.30995)?
Thanks!
Stach

blame the radio. i recently traveled in EvDO coverage and finally saw what everyone is complaining about. my battery would only last 6-8 hours (and my EV coverage was fine) unless i forced 1x only. but my power settings have not changed in months. im sorry, i wish i could be of more help, but i believe htc to be at fault and dont know if theres anything i can do.

Apparently sprint TV works on it, and a new radio 3.39.10...
Now patiently waiting for DCD to extract a radio and make a new rocking rom I wouldn't mind some sprint TV action
I jsut flashed my phone,so far,it worked really well,no problem found yet,it seemd like HTC & Sprint got their act together well this time.
This is a test ROM for WM 6.1 from Sprint and is not an official release. Just a heads up for all the over zealous flashers out there. I'm also assuming the radio is a test as well. The official release date from Sprint is scheduled for June 1, though knowing Sprint, don't bet the farm on that. Flash at your own risk.
Awesome, at least this is a start. Can't wait to test it out. Well, can't wait for dcd's version of this build, so I can test it out. I'm interested in knowing what's different.
Also, for all you people who think newer is better....this rom uses an older wm 6.1 build than dcd 3.0.4...

This rom is slower too. I had it for about 8 hours then flashed 3.0.4 back. 3.0.4 is just faster all around.
it would have been nice if they had added a working mms along with the sprint tv

The radio is not typically in the special.nbh file. It's likely to be the 785.nb file which is extracted from TITAN_ship.nbh

What is the os version and build?
OS 5.2.19208 (build 19208.1.0.1)
Well flashed it redid the agps for alltel and put on manilla 2d seems to be working pretty smooth thus far
Quick look on this one. 25MB free RAM after the flash. As stated GPS works out of the box. Took a good minute to sync up to the sats but it worked fine with Google Maps. Feels pretty fluid moving through the OS. Other than that pretty standard 6.1 look and feel if you're used to a custom rom.

I believe 3.52.671.9 means this is Alltel's 10th revision of a 3.52 base. The release is older, but the revision is newer. A couple of the drivers seem preferable to 3.56/3.57.
