it appears that you have x01ht that came with the latest softbank rom 1.33.761.4. the radio rom with this is special and you cannot delete nor overwrite it. whatever rom you flash, the radio rom will stay the same 1.14. unfortunately there is no way of unlocking the sim at this time. wait patiently until someone comes up with any tricks.

My friend, you need to take more time to research before posting questions. And it's considered impolite to post the same question more than once.
That said, flashing a ROM and/or Radio to your device will not SIM lock your device. If you haven't read up on HardSPL yet, that's your first stop. Here's a link to get you on your way:

Hi, My phone was flashed by a friend, im not sure as to wether it is now unlocked is there a way to tell and also can i put the original rom back on keeping the unlock? sorry if this is a repost i did search but couldnt find this info

Download the official rom for your phone and flash it. It should take the phone back to original rom without affecting the hspl or the "unlock". At least that's how it worked for me. If it doesnt then you can just flash hspl again to unlock it after flashing the original rom. hspl can be found here
Flashing the phone does NOT unlock it - to do that you need to pay for a code from your supplies or via one of the internet companies that provide the service

can i flash custom rom in my root atrix .
my bootloader is lock and my rom is now orginal 2.3.4

First, this is the wrong forum for this. Try the general or Q&A sections, but the answer to you question is no. You need to unlock your bootloader to flash a custom ROM. The only thing you could do with just a rooted phone is basically a psuedo-ROM or theme..
