In China there are too many sensoring that people usually can't connect to rapidshare or megaupload...
So a site with a downloader would be a best choice.

Well, the Comm Module was the orignal version in my phone when I bought it.
But if you'd like to try, you can check this thread to update comm only.

I replaced your ROM radio GSM.nb with version 3.44.25.27 then flash it.
it works just fine.

Thanks to guys here, I have got my XDAII updated to WM2003se, now I am looking to update the newest rom from XDA site. But my IMEI still old one and not allowed to update. Where else I can get this update?

It's a ROM for XDAIIs. Your Device is XDAII.
you must download a ROM for XDAII and then open bootloader mode(presspower button+navigator+soft reset) and upgrade again(with XDAII ROM)

YUP! I have just update it into WM2003se from XDAII. I think it's a rom of XDAIIs. Everything is working well besides I can't see the rotate icon on the screen. Was thinking to update the rom so I can get it rectify. Any idea? Am I doing right?

thats what i did, just extracted the shipped NBH file and uploaded the OS.NB which is totally untouched this is what we all need, junior chefs can dump the OS.nb or they can just build an NBH for flashing with current HSPL 1.33
