nop the languge is hardcoded in the rom so you need to flash the rom to an english version

I would like to make an inquiry and I have my old HP iPAQ rw6815 ... and I will install a 6.1 rom windows mobile 5 because I did a lot of problems, and of course all are in English and I would like to translate to Spanish.
What happens is not as open that file type, type. Nb0. Nbl. NBF. etc ...
With that program could do? and where to start to translate?
