Here is my first real atempht to make a widget.
This is a widget that uses Google Translator so verry simple and light.
Although it thread states that it's VGA and QVGA it works also on WVGA and WQVGA but the will be an empty space at the bottom.

You need to have Windows Mobil 6.5 on your phone
if you havn't instaled any widgets before you must instal the enable widgets cab first
then you unzip the VGA or QVGA zip depending on you phone copy the gtranslat.wgt to you phone and brows from your phone explore to where the .wgt is and dobble click it it instals just like a cab would and add a shortcut to the start menu.
it reads from the internet so a connection is needed.
excellent program, but please either add choice of font support or default to such fonts as arial.ttf when doing english to arabic, otherwise you just get boxes for characters

Problem
When I run this game,it says...
Can't find PInvoke DLL ' netcfd3dm3_5.dll'
I had just install .netCF 3.5 in my WM 6.0 device(Pharos).
How can I fix this problem?

It fix incompatibility with some versions of the compact framework 3.5 cab file.

Guys, there is one very good application released on PocketGear. I have it on my s740 and apart from being perfect new Start Menu with some very very useful features it can route audio to an earpiece when Skype is active. Also it has Task and Process Manager and it is fully animated.
I wrote an article about it at wmpoweruser.com/?p=13748 (still can't post links, sorry for that) with screenshots and with more details. There are some bad comments about design of application, but it looks like people don't realize that this is for Smartphone/Standard device only, with QVGA resolutions most of the time.
Maybe it's just me, but I think that this looks really good for a Smartphone application.

I tried many apps to customize the Start-Menu and i think thats the best....its fully animated to....you had to do a little work at the shortcuts but when its done its the best menu ever......

I would like to share my recent finding.
As you can see from screenshots below i have working HTC Photon (HD Mini) Text Selection on my device. It is a CutCopyPaste functionality from HTC. The most incredible thing is that my device is not a htc device. I have HP Ipaq 614c (QVGA). So i think, if it works for me, should work for all devices.

The only one thing which i dont understand. Why grafics is so bad? I found from web screenshot how it should looks like and it has much better grafics. So i ask a question for more advanced people, which HTC dll library related for grafics?

But before its better to go menu--->home tab editor--->miscellenous settings---->and set wallpaper mode to HQ Wallpaper.

I just recently did the same thing...you have to go into cookie home tab editor.....go the the set wallpaper then scroll to the bottom of the screen and there should be a set taskbar and softkey...set the wallpaper you want and it should work after a soft reset

hello i love this theme. Just one thing, would it be more logical that the network signal was on the phone widget? And is there a way to have the wallpaper display on full screen (even on the top of the screen under top bar)?
