WM 6.0 ROM [bug check release]
Many thanx for all my friens Tom_codon,Harshal,misar,bepe,Alex. Thanx guys for your support and great tools.
Finaly I've done it! This is a beta version of rom. We need to test this base rom and catch and solve some problems. And after that i can make another version of rom - touch style with new oem soft etc or based on new wm 6.1 version.
So don't worry about rom build version or coredll version all will be update in future release.
The most important thing that we have wm 6.0 rom now for our gene device and that's great!
Coz i have no gene device ..i can only say that testers said that build is stable with 28 mb of free ram on 6 mb paging pool. Itryed to remove more garbage such as SQM/Windows update/btftp etc.. U can easily install it as cab files. So this rom seems to be light version
But before upgrading u must:
1) Update your gene with this spl by folowing nirvana's instruction - > http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=360357
2) And only then u will be able to update your device with my custom rom
3) If u don't like wm6 u can easily downgrade to wm5 rom by flashing original wm5 firmware
!!!BE sure that u've installed Patched SPL before upgrading or u wont be able to flash custom rom!!!!
!!!You should also have activesync 4.5!!!

Im also not in the best position to give advice. I ran the HSPL according to the instructions,got the white screen then ran the RUU after I copied the nbh into the same folder. I assumed that it would work.

I got it to work too, seems I had to press the camera and record button before I selected Olipro.nb. This calls for a donation.
This ROM is bloody quick, oodles of memory left after installing my favourite 23 apps (25MB). Cant find PocketMSN though.

As i said before..this rom is light...So there are no Pocket MSn/Trascriber/AAutoupdate etc. U can install Windows Live Mesanger from cab.

harman_21, very first ting is to take backup of your Gene. Then you need to update your Gene with nirvana's SPL, follow this link, download the zip file attached and unzip it. Follow nirvan's instructions to udpate the SPL.
Once you have updated Gene, copy the .nb file [provided by mun_rus] in the same folder where you extracted RUU_Gene_HSPL.zip and execute ROMUpdateUtility.exe, make sure that your handset is connected through USB to your system. It'll take around 15 - 20 mins for new ROM to get updated.
All ROM updates are at your own risks.

Cann't install certificate file (*.cer)
I need synchronization with Exchange server and I need to install certificates (*.cer) for this, but I cann't... On WM 5 it worked and now I have "The certificate was not successfully added. Please restart the device and try again." No one method offered for WM6 on forums doesn't help...
Can any one tell me that How to update Manilla 2D version of new_gene 6.1 to latest Manilla 2D
you can't do that buddy, the application is embedded in the ROM of the device and can only be updated when a new ROM is released. Even if you install a newer version over it, that would make your device painfully slow.
And BTW, the name is Manilla 2D No offences meant.

I too am waiting for some new rom which has less problems. For now, i have switched back to the original Windows Mobile 6 ROM, as i need WIndows Live for my day to day work and it doesn't works on lomlom's ROM in any way. Also, File Manager programs run very slow on this ROM, for accessing my Windows Folder, it takes about 3.5 mins. I was quiet fed up with it. :|

I have just a black theme with a simple wallpaper with just the Date, Messaging, Tasks and Calender and a custom one, HomeScreen Plus Plus plugin running for task manager purpose. This way it provides snappy performance and OK looks.
Before, i use to have the lomlom's WWE fusion rom with Manilla 2D.
I saw your thread, but thought i dont have anything great to share, thats why didn't joined it.

After 1 yr I am also giving priority to performance not customization,but tell me one thing bro u r using p3400 or P3400i,one of my friend just purchased the new
p3400i and u tell me that whether it's possible to update it by fusion 9.

Got anyone got WM6.5 Bulid 23037 ROM for prophet?
I made a rom with this build but is not very stabile and graphics are not made for our screen size. I think microsoft work to support screen size of the new phones like samsung omnia or htc pro 2....
I wait some native 96dpi graphics because actual graphics are a mixture between 96dpi and 192dpi.

just modified or remove some application ( such as O2 plus , Java and other ) to have more RAM space ( 28MB+ ) , Faster , No Bug , and low battery as possible...

wm 6.1 n 6.5 very nice interface but batery drain

Battery - You can increase battery life by setting your phone to GSM only, and use Best power on CPU profile.
RAM free - you can increase available RAM by using advance config.

Earlier i flashed my HTC p3400i 6.0 rom to 6.1 successfully.
Pls anyone who tell me the stable 6.5 rom and procedure of this.
There are many 6.5 ROMs available.
Flash as any other ROM.

there are lots of good ROM are available... coz every chief creates his ROM ..having something special in it... so difficult to tell which is stable or good...

okzzz...i changed the icons to give a different feel to the rom.i also increased the font size so that its easy to read once you categorize your apps in specific folders.anyways,my next release probably after Dec9(if possible) will include stock icons with newer builds.
Further i will be concentrating more towards developing and hacking section or applications n themes section as i dont use gene for as personal cell now.
